Just bought a 2021 bronco here about a year ago. I have a set belt sensor warning that just popped up I call just to try and have them look at it really quickly. I was told they couldn t help with a safety issue and I should call someone else on a warranty fix. So basically they don t care about customer safety after you buy a vehicle.

Horrible service at the landmark Chrysler Jeep location in Springfield Illinois. I took my Jeep in to repair a rear main seal that was leaking. After the repair, when I got home, I noticed a large amount of fluid leaking, I took it back to Landmark and they said the transmission pan gasket was brittle and leaking, $550.00 to replace the gasket and pan. What?? The transmission pan and gasket were fine when I took it in and it was not leaking, now it is pouring fluid out due to a brittle gasket?? They also state you have to replace the pan because they damage them when prying them off the transmission. But hey they won't charge me for the labor - gee thanks - I talked to the the general manager (Nick Short), the best he could do was "well, if you don't want the pan replaced and only replace the gasket, we can cross our fingers and reduce the parts by $113.00" Well, if you hired competent technicians, I would not need to replace anything and they should be able to remove the pan without damaging it. I will have it towed from their lot to a place that knows how to service a vehicle without damaging it and then try to have the customer pay for it at a high price. I wonder how many customers fall this line, Last time I spend any money or time at this place.

Experience was great. Sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. I will send in friends and family and would highly recommend stopping buy if your looking for a new car. They were all great to deal with from the salesperson to the managers.

Went to look for something my brother could pay cash for. He had 6 grand to spent. We asked a salesman where used vars were and he said they had nothing that ran on his price range. We looked anyway and found the perfect vehicle and the perfect salesman. Ty Landmark!

Sam done a pretty good. But I don't know if Brain ( another worker ) didn't give him my message or what. I called and told Brian my truck don't work and my top is not closing. They just told me it was a seal and vent holes. They didn't check the rest of what is worng with my car. Then come on $120 just for that come the poop on.

Took vehicle there to get repaired and I am still having issues. Same issue as b4. Ticked off. I always hesitate to take my vehicle there because I don't think it is ever fixed correctly. They put 11 miles on it while they had it this time so they had to know the problem still existed.

Spent $300 on parts and labor and they couldn't even rinse the car off! It was brought in for the windshield washer fluid not working the least they could have done is clean the windshield and back glass it's covered in salt and road grime.

Had a good experience with the sales person and others working here. However the paperwork with the finance manager was the worst I have ever experienced. I buy and rotate three cars in the family frequently and have experience with the process. Honestly Lanmark Cadillac needs to replace their finance person. Outside of that it was a good experience.

Worst service manager possible. Quoted 2,000 dollars to fix power steering. He didn't even look at the car. I went to a different place and turned out to be an error code in the computer. The other place cleared the error codes for free

If we were just talking the service department this would be 5 stars, but sales basically is impossible. I have tried to buy locally my last 3 cars, but literally saved thousands by driving a couple hours. They don't care, they just want your last penny, not a long-term car buying relationship.

I got a real bone to pick with Landmark Automotive I needed a part for my 2005 Lincoln town car and then they didn't have it but they give me a parts number for it and champagne it was a Hazmat item so they wouldn't mail it I had to go pick it up under Parts number I paid $120 for the park and I didn't look at it dumb I get home wrong part they gave me the wrong Parts number now I spent $50 in gas to go get this part paid $120 for it and if I go take it back it's going to cost you another 50 bucks they won't make it right they won't take any responsibility for give me the wrong Parts number and has sent me on a wild-goose chase to get it and my car still isn't fixed so no thank you Landmark Automotive Group

Was in for just an oil change and get tire pressure adjusted. They found a dry wall screw inmy tire. I couldn't afford the new $130 replacement today. They did put the donut on for free.

My oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. They also synced my cell phone to my car for me. I love my Chrysler Pacifica.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership. If you don't buy a car from them the salesman will contact you after the fact and use profanity and state inappropriate comments to you. At least the salesman I had did. Sorry I found a cheaper vehicle somewhere else.
