I recently bought a BMW from Brandon Horner. My experience was amazing from the first contact he answered all my questions and took the time to explain all diffferences in the 3 cars I was looking at. I was allowed to test drive by myself allowing me to drive the car home to show my husband. He was honest and so professional. This is my fourth care from Isringhausen and I will continue to purchase from them using Brandon due to the ease of the purchasing process and great customer service.

Just had my first service appointment and it was exactly what they promised. They brought a beautiful courtesy vehicle to my office in Champaign, took my car back, fixed it, and returned it the next day! They did exactly what they said they would do. I haven't found that from other dealerships.

Ripped me off. Recently bought a BMW from Jeffrey (sales) and by the time I drove it home, the right front brake was squealing. I bought $6,600 in extended warranty coverages from them and Sean (finance) also told me I had a seven day dealership warranty in case anything went bad on the car. I had their service dept check it out and they said brake pads needed replaced. So apparently, they lied to me about the inspection that was supposedly done on the car before I bought it because I was told everything was fine on the car. Warranty s didn t cover squat so I had pay another $400 out of pocket. They sold me a car that they knew needed new brakes. I m just glad I made it home safely. For your own safety, do not buy a car from this dealership.

I loved my interaction with Mike at Sales team at Isringhausen BMW. He is not a general car sales person. He was like a consultant or friend. He took time to understand what were my needs and what was my personality and then matched a car that was most suited for my needs and desires. He took me on a few test drives to get me have the feel for the right car. He took time to explain all the features that were in the car and those that were not in the car(s). Finally, when the decision on the right car was done, he took time to go thru the options of financing and found discounts that I was eligible for. Even the delivery of the car was made especial with attention to details.I am very happy with my interaction with Mike Plohr and would recommend that if you are looking for your next New / Preowned BMW, head to him directly. He is a rare Gem.

I contacted Jeff Edmiston at Isringhausen from Florida regarding vehicle listed for sale. When I flew into town, Jeff made everything smooth and simple. Knowing I was only in the area for a couple days, Jeff got everything set up and was polite enough to allow me and my family to drive the car without a ride along (a huge selling point for us so we could discuss the car without interruption).Both myself and my family will be back to buy our next cars. We've agreed that we have never had such a great experience at a dealership.

I do not live in the Springfield area but I highly recommend Isringhausen BMW based off of my one emergency service experience.I needed coolant in my 330i on a Saturday during a visit to Springfield. Even though the service department was officially closed, one of the employees mixed the coolant I needed and topped off my car s tank. When I tried to pay, they told me not to worry about it even knowing full well that I was coming from out of town and unlikely to stop in the dealership again.I would have paid an arm and a leg for the emergency service to my vehicle and Isringhausen BMW would not take a penny from me. This is an exceptional dealership and I will certainly reach out to them when it comes time for me to purchase my next car even though they are several hundred miles from my home.Thank you again for helping a traveler in need.

I was traveling to Springfield and my low engine oil level light went on. Knowing I had a 200 mile drive home, I called this BMW to ask if they could help. Without hesitation they told me to just bring the car in. The person at the service desk added oil since the service department was busy. Top notch customer care!

Everyone I ve interacted with there have been really friendly. The problem I ve run into multiple times was with their service center not contacting me to let me know the status of my car. The first time was with general maintenance. Didn t hear back from them when they said it should be done so I called to check up. They said it was taking longer and should be done in a couple of hours. No big deal. Couple hours go by, and no call. Called back a second time for an update. They said it was ready.The second time this happened I was getting a repair done. Dropped the car off a little after 8am. Was told it would take 4-5 hours. Had a family member pick me up and they wanted to know what time they closed. Here s where I messed up. When I googled Isringhausen I ended up looking at when the dealership closes 7pm, but the Service Center closes at 5:30pm. Right at 5:30 I called to get an update, because it s been 9 hours and no one has told me if the car is ready or not. I was told the service center is closed. I needed to be back at work at 10:00 tonight, and have no means of transportation.I messed up getting the hours of operation wrong, but I don t think customers should have to hound a place to find out when their car is ready

We just purchased a car for our son from Isringhausen BMW. All the transactions were done by phone, email, and mail. We can t begin to explain how pleased we are with our purchase. We had the car transported to Florida and even that was a seamless process. Special thanks to Brad Miller, our salesman, who went above and beyond to answer all our calls and questions and to Mark Dresch, who was amazing. On top of that, the car was in immaculate conditions and surpassed all of our expectations. I highly recommend Isringhausen BMW.

I ve deeply regretted not choosing this dealership from Day 1 of ownership. Despite being 100 miles away the trip was well worth it as they are so much more professional compared to my local BMW center. Everyone from the sales and service department were exceptional and extremely helpful. This level of customer service was usually exclusively to Porsche, so I m presently surprised. I would recommend Isringhausen for every BMW owner in the area.

Very efficient and friendly. We are traveling out of state and happy they could take care of our car issue immediately. Expected to be charged more knowing we were in a pickle. Even took care of a recall we knew nothing about! Highly recommend!

i've only gone for service on my car...super nice employees (matt, jeremy, ron, dale, and allen)...car was done when they promised...i also REALLY like that they text a link to a video showing the technician going over everything while servicing the car...the other dealership i use in detroit does not do this...so i will be sticking with isringhausen for ALL my service needs! also, appreciate their shuttle service.

My BMW had an oil leak. After their diagnostic, they claimed that anything and everything that could be responsible for an oil leak needed to be replaced, including a pan ($1900) and valve cover ($1100). I was also told a radiator hose needed replaced, oil changed and there would be a clean up fee. In all, the total would be at least $4200 to fix the oil leak and there would be additional fees for routine maintenance services. I ended up taking my car elsewhere and found that only the oil pan needed replaced! I saved over $3200!! To top things off, when I checked the paperwork and receipt from Isringhausen, the paperwork was NOT even for my car!

I own a 2018 X3 and actually very disappointed with it . The radio has poor reception and was like that the very first day I drove it home . After 2 and a half years of living with this defective radio l finally decided to resolve that little source of aggregation . Well fat chance of that so far . They did do a reprogram of the radio but that did not work .The service tech recently did a test on the antenna and other various parts of the radio and determined all was okay. They now want to know which roads l travel because l may be driving by a transmitting radio tower. !!!!!!!!??!!!!!!!! Read that last sentence again . Well I could not believe it either . I guess a replacement of the radio and the profit of my next vehicle bought there ( fat chance ) has got them confused .

Had the check engine light come on. Said I would have to wait four hours just to have it plugged into the computer... maybe!!! Went down the road to E.E. Thomas, and they took care of me right away completely free of charge. I ll never be back here again.
