Brandon Horner assisted us in the process of identifying and purchasing a Volvo to replace a Volvo totaled in an accident. We are very pleased with our experience here. Sean was awesome to work with and communicated well with us. We did overseas delivery which added complexity but he was right beside us. Drove 1.5 hours to this dealership and don't regret it. Give Sean a call!

Our experience dealing with Isringhausen to purchase our new Volvo was wonderful. Our sales agent Brandon Horner, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we test drove several different cars. He is very professional and prompt to respond to emails, text and phone calls. He made this process as easy as it could be for us. We will definitely purchase from Isringhausen again in the future and look for Brandon as our agent. We are very pleased!

What a pleasant buying experience!In all our car buying, my wife and I have never been treated better. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable about the Volvo we purchased. And, when he wasn t sure about a particular feature, he confirmed it, so we knew exactly what we were considering for our purchase. He gave us plenty of time to look over the car, discuss with him, and discuss between ourselves before making the decision. Even though we live in another state, we had no hesitation to buying from Isringhausen because of how well we were treated. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and Sean in the finance office was just as helpful and pleasant. We have had to contact them a couple of times since the purchase with some quick questions about the car, and they were just as nice to interact with after the sale as they were before. I imagine that there are other good salespeople at Isringhausen, but I would recommend you ask for Brandon. Working with him was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had in our 38 years together.

Isringhausen volvo was an experience of a lifetime, throughout the whole experience I was treated with respect and the utmost attentiveness by the staff members in service, especially Clint! They were extremely diligent in diagnosing the problem with my car and getting it resolved in a reasonable time frame and reasonable price! Another reason why I will I'm willing to drive over 5 hours just to be in their care! Well done staff members and additionally I would like to thank Ike in Volvo sales for keeping me entertained during my experience, he was extremely helpful in answering my questions in regards to current models and promotions.

I haven't bought my Volvo from this dealership because I relocated to Springfield, IL from elsewhere. However, I visited them a couple of times (service and tiny repairs) and I have always had a great time admiring their inventory & their epic car collection next door, while sipping their Starbucks. Service advisor Brandon is always a pleasure to work with. He is very polite and punctual. Everyone I came across were very friendly and always willing to help / talk about cars. Got to interact with Nathan regarding Volvo's new pure electric car and he was very well spoken and very knowledgeable. Always a friendly vibe and they care a lot about their customers.

Brandon and the service team were excellent. I brought by Winnebago in for Sprinter service and to have some road damage to the brakes repaired. They kept me informed throughout the process and got the work done in a timely manner.

Great experience with the Service Department here. Very professional and courteous. I bring my car from over an hour away just to be serviced here. No other dealership in the state can compare to them, they have set the bar much, much higher than the rest. Isringhausen, you now have another lifetime customer, thanks again for the exceptional service!

Just wanted to say thank you for caring for us during our time of need as we traveled on Saturday we encountered a warning light on our XC90 and even though the service department was closed on Saturday we were redirected to the detail shop and they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We certainly appreciate your assistance and thank you again. Highly recommend your dealership for your efforts!

Brandon was great. The video of the under carriage was an excellent way to communicate the condition of the drive train, brakes and tires. It also gave me peace of mind that nothing was being over looked.

I posted a bad review about an issue with a fob and key. Rob and the folks at Isringhausen called us back the next day and asked how they could make it right. Rob apologized and told me if we have any issues to come back and speak with him.I have never had a car dealer take the time to fix an issue after you leave the lot. And with a used car no less! We will be back to Isringhausen Volvo. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Short of a Perfect 10, (Due to your horrible overnight Delivery service that cost volvo and me 2 extra days of time and money) You are the first Volvo service, that responded to questions and explains any and all details of the service you offer complete with updates by phone or text for those people who are glued to your mobile phones! You even get a video of them inspecting your car!! Compared to my previous experience with other volvo service teams (West County Volvo who only treats you with great service if you are rich or have a new car) Maplewood volvo who charges you hidden fees with no explanation until you are willing to warn others about your poor treatment (Google review) only then did I get a response with no solution offered but I was asked to take my review back., but still refused to acknowledge any questions I had and if you are of any other ethnicity than white, you are not considered a real or valued customer by anyone (service desk to Management. It is a relief to see someone still remembers that no matter who you are you can be a valued customer who can be treated fairly along with trusted service for your car and to be welcomed back. (Me and my girlfriends S60 T5) We may have to drive an hour out of our way but its worth it rather than having being treated like you should be grateful you dont have to come thru the back door and hope someone will take your money because its not needed or wanted. Thank You

The service dwpartment is TERRIFIC!!! We were traveling from Texas to Michigan and in a hurry due to an ailing parent. We had a service need, made an appointment on line, got right in they determined the problem, fixed it, and returned the car to our hotel. We were able to get back on the road again and was only delayed a few hours. They were lond, compassionate, extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend and would use they always if in the area.

Two hours for a sit-in oil change with an appointment is absolutely disrespectful. If there was some sort of delay, there was zero communication.
