I came in today with my SUV with a tire that was running flat Preston was determined to get my spare tire off I was very grateful for his help and all the other workers pitching in and helping. Bell Tire has an amazing crew keep up the good work will definitely continue coming here. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again guys awesome work.

My experience was fabulous! The workers were the most generous and helpful people ever. Jason was our biggest helper on the phone and in person. I thought only one of my tires had an issue, but it happened to be all four and they fixed all of them at no cost!

My first time here and the staff was truly amazing!! They close at 6 and was gracious enough to offer to get me in at 5:33. I was in and out!! Jason was a great help! I will definitely be back again and will tell all of my peers!!

First of all I had a little trouble with two of my tires but, Jason and his staff took care of it immediately..They were very professional and very helpful.. If you need tires this is definitely the place to go.. The prices can't be beat..I'll definitely be back for my future tire needs..Thank you again!

Took my car in because of a nail in my tire. Darien and his team went above and beyond to help me! They weren t sure if the tire could be repaired but tried anyway while giving me quotes on a replacement. Luckily the tire was able to be fixed for FREE may I add. Every customer I encountered while waiting was also blown away by Belle Tires fantastic service. A great new place that has earned themselves a new lifetime customer!

The team and Belle tire is the embodiment of what customer service should look like. Attentive, understanding, empathetic, honest and hardworking. After speaking with a manager he informed me how busy they have been even while being short staffed. Normally this scenario would create a gap in customer satisfaction. Not at Belle Tire, if he didn t tell me I would have never know. This team is constantly going above and beyond to help its customers. That type of old school keep the customer mentality is what will keep me coming back. Keep up the great work!

Belle Tire just got a customer for life! I brought my wife's car in because one of her car's tires had a leak in it for a few days. They patched the tire in about a half hour, free of charge. I will do all of my tire business here from now on. Excellent customer service!

I brought a wheel and tire to this Belle Tire to have a slow leak repaired and Ryan provided excellent customer service. I dropped it off while I ran a couple of errands. Less than 30 minutes later Ryan called to tell me that they had found a leaking valve stem and replaced it. Best of all - no charge! Who does that nowadays? Next time I need tires I'll be shopping at Belle Tire!

They put the cheapest parts on my car and the car had to have the same work done to it three months later. And they also didnt bead my tires right so they also needed work. HIGHLY recommend not going here unless you want to do it all over again in just a few months.

Got a sudden leak in a tire and happened to be close to this Belle Tire. Stopped in and they found the leak & determined it couldn't be repaired. Then FOR FREE, they put our spare on because our tires are under warranty somewhere else. They said this is what they do, so wonderful of them to do all this work and for free. We will be coming here from now on for rotations, oil changes and whatever else we can get done here. Thank you so much for making our evening so much less stressful! We will spread the word about your wonderful service!

I had four new tires put on my Honda at Belle Tire is Sycamore and the next day I came back because my TPMS light was on. The car has over 91,000 miles and I didn't have this light on before. I found looked it up and found it was the the tire pressure monitoring system and when this light is on the system won't work to let you know if a tire is low on air. I was told they could replace two sensors for $90 to fix it. Is it just a coincidence that two sensors failed when the tires were replaced after after all this time with no problems? Otherwise the experience was all right, although it took longer than they said, but it is hard to believe they didn't have something to do with two sensors failing.

The customer service at this place is phenomenal! There is a 1st assistant manager named Darien Harris, he is a fantastic guy. He is nice, kind, patient and a people person. Mr. Harris will work with you to find the best deals that Belle Tire has to offer the community. The service is pretty speedy as well.

Darien and his team have earned my business for life. Darien was the absolute best from the quote he gave me for all new tires, all the way to check out. He truly cares about providing the best customer service & making sure you feel like you matter and aren t just another number. If you re having doubts about this place - don t. Sycamore is lucky to have a Belle Tire location & even luckier to have the team that they do!

Kudos and Shoutout to the new Belle Tire in Sycamore on Peace Road. Because of the recent cold weather, my TPMS low tire pressure dash light came on for my spare tire. On my Toyota 4Runner, the full size spare tire is mounted underneath with the tire valve unreachable unless you lower the tire to the ground. I stopped by Belle Tire and asked if they could help me. They were very busy but were able to squeeze me in right away, put air in the spare by dropping it for access plus my main 4 tires, and once again I was on my way. Very much appreciated their quick response and old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend.

This was the best experience I ve had in regard to car repairs. A gentleman who took care of me Jason was amazing. The staff was very friendly. I will be going there for all my future car repairs I highly recommend this place.

Had my brakes and rotors done at an extremely reasonable price. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Definitely will be going back and recommend them if you want fast, professional, friendly service.

There was no solicitation for this review but had to share my experience this morning. I had a nail in my tire that caused a flat. Belle was able to get me in and out quickly and REPAIRED THE TIRE FREE OF CHARGE! In addition, the staff there was super nice and friendly. Keep up the great work and welcome to the neighborhood! ;)

Came in for two front tires of the sailun brand and they put a different set on, mine you it was About two hrs but luckily Jason (manager) managed to accommodate the error took accountability which is something I value. I came back in once the actual tires i ordered were in about two days later. On the 2nd attempt going in Tee(Ast manager)made sure I was very comfortable and made sure to prioritize me since I had already been in. Honestly Tee and Jason are the reason I would go back. Urgency from the mechanics could not hurt but anywho once I get on the road I will let you know how the tires ride. Thank you Tee &Jason!! , you guys are awesome!!

I got 4 tires installed here. There was a misunderstanding and I also was given an alignment that I did not ask for. They took ownership of the miscommunication and didn t charged me anything extra for the alignment. No hesitation on their part. Really good business integrity! Earned my business for the future!
