Cinda did a wonderful job in making sure I had the right car for Samantha (dog) and me. She made sure the new car was ready for me to take, and helped got the materials out of my Saturn. Cinda explained how to use the car since I haven't driven a tech car for 20 years. The finance person was great also making sure I had the right financial arrangement for my budget.Thank you, Apple, for a wonderful experience.

I am very impressed with the quality of service and customer care. The service department has a on screen monitor to inform customers of the status of the repair. I had my vehicle serviced at another dealer before deciding to try Apple Chevrolet and I am very pleased. I highly recommend them.

I was concerned about my2020 Ford Explorer. The ride was unusually "bumpy."The lady in service was Colleen. I cannot imagine a more professional service reprensenatative.The entire process with Apple and the techs was first class.The waiting area was spotless and comfortable.Colleen gave me a very comprehensive report which came down to over inflated tires.It was a totally great experience. Far more than what I could have expected.Leaving I noticed my vehicle was washed !

Recently, my husband and I took our Traverse to be serviced. Thank you to the amazing mechanic along with our Service Advisor, Carl Grace, who keeps us up to date with the maintenance of our SUV. Carl is very friendly, personable and professional. We feel confident with his knowledge and his trustworthiness. He does not sell us any repairs that are not necessary. We ve been going to Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, IL for twelve years. There is no better dealership than Apple Chevrolet to have your vehicle serviced!

I have bought every car,suv,van,and truck from Apple since 1980. The people there have always been kind,helpful, professional. Recently I had Colleen handle my repairs and she was outstanding!!! She even helped me down load the Chevy app on my phone so I could use my rewards points to pay for my repairs. When you buy a vehicle from Apple you not only get the vehicle but you also get a team of people that will help you in any way to keep that vehicle in top condition. Thank you all.

Carl Grace in service did an excellent job. Listened to what my issues were on my vehicle, had them addressed, kept me updated throughout the repairs and had my vehicle back quickly. Colleen also was very helpful getting me in for the service.Work done on vehicle was excellent as always from Apple.Been a customer since 1988. Wouldn't thinknof going anywhere else to buy a vehicle, repairs or tires

Used to love this dealership and its service until my last visit. I traded my car back in June 2023 and was told that I would be able to use up my Chevy points and get my truck(Jeep) serviced with what I had left. Went in to get an oil change and windshield blades replaced and was told I could not use the points and ended up paying almost $200 for the oil change and windshield wipers. Was told that I would be spoken to before they placed the blades on or did anything to my truck since it doesn t take GM parts and was told nothing so I had to pay for the work that had already been done. I could ve gone to a Jeep dealership to get my truck serviced for much cheaper and better communication.

Completed oil change, fluids,and tire rotation promptly. All were friendly. I brought it in on a Friday so they diagnose other issue, "couldn't reproduce the problem" even after playing a video of the sound. I'm getting tired of that statement from a dealership. Would have brought it in on Saturday if I knew they weren't going to at least "find" the problem.

They took care of my problem which was covered under warranty. However they did not get the scan they needed to make sure they got reimbursed by GMC, which caused me to have to drive all the way back to the dealer another day. Besides being wildly inconvenient, this was miles on my vehicle and my money for gas because of their error. I was offered a free oil change for my inconvenience. The dealership is not close to me, so driving all the way there for an oil change is not worth putting all those miles (see also: using up miles on my warranty) on my vehicle. Further, this incident makes me feel like they do not do careful, quality work but rather are rushing to get people out the door. I will return to them if there is an issue covered under my warranty. I have zero intent to return to them for anything that is not, nor would I recommend based on my experience so far.

We purchased a used 2017 Trax (nice-low miles) but found that it wasnt cleaned out. The back chair pockets had trash the rear cup holder filthy, the seller over promised how detailed the cleaning would be but I admit i should have not taken his word. Also, we took Trax for 60,000 mile service and the cost is so much that I will not be able to afford continuing service there.

My last two visits have been the worst with the service person assigned to me after my regular service agent! I have never had an agent give quotes and then fabricate documents to cover their mistakes I would rather for them to take accountability for that mistake and give the correct information, and not write false statements to cover it up at the customers expense . I pray that this behavior is exposed and fixed, that no other customers are being taken advantage of or being mislead costing them money!!

Apple Chevrolet has been a long provider of my automotive needs and certified mechanics I trust them and they've always done an excellent job now I was just at Apple Chevrolet with a recent challenge with my turn signals of which they were said to be fixed something weird happened when I first got in the car they didn't work when I went back to the car with the representative they did work so I drove off knowing that it was weird to me I trust Apple Chevrolet and I'm sure it'll stand behind the work because it happened again they stopped working I live out of town I made the call back to Apple Chevrolet to make them aware of my issue, and inform them that I will write it out for a while hopefully that it won't be a recurring issue again I want to Thank Apple Chevrolet if the problem comes back, pops up again I will return again thank you Apple Chevrolet for a beautiful upcoming year I trust you . This is the add-on to my latest appointment with Apple Chevrolet Adam was my service rep Jason was the shop boss of course I had to spend more money but I was assured that things would be taken care of to the point this issue is now resolved I recommend Apple Chevrolet and especially the shop boss Jason cuz he takes care of the business thank you guys

At first it was rocky. The worst customer service from the female manger/ supervisor in the service dept. But since I refuse to deal with her. Tony and Ray have been amazing in service. They have taken care of me the last two times I was there.

Service was preformed as required and service representative was pleasant and personable. Items that were incorrectly bill were corrected, however, being charged for using a debit card has not been addressed. The issue of being charged an additional 2% for using a debit card needs to be addressed. It s not the 2% that is the problem, but the idea of charging for using a debit card and then being charged is the issue.

I had my Equinox serviced for an oil change, rotate the tires, and multi point inspection. I dropped off my car, I ran my errands while my car was serviced, and the service was completed on time. I would have given a fifth star but I thought from previous service calls the details of the multi point inspection was included in the paper work.

Horrible service. They lost my wheel lock and have been avoiding my calls. This was after they neglected to call me during the day on Saturday to let me know my car would need to stay until Monday. Terrible people, avoid at all costs.
