I love this dealer. They have a huge inventory. My sales person (Giovanni) is awesome. I recommend him 100%. He is very understanding and not pushy at all. This is my second purchase with him. Need to go see him for your buying needs!!!

Who would think a pristine Maserati from a Hyundai dealer but that s what we got. Adam our salesman was nice enough but Al the Customer Satisfaction Rep was the bomb. Great guy who made our experience all the better. (One footnote- car was delivered with less than a quarter tank of gas and both key fobs were dead. That kind of bummed us out but all else was very well done)Again Kudos to Al for his superior customer service skills.

This review is for my main man Omar Martinez. After leaving a previous dealership very unhappy because they couldn t satisfy my vehicle and note need, I walked literally down the street to Family Hyundai and the first salesman I ran into was Omar and he was extremely cool, professional, honest and I was honest with him and without a worry, he told me, don t worry man, you will drive out of here in something that you are satisfied with, I test drove 2 vehicles and the second one was the one . I love my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I would definitely go back. Omar is excellent at what he does . Very Transparent and is a man of his word . Thank you Omar Martinez. I love my Hyundai

We had 'shopped' on line, so we knew what we wanted before we got there. We spoke with Tony on the phone, and he had Adam greet us in the parking lot when we arrived. We want for a cruise around the neighborhood . . . then went inside and proceeded to buy our new 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, which was not only originally bought at Family Hyundai, but was also always serviced here!

A great place to get a great deal on an even better vehicle!! And I had the BEST salesman, Omar. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and knew the inventory well. He actually listened to what I wanted and found me the PERFECT car. And he wasn't the normal pushy salesman, which I really appreciated. I would 10/10 recommend this!! Thanks again, Omar for finding me Mia the KIA ---you rock!!!

12/12/23 - I love how Hyundai in Tinley hasn't reached out to me. I did purchase a car from this dealership. In return, they respond to all the other reviews but mine.12/9/23 post - I had an appt and brought my car in for an oil change on 11/28/23 at 4 pm. Why don't I have any coolant in the reservoir? It's not even at the minimum mark (in fact you can't even see it) and the car was running for over an hour. And the windshield wiper fluid wasn't even added. Come on people!!! Nowhere does it state on the receipt that I was low on coolant. If you're not going to do it at least inform the customer that they are low on fluids. How do I even know an oil change was performed on my vehicle? Just because it was my 3rd oil change and it was free, does NOT mean the dealership should take a shortcut when servicing my vehicle.

Family Hyundai is the only dealership that I will purchase and have my vehicles serviced. The service department is the best and we have had the same Sales person for years, Kristi is awesome! I would recommend Family Hyundai to everyone and Kristi ! She is very knowledgeable, honest and a great person to deal with when purchasing a car ! We have always had an excellent experience every time we walk into the dealership!!!

I completely agree with my daughter's review: five stars for salesman Omar Martinez and all the Family Hyundai team that assisted with our recent used car purchase. The vehicle was priced fairly and the no pressure sales process went smoothly. This was our second purchase from Family Hyundai and it won't be the last.

I received a call from Jose Palomares asking me to contact him concerning my end lease coming up soon. I did and he had a lot of good information. Made an appointment with him and on day of appointment we had to switch meeting with someone else because Jose would not be in. He was kind enough to refer us to Omar Martinez.We had a wonderful experience with Omar. He was sincere, honest, informative, kind, and funny! I walked in willing to listen to offers and walked out with a 2024 Tucson. I thank Omar for his sincerity and will recommend him and dealership to my family and friendsAlso, sincere thank you to Jose for convincing me to come into dealership and referring us to Omar.

Went in due to a few recalls and issues with my tire. I had an appointment and still took over two hours. Was told I needed a new tire and they would order it and call me to get it taken care of. I was told it would take an hour. Ramey Boutuni called me and said my husband could come in at 12 today. First off he wasn t there. Second my husband was told it would be over two hours. My husband waited 3 and a half hours and then say his car was in the lot. When he asked why it was sitting there he was told the car was done and the guy had went on lunch. He was never told his car was done, he wasn t seen at the time he was told, it took much longer then told and he was never notified his vehicle was ready and he was waiting for it. Over promised under delivered. Did I mention 1 tire was $315!!!

Our experience was outstanding!We came to drive a pre-owned Palisade and determined the better value was new. We have now been driving our 2024 Palisade for a month and very pleased with the decision.Mayweather is a knowledgeable, exceptional professional - including post sale follow up.Highly recommend based on our purchase experience.Heading in soon for our complimentary 5K service.

I had a horrible experience with the staff and the sales men Jose. We came in, found a car immediately and went straight to start the buying process. At the very last second before putting down our down payment, he came back and said they gave the car to someone else. Jose kept telling us that we had "first dibs" and "priority" and to not worry about someone else getting the car, he said we had priority no matter what which was a lie. After he told us someone just bought it we asked why he said we had "priority and first dibs". He gaslighted ussaying that he didn't mean it and never said that and we must of heard him wrong after we kept asking and he kept saying the same answer to not worry about anyone else buying the car. Jose started to laugh and make us feel horrible. We were very hurt after spending 4 hours trying to get my brother his first car. We then asked to speak to the manager and he was just as rude. Neither of them didn't apologize for wasting our time. Jose never apologized, he only got defensive and had no manner, he couldn't care less. They had no manners whatsoever and wasted our time. All they had to do was apologize for wasting our time and for someone else getting the car and I would have had some respect for them but they did not care. Never have experienced such horrible customer service especially at other dealerships. I'm writing this to hopefully help others not waste their time and being treated with no respect and and manners. Jose also started laughing at my family and I when leaving, extremely disrespectful.

First time ever purchasing a vehicle and chose to do so with Family Hyundai. Adam & Omar helped me select the perfect car, helped answer all of my questions, and calm any first-time-purchasing anxieties I had. Throughout the whole process, they were both very approachable and personable. Omar even reached out days after taking the vehicle home to make sure I was still happy with it. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, my family and I always recommend looking into Hyundai - & if you're in the area check out Family Hyundai and ask for Adam or Omar.

Terrible service!!!!!!! Took my wife's car in for the key recall. While we were driving home it had no dash lights. Called as soon as we got home and was told " we didn't touch the dash lights " by the guy who didn't work on the car. Had to call three more times to get it in. He said bring it right in and we'll look at it. They didn't look at it for 3 days but they did let me know again that it couldn't have been them. They let us know it was ready. They gave us the keys and didn't say anything. The print out said " Tech took the column apart and found the lights hadn't been plugged back in" .Not even a sorry. I will never go back to Family Hyundai !

I wouldn't go to this place for the life of me. They lie and don't do the work they are supposed to. They kept my car for a month said they put a new engine. I had to pay for a rental because they didn't have a loaner. Car is under 3 years old. Also didn't fill up the fluid in my car because the coolant is below even the lowest threshold. Lucky I looked or my second supposedly replace engine would be needing to be replaced. Don't go to family hyundai

I had never considered buying a Hyundai, but stepping into Family Hyundai I knew that I would purchase a car there. Mayweather was friendly and helpful -- answering all my questions. Even when he was on vacation, he answered my phone calls and responded promptly. He had me work with Chris, who found me the exact car I wanted, when I didn't want the one they had in stock. I waited a few days, but the car arrived from another dealer and the sale process went swiftly. It was a great experience and I am loving my new Tucson. I took my vehicle to another dealership for service maintenance (transmission flush) and my vehicle started leaking transmission fluid. This was truly devastating to me, as I had never experienced anything like this before. I took my vehicle to Family Hyundai as they were closest to my home and I explained what the problem was. Their service schedule was full, but asked if I could drop it off for a couple of days and they would squeeze it in. Within 2 days they found out what the problem was and explained it to me in great detail. They worked with me to ensure that my vehicle issues were corrected and that my vehicle was performing as it should. They showed great concern for me and my situation, and was focused on getting my vehicle repaired correctly and putting me back in my vehicle ASAP. The entire service team and service manager Mike were awesome. I can't give them enough praise for the service I received. They are a group that genuinely cares about their customers.

I bought a used car with key fob, the salesman before the sales told me that 2 keys were included, but, after I bought the car, he handed over one key fob.I asked him for the second key, and he told me that I have to buy one from the service department for 250.00 dollars. So, the next day, I went to the service department, and they wanted 750.00 dollars for the key fob. I wanted to speak to the manager, but, they said that he was busy, but, I can leave a message and he will call back, so, I did! No body had called me back and it is more than 2 weeks now. I am a known customer of Family Hyundai, I had bought another car from them 7 months ago, so Family Hyundai should stop these deceptive and dis honest practices going forward.

This is how it looks like after dealer service, coolant on low level, completely out of washer fluid and all around engine is oil spills, i also was charged 197$ plus taxes for servicins my 2022 Palisade purchased with them. Seems like they only sell vehicles not providing service for free.

My 2022 Tucson Hybrid had a critical HEV engine failure which required 2 parts to be replaced. Because the vehicle was unsafe to drive the staff at Family Hyundai immediately took it without a service appointment. Repairs took longer than quoted due to part delivery delays, but the only complaint is that I wasn't contacted when the vehicle was ready so it remained on the lot for an additional day and a half.My service advisor Ramy was generally good about providing updates though. I don't remember the name of the woman who escorted me to my vehicle when I picked it up, but she was also a great help in quickly getting me in and out.
