Rondo was awesome to work with! Ben got back with me immediately and responded very quickly to all my questions. When we got there to pick up the trailer it was out front and ready to go. Ben went over everything with me about the trailer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Mary was so friendly when I was checking out with all the paperwork. She was very thorough and professional as well. Rondo is very lucky to have those two. I would shop there again for sure. Keep being great!Thank you Rondo!

I recently bought an equipment trailer from Rondo and had an excellent experience. My salesman, Ben was very helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to walk me through my new purchase and I believe went above and beyond at delivery. I also had great dealings with parts and the finance department. I would absolutely recommend them and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I had slide into a curb during the past winter storm and called them up on Saturday and I was able to get a new frame put on that following Monday. Quick service!! Friendly staff!!

Had just dropped my truck off at Line-X across the street and had a few hours to wait.Walked over to Rondo to look at trailers for the new truck.They had what I was looking for.Got a quote from their very nice and helpful sales lady.Great experience and great selection.

In September of 2022 bought a new 2021 Rice 20' car trailer, last years model. The 8,000# Pro series top wind jack crapped out after just 17 months. Screw locked up in the nut. Yes I kept it oiled. Very disappointed. Had to replace on my dime. I've had several trailers in my life and not had this issue with a jack, and this one after just 17 months?Was loosing pressure in one tire, took it in and they couldn't find the problem. Took it to a Farm and Fleet and they replaced the valve stem, problem solved.Also had asked Rice if there was a recommended way to mount a winch on the front, got a no. Had discovered the frame across the front is lesser size and thickness than the side channels and the front channel is installed in reverse. If I would of known it was built this way would not of made the purchase.

Purchase a $4500 steel flatbed from them. Purchase process was simple and easy. While loading onto my trailer their forklift left several heavy scratches into the new paint of the flatbeds headache rack. They didn t do much about it besides slap a little touch up paint on it.

We where in the market for 3 new tilt deck equipment trailers. Rondo gave us a bid for 3 PJ trailers and we accepted. They had the three trailers in stock and even delivered two of them within a few days of the sale. We couldn't be happier with the trailers and the service that we received both pre and post sale. I had a fantastic and quick experience at Rondo Enterprises. I was looking for a utility trailer to turn into an overlander.Called up sales and was immediately taken care of. All of my questions where answered promptly. The whole process of driving in to pulling out with my trailer took no more than 45 minutes.They allowed me to hook up and test it out before buying and helped explain to me any gotchyas about towing this specific trailer. They also hooked up the spare tire mount and tire for me and suggested the right lock. Very friendly staff!Would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a trailer!

Worst service I bought a flat bedThey brake my brakes system modular. They refuse to fix it because they say, if they don t work in a factory modulars, they only put aftermarket. This is the last time they get in my business. I ve been getting the stuff from themThe service guy so rude ha ha ve and appointment for one day they almost take a week to give my truck back so disappointed

Sold trailer with damaged frame ( of course my mistake did not see it ) with covered black patch that would be not really visible, also missing screws on side panel , one side grey color crews other is galvanized, feels like trailer was in accident, nothing was said by sales person, leaking water on the bottom off doors

This is the place to go for all of your trailer needs. I recently purchased an Aluma 548 trailer and was impressed by the level of customer service they provided. Ben in sales was friendly to deal with, Mary made the paperwork process easy and the guys in the yard were extra helpful. They ve also got a huge parts department and service facility. Highly recommend Rondo!

Rondo took good care of us! Got a 16 ft 2018 new/used utility trailer with built in shelves & compartments for a good price. Guys are all very nice and helpful. Even waited for the service tech to check out our burnt up axel off our old trailer and he can fix that too!

Sent them a message on a Wednesday night after hours inquiring about a truck bed asking for more pictures. Ben called me the Thursday morning when they were open and agreed they could remove the fender flares and send me pictures to ensure it was rust free before I drove 8 hours there. I never heard anything back from them so I called Ben on Saturday, he claimed they got busy and he forgot and he would have someone in the shop do it and still never did send them. I told him I was very interested in the bed IF it was rust free so this leads me to believe they are trying to hide that it has rust. If they did not want to remove the flares they should have just told me that. Update: after posting this review Ben decided to send the pictures I requested twice prior and requested I remove this review but I think it should stay to accurately show their customer service. Mistakes do happen but this was just poor service.

Highly recommend Rondo Trailers sales and Service they got my trailer fixed last minute which I very much appreciated being an out of state Hotshot trucker where my trailer is my source of income one call to them and they said they could get me right in no problem and fix my trailers hub seal that was leaking leaking due to previous shops work. every other place within about 100 miles said sorry we can t help you. Chris in service went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was safe and ready to work.

When you travel from Arizona to Illinois to buy a boat the last thing you want to run into are problems. I drove across country to purchase a boat just to find out the Trailer brakes did not work. When I found out I needed a whole new brake package I was sure that an out of state person like myself was going to get treated as a sucker and have any shop try and take advantage of my situation of just trying to get back to Arizona as fast and as safe as possible. I have to say I was very blessed to come across Rondo Enterprises. They where professional, gave me a good quote on the job and stuck to that quote and even did a few extra things for me to make sure I could get home safe to Arizona.Chris is on the Quite side but knows his stuff and did me right. I got home safe and my local trailer company said they did an A+ Job on my new braking system. If your local to this company or someone who bought something that needs repair before you bring it back home I can tell you this is the Trailer Shop that will do you right.Thank you guys, the new boat is home safe in Arizona!God Bless.David Malton

I had a great experience at Rondo. The staff were very kind and helpful with making sure I got the trailer that checked off all the things I needed it to preform for the landscape business. They are straight forward and got the trailer prepared quickly and conveniently. Looking forward to going back for any services or more trailers as the business expands.

Extremely fast and easy to work with,. Put a down payment in over the phone to guarantee my trailer, and when I made it to the store to sign, pay and pick up they had everything ready and I was in and out in under half hour including the walk around inspection and set up of hitch height and light test on my truck. Best inventory and price selection in Northern Illinois by far.

I had a hitch and weight distribution hitch installed on my SUV and camper last year. They did a great job and in a timely manner. This year it wasn't riding level and I went back and they made adjustments to it in less than 15 minutes, last minute for me as I was taking a long trip, at no charge. Both times great service,answered all my questions etc.
