Daniel and his team at Kulavic s were fantastic! What a beautiful job on a front-bumper crack from a mower swipe!Not only did they match up the sparkly-white, snowflake finish, the car was spotless at pick-up! All the staff is so friendly. They got us right in for an estimate, and got us right in for repairs. Their customer service is amazing, and the repair they did were great.

Still got stuff that needs fixing that should have been done. Engine fan is loud, sensors not hooked up correctly. Had to go back a 2nd time for stuff that didn't get fixed the first time and things still are not fixed. Thought they were the best in town, but maybe that was a different time.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Their cost was in line with what I was expecting after I did something ignert and bent my truck. I've had cause to work with them in the past, and this experience was no different. I would take all my body work to Kulavic's.

In 30+ years, thankfully my family hasn't had to use a body shop often. This was the worst experience ever. My step sons vehicle with about 5K damage went in for what was supposed to be no longer than 2 weeks, a month later they finally finished it. Horrible communication throughout the process. Basically there was zero on their end. We called weekly for updates and I actually asked State Farm to get involved to find out what was causing the delays. Kulavics told them completely different stories than they would tell us. So we never could decide if they were lying to us, or lying to State Farm. Either way I would hope that State Farm would reassess their direct repair agreement with Kulavic. If you want your vehicle back in a timely manner with good communications, DON'T GO HERE! If I could give them zero stars that would be generous.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kulavics did a great job fixing our car after my kiddo's first accident. I am very impressed with both the exterior and interior. They also had a loaner car for us while they made the repairs.

I visited Kulavic's for an estimate for a scraped door. The estimator refused to fix the scrape and instead tried to upcharge me by having to replace this door, another door that was not scraped, and required that we fill any tiny areas of paint damage of the vehicle. He said it was all or nothing amounting to over $2000+ in repairs and that just painting the scrape was not an option. I purchased replacement paint off Amazon and fixed it myself for $33 though their work probably looks slightly better. Their estimate and inability to accommodate was laughable. I would stay away.

Someone hit my car and their insurance covered the repair through Kulavic s. I was hesitant going somewhere I have never been before but they did an amazing job, they even detailed the inside of my car! They staff was so kind, they kept me up to date and my car was even finished a day early! 10/10 recommend and if I need any other services I will be going back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband decided to take our car ice skating, and when he hit a dry spot, the car surged into the garage and took off the sideview mirror. Kulavics autobody was able to color match it and put the mirror back on pretty quickly. I would highly recommend Kulavics Autobody.

They did a great job on my 2020 ram 1500 looks like a deer never hit it. They were professional and on time and keep me informed with the details of the truck.I was able to use one of their loaner cars which was greatly appreciated. I was from out of town and I stopped by (without an appointment at 7:30 AM) to ask for help as my hood if my car Would not close and I had a 6 Hour Drive back home. I was greeted by Kelcie who is welcoming and took me right in. Tony who took the time to show me what was wrong, to fix it, and send me on my way. I was so grateful for their knowledge, help, and kindness! I see why they have great reviews they deserve it !! Bless you!!

Went in Wednesday to have them look at a pice of trim that had broken off. Took a car back to see what could be done, came back gave me the estimate, and had it done in about45 minutes. Very friendly, very helpful would always recommend them anytime.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had an accident in Springfield. Was almost 3 hours from home. Kulavic's was suggested to do repairs. Was very please. Good to work with, kept me informed. Car looks good and runs well.

Great place. These guys worked on my van after someone hit me. They did a great job. Even though it was only some front fender work, they detailed the inside and returned it with a gift bag of candy. Nice touch!

Ruined my son's air conditioner in his car would not back it up. They changed condenser put to much oil in. Ask them can't do that it's put in by machine. Well it did cost 1800 to have fixed

At first I very pleased with there service.Everything went like clock work.They stated they would need to remove the bumper in order to fix the door and front panel.At first glance I was very happy after I picked up the car.Two hours later noticed the bumper on the drivers side was sticking out.It look as if it had some sort of clear chalk like adhisive on it.I called and told them ..there reply was no we wouldnt of done that.I made app.to have them take a look.The guy came out to the car with a attitude .I showed him.He said oh I talked to my guys they said it was already broken..I can put more glue on it.I said no it was not broken. I said if it was broken why didnt you call me and why didnt you fix it?He augured with me.I left...never agian will I go there.
