Wade the manager was very helpful and informative on all my vehicle needed. It's a new-to-me car, and this was my first service I've had to give it, and I'll absolutely be coming back here when I need other services.Wade did not push me to purchase anything extra he didn't think i needed, he gave me a coupon so I'd save money even though I couldn't find the coupon online, my service was done quickly and efficiently, and with such incredible in-shop communication between the employees themselves, and their communication and manners toward me; I was very impressed.Plus getting in and driving away, I could already hear and feel a difference in how my car runs, and that's evidence enough. Thanks so much!

Friendly, professional and trustworthy. Explain everything. They do much more than change oil. Recommended services are printed out and the cost for each service. They don't try and sell you something you don't need. This is the Wabash location and I highly recommend.

Today was about the 4th time I ve came here, every single time everybody is so nice and makes sure to take care of me. Today there was an older black gentleman who made sure that I had everything I needed and was very patient with me and my daughter. I needed a new belt put in, and I had to step out of my car, I m 37 weeks pregnant and this man helped me out of my car and helped me get my 3 year old out as well. He truly is an angel! 10/10 service!! was very quick and the guys who work here are the sweetest! If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Did a purity good job.If you want the transmission and power steering fluids checked you have to ask.No more cleaning the windows.Didn t see them checking air in tires.In and out quick.

Just stopped in passing through and they were amazing! Helped me install a car seat that was a real pain in my rear. Went above and beyond and did it with so much kindness! I'm greatly appreciative!

Weslee took very good care of us today. He went above and beyond to share advise. My son inherited a car that had been sitting a long time. Weslee took the time to help clean out debris that had settled around the windshield area near the engine. This is the only valvoline that I will take our vehicles to.

This was my first visit.Speed is part of what they sell, but it's still appreciated. The staff, from the CSR Kaitlyn to Cedrick and the rest, were all friendly and that goes a long way with me!I am satisfied with my choice to do business with them today.

I am a several-time repeat customer due to the quick service. It is not unusual to see a high turnover of employees, but most follow the script.On 10/12/2023, around noon, I pulled in and waited for 10+ minutes, with only one other car being serviced. I asked one of the guys how long this was going to be because I was tight on time.He said the service manager is the only one who can start the order. I said I have to leave in 5 minutes; if not started , I can come back later. Service manager "WADE" shows up with a drink in hand and condescendingly says he was on lunch and was going to help someone else.,I asked how long it would take ? Before I could finish the sentence. He says maybe you should go somewhere else because I was rude! I could have come back later; I was pressed on time, and this is an instant oil change. Instead, this guy� WADE was very rude, interrupted, and didn't take the time to listen, or he could have had a customer� come back later in the day.Now they have lost a customer for good! There are always issues with these kinds of oil change places, but this was over the top. Avoid this location!

Just left Valvoline on Wabash in Springfield, IlWe took our RV in for a complete oil change. What a pleasant experience with had with Jeff the assistant Mgr.Very nice and kind man.He took care of us in little time.Thank you!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

These guys were consummate professionals - formal but friendly. I arrived to all three bays being full. I was directed to park behind one of the current customers. A few minutes later, another car arrived for service and parked behind another full bay. After several minutes, one of the Techs came up to me and said, "The car ahead of you is taking longer than we expected since he's getting a battery changed out. Would you like to change spots with the other customer who arrived after you so that you can get in sooner?" This shows that all the Techs are aware of who arrived when and wanting to get those who arrived first serviced first. The other customer gladly obliged, so we switched spots in the line-up.All options were explained thoroughly and my questions were answered with a great deal of courtesy and professionalism. Rarely, does this level of customer service exist anymore. I will happily return for all future oil services. Well done, gentlemen.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Not to satisfied with this one. Had a low tire left with one. Don't say something is done when clearly it wasn't. Make you wonder what else wasn't done right.

I was very impressed I sat in the car while they did my oil change and tire rotation They explained everything they were doing and showed me my air filter and told me it looked very clean. I did not have to wait long at all. I will come back for all of my oil changes.

Not a long wait at all once you get pulled in ! They do a good job real quick and they have the best deals far as coupons and discounts thus far ! Plus you get to stay i your vehicle the entire time! The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional! I have already recommended them to my daughter and another acquaintance! I have had to wait over four hours at Big O tires last year for an oil change! IAM Grateful for having Valvoline as my new place of business for allnof my future oil changes !

I wasnt going to post this but i am still mad... i pay over 60 bucks for my oil change and that was with coupon.. it is supposed to come with a safety check... the guy doing my oil change did no such thing and when asked he said he did... no top off on my washer fluid... no check on the air in my tires...ect.... just frustrated... wont be back to this location.

My daughter and I took her 1998 Ford Taurus to Vavoline today to get an oil change, cabin filter replacement and ended up flushing the coolant. Kelsey was awesome at performing all the services and was very knowledgeable. All these services were completed in no more than 30 minutes at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place and Kelsey needs a raise.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Prices are kinda high but overall I was there about 30 minutes because 3 cars were in front of me. I got my oil changed using a discount. Workers are friendly and they move fast. Great customer service.

The last time my oil change was in the last 3 months, but after we came back to Wiscouin realized I have trouble with my car. I took the car to the dealership and you guys ruin my car you guys forgot to put the oil cap back on leaking rally bad and its on the timing belt. it cost me a fortune to replace it. And I'm still paying car loans on top of that. I would never go back with you guys.

The guys and gals at this location are fast and efficient as well as it being different being able to sit in the vehicle as they perform the work. Valvoline is a little pricey however if you have a coupon to a competitor they will honor it so keep that in your back pocket should you need a little discount. Otherwise they do good work and I definitely recommend them for a quick oil change service.

Oil change and never leave your car! Fast, friendly service and they will MATCH competitors coupons. I was very impressed with service - even have free wi-fi to use while waiting in your car for the service! Impressed! The staff is super friendly and service is fast! Highly recommend!

Air pressure for tires were low and they were trying to get me to leave. They let me know after they actually listened and checked tire pressure that the front left tire was low. The paperwork they handed me earlier said pressure on tires were good. Kind of worried that they did not do their complete vehicle check since they obviously did not even check tire pressure. Kind of annoyed.

I wrote a review as I waited for my service but now I can finish it as I was finally called forward. This place claims to have 15 minute oil changes but I was there at 4:20, finally moved forward at 5:11 and left at 5:36. Ridiculous to waste that much gas - the place was not overly busy. The asst manager, Nick, was showing something from his phone to the people in the car ahead of me and had several long chats with them. They have definitely lost my businessService: Oil change
