I got lucky to have Joseph Ranzino, and he made it as easy as possible for me and really tried his best to help me out. I came in wanting to buy and he made it happen as quick as you could in my opinion. He s a cool laid back gentlemen and I d be glad to work with him again!

What a great buying experience. Our sales associate, Brad, was awesome. Super knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of our questions. And Rick, the general manager made sure the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you both so much for making this car buying experience the best we ve had!

My experience here was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. I told them my price range and what I was looking for and they hit it on the nail with the very first choice. It was such a smooth process leaving plenty of time to get to know our nice saleswoman. She made us comfortable the entire time and had some nice conversations. I highly recommend this place if you want a nice experience while buying your next car.

These guys made it very easy for me to get the car I wanted! They were very helpful until I drove out with my car and even after that!King Thomas in particular was great! I really appreciate all the effort he put in, being in touch and available to answer all my questions! Great Service! Would definitely buy from them again!

Bradley was very friendly and professional. He knew the car I was purchasing inside and out, and took time to go over each features of the car. He guided on each paperwork and options I had with this purchase. Before coming to the dealer, Bradley was very prompt on the email and phone on questions I had about the car I was interested. This is a digital era, and most people will research and corespondent via email and phone before coming to the dealer. I felt that Bradley was attentive to my questions and felt he would be focusing on my need. His professional ways to make me feel attentive was the primary reason I decided to drive 45 mins to Kunes over closer Hyundai dealer. I felt I could trust him and feel he wood focus and take time on my need of selecting the right vehicle. By far one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle.

Lost my car to some expensive engine problems and needed a good condition vehicle for a decent price. Went with my sister at 7:30 at night and was greeted by a sales associate, Brad. Even though it was almost close, he was super polite, treated both of us so nicely, offered us something to drink and worked with me to figure out what i would need out of a car. Came in the next morning with my dad and was treated with just as much kindness and professionalism as the night before. My dad's a pretty rough-cut guy and still really enjoyed working with Brad. He liked that Brad was informative without being overbearing. We went to, probably 8 or so dealers that day and still found our way back to Kunes with Brad. Got a car that is exactly what I needed. Such a wonderful experience! (I really loved that, of all the dealers I saw that day, Brad was the only one who didn't default to discarding my opinion and focus on my dad. Absolutely pleased!)

Brad was very helpful in getting us into our new vehicle! Brad was able to juggle us and another customer simultaneously and still made the process run smoothly. He comes off very genuine and made sure my expectations and opinions were heard and considered throughout the entire process. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Brad at Kunes in Sycamore in the future!

I had an excellent experience here. I highly recommend asking to work with Brad. He was fully upfront and honest throughout the entire process, and really made it a point to not be pushy (which I expressed I really could not stand when going to another nearby Hyundai dealership). Brad was incredibly helpful explaining certain features of the vehicle and providing realistic reassurance about questions that I had. I will also note, I appreciated the fact that coming in as a woman with my partner to buy a car, Brad never made me feel as though he was deferring to my partner because he is a man. I almost can't believe I'm writing this, but Brad and my experience at Kunes Hyundai Sycamore actually restored my hope that one can have a good experience buying a car.

We did not buy a car here but I want to say Brandon, a young guy, did a great job with going out on test rides and working with us to potentially buy a car. We wound up going to Gerald only because they immediately were able to take off $$ from the new 24 Santa Fe s we were looking at, a teacher discount and give us a great deal on my car and my trade in. Brandon did try hard but his sales manager said they were not taking anything off the msrp and was a little gruff. We ultimately had to walk away but I want to acknowledge Brandon for his time and effort and how nice of a guy he is. I hope you choose him and he is able to get you the car you need if you are shopping here.

Our son found a perfect truck for himself at the Kunes Hyundai Sycamore but couldn't make it there for a couple of days. Our salesperson, Brandon Kriese was nothing short of amazing in holding the vehicle for us until we could arrive and assisting us through the labyrinth of the purchasing process. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with his attention to our needs as well as his professional and very personable style.We will definitely refer any friends or family members in the future!

We unfortunately had to get a new car, but the experience was top notch! Brandon Kriese was our salesman, but definitely did not make it feel like the typical sales transaction. He listened and cared about what we needed and the fact we wanted to stay within budget! He did it! Smoothest transaction I ve had all around! Thank you for making this as painless as possible! Brad and John took really good care of me. Diligent and attention to detail - very focused on customer service. Was worth the 6 hour drive from MN. Highly recommend. Buy them a chocolate cake shake before you negotiate price and you'll both be happy!!

Our salesman Brad Seits was awesome! Brad was very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable on the Palisade we purchased. When we picked up our vehicle Brad came outside with us to explain all the features in our car. He even helped us set some up! Car dealerships need more salesmen like Brad! Brad goes over & beyond to make sure you re happy & satisfied with his service and your purchase!

I worked with Brad for two days. The entire time he was extremely helpful and got me the most affordable deals he could find me. He even helped me look for affordable insurance because a lot of the companies we originally searched for were looking for at least $900 down. If you were to go to any salesperson, I recommend Brad!

My experience with Brandon was nothing short of awesome. Car buying is typically painful, exhausting and somewhat akin to a non voluntary tooth extraction. However, Brandon s personality, professionalism and knowledge made this the most painless and easy-going vehicle purchase in the history of ever. We unfortunately had to get a new vehicle, we were just looking around and did not expect to get something so fast. We had the pleasure of working with Bill Harris !He is an amazing salesman. Very nice and pleasant and knowledgeable and honest! If he did not know the answer he made sure to get the correct info to us. The SUV we ended up with is so beautiful we all love it .

I have to say that I had a great experience with and after the sale. Alicia is truly a people person and was so caring about how she handled my purchase.I had a minor adjustment that needed to be done after my purchase and the service department was quick and efficient getting it done. Give this dealership an A+.

I stumbled upon a 2019 Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition on my random web search for cars in my area and decided I just had to see it for myself. When I arrived to the dealership they set me up with a sales person right away. I had the privilege of working with Susan and she was such a delight! We were able to see the car and take it for a test drive, where I inevitably fell in love, I mean come on, how could you not? From the embossed, heated seats, back up camera, to the Iron Man Puddle lights, this car is every Marvels fans dream come true.Susan was very helpful through the whole process as it was my first time ever buying my own car and getting it from the dealership. She was so full of knowledge and was quick to answer all of the questions I had, without making me feel like I was way out of touch. She way very reassuring and so helpful. My dreams really did come true with this car <3 So happy I went.

I had a great experience buying my 2020 Nissan Altima SL! I was in and out in no time! Tracy the salesmen was great as well as the GM John! Buying from Kunes Hyundai was the best dealership experience I have ever had and I highly recommend! They got me in and out and got me in the price range I was looking for. Alicia Pequignot Did awesome job working with me. Best sales person I met. Through all dealerships I been to. She best one I met. She will never give up on you. She will try her best to help you out also give you best price and fit to your budget as well. Very professional. Vs others been to say can t get a vehicle they give up on yea. I thought I had left a review previously, I was very happy with the salesman Brad Seits, he went out of his way to make the experience the best. However I was disappointed with the manager, I requested to have the homelink mirror removed from my old car and installed in the new one, he said that it would require a lot of work. I have since discovered that it would not have been that hard, especially since the old car would probably be scraped. I may have left this message previously.
