Started an internet sale for a Santa Cruz and went in a few days later to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Everything went perfect , no hassles and no headaches. I met Adam while out and about shopping saw he was wearing a green hyundai pull over and I stopped him and said I need a palisade!!! I had been looking for a few months. He gave me his number I text him what i was looking for and 3 days later I bought my first new suv! Exactly what I wanted and more. He's great to work with and knowledgeable! I'm so impressed with my new palisade and I can't thank him and the green hyundai team enough! You all really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back if I ever decide to trade it in or buy another vehicle. Again thank you Adam i appreciate you so much!!

Made appointment @ Dirksen location and was re-routed to the new location. Upon arrival they couldn t find my application. Fortunately I had saved their message on my phone- Hard to tell who was staff and there was no consistent uniforms or identification. Breakfast spread was nice however I believe that referring to this location was premature as the concrete was still being poured on one section of the lot. Vehicle was serviced in timely fashion!

I did not buy a vehicle from Green Hyundai because I ultimately decided on a different vehicle I liked slightly better. However, I test drove the Hyundai Kona. Zach was very kind, courteous and professional. I was on my test drive alone for at least 20 minutes, so I definitely was given the fullest opportunity to experience the vehicle. No pressure. No sleazy sales tactics.As I said, I eventually decided on a different vehicle. However, given my positive interactions with this dealership, I would absolutely reconsider them for any future purchases and recommend them to anyone set on buying a Hyundai.

This was the EASIEST AND BEST experience I've ever had buying a car! I called, told them what I wanted, Jaran confirmed, by actually putting his EYES on the vehicle, not just looking in the computer. I drove to the facility, the vehicle was right there in front for me to see....30 minutes later I was driving away in my new palisade! Jaran, Oliver and Brandon, you are THE BEST!! Highly recommend to shop here! Thank you for making this an easy experience and not a nightmare!!

Never got any availability for Service. Although you book a date for next week from the website they will reschedule it for next month. Happened to me 3 times. Sales experience is also okay. Called them twice for vehicle enquiry but they never reached back. Staff at the service department was helpful.

Easily, the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. I worked with Doug Bishop, a Senior Sales Consultant for getting my new 2023 Hyundai Sonata! He made it a super smooth and amazing insurance. Complete honesty and transparency about everything!Then I followed up with Telly Beck, the Insurance Client Service Representative. He streamlined getting me a better insurance at full coverage for a good cut from what my current insurance was going to offer me. Of course, I know that's going to vary from person to person; but he immensely helped out with my insurance experience!Now, my short life story of why I even came in for a new car - My beautiful 2008 Mercury Milan had to be totaled due to someone crashing into me. Had that lovely sedan for over 10 years and had an insane love for it. Finely took car of her from head to toe myself for years.I was bummed out, that's for sure; but now, I'm happy to say I've joined the Hyundai family! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and I feel so bad that I don't remember the store manager's name; but she was great to talk to while Doug finished up a couple things. Made us feel right at home!I'll say this for sure, you want to go in to a dealership that cares - COME HERE!!!Definitely recommending Green Hyundai to any friends that'll be looking for cars in the future!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Green Hyundai. First of all, the new location is stunning. Gus was our sales person and he was extremely helpful and receptive to all of our questions and concerns. When we decided we wanted to buy, the process took less than two hours. It was efficient, professional, and thorough. I would recommend Gus and Green Hyundai to anyone!

Husband and I went to upgrade our SUV. I ve always wanted a Palisade and our salesman, Gus, and his team, were amazing. They provided great customer service and I especially appreciated our salesman. The moment we met him, we told him what we re wanting and he listened to us and was not pushy at all. In the past, some car salesman were and we get it, their doing there job. However, you don t want to run your customers off. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience through green Hyundai and we highly recommend them. Also, their new location is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and wish them good fortune.

I had a recall done on my little 2013 Hyundai Accent. The recall was supposed to consist of some safety feature update and some undercarriage treatment that was ALL. Go to pick the car back up and there was white gluelike streaks all over the drivers side door. They had also took it through a car wash and my back license plant was folded in half to TOP IT ALL OFF my windshield wipers stopped working. Took it back 2 weeks later ( the soonest they could get me in with no working wipers ) and they were rude and didn t solve any problem other than the windshield wipers. WASTE OF TIME. Going to get my car worked on locally from now on.

Based on my recent experience I found them to be untrustworthy and in my opinion unethical. Let's start with my trade-in. I had a firm offer from carmax. They offered me $600 less but I was okay with that. When I got to the dealership they told me they thought it was a different trim and couldn't honor their offer. Not sure how they came up with that excuse because I had already provided them with the VIN. They told me just to sell it to Carmax and I said thanks for their time and asked for my keys so I could leave. When they realized that meant no sale they quickly changed their tune and said they would honor the agreement we already had. I should have walked but decided to stay. Three hours later. They had the paper work ready. The excuse I got from the person I was working with was that he was working with a couple with bad credit and was trying to get their deal done. I had intended to pay cash but decided to do the Hyundai Finance at 3.49 for 48 months. They clearly understood I would finance through Hyundai or just pay cash. For no reason they ran my credit through both Green and Hyundai creating an unnecessary extra hard inquiry. After making me wait 3 hours to simply do the paper work they quickly put a credit contract in front of me with terms I didn't agree to.They presented me with papers for a 4.49% loan for 60 months instead of the 3.49 for 48 months agreed upon. Again, I should have gotten up and walked out. Not sure why they couldn't just sell the car without playing games and running an extra hard credit inquiry. To add insult to injury they ran my credit again 5 days after I already bought the vehicle and after I had already complained to them for running an unnecessary credit inquiry. This is how I was treated as a repeat customer.

Went to the new store for just a car wash. Service area was great. Clean, friendly staff and timely. I was actually on a call when my wash was finished so I was unaware of where they parked my car. While I looked around the front of the store, I asked a group of salesmen just standing around, where they would park my car after a car wash. One replied quite rudely "On the side of the building". I said thanks and as I walked away, another replied "Duh". I found that to be very rude. I was going to take a look around, but why would I. "Duh!!"

I have bought from green for many years but a recent experience my son has gone through with them has changed my mind on their customer service. No return calls, no help with getting a loaner while his car sits there waiting for a part covered under warranty that is back ordered. He s been told several different stories about a loaner. He needs a vehicle as he can t depend on others for who knows how long. I m so disappointed in green and will no longer buy from them. A simple phone call to talk to him. That s all that is needed but you can t even do that. Disappointed

I had a Santa Fe for almost 3 years but it was getting a little big for me. Went to get oil change and John McCarthy called me and offered to bring a Sonata to the Dirksen store, I liked it and decided to trade. It has many things on it that I really like. So far, I am enjoying it tremendously.

I was very happy with Green Hyundai UNTILL TODAY! When I bought my car there I understood from what my salesman told me that as long as I got all of my maintenance work done at this dealership that I had free lifetime oil changes for as long as I owned my Hyundai Venue. Today my salesman told me he did not say this. My son was with me when I bought the car and heard his as well. I called my son while at the dealership this morning and put my phone on speaker and handed it to my salesman. First thing he did was take it off speaker so I couldn t hear what my son was saying. He told me after hanging up that my son understood what he said at the time of the sale. I of course called my son again after telling the salesman that I would NEVER buy another car from Green Hyundai and my son said he didn t tell him that.Like I said at the beginning of this review, I was very happy with Green Hyundai UNTIL TODAY .

I dropped my car off Dec 11th for a antifreeze leak I didn t pick up until Dec 26 on Dec 29th I smelled antifreeze after spending 400$ the problem still isn t resolved and my cars still leaking antifreeze

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!! Poor service, no communication, kept my car for two and half months and didn t provide me a loaner until I emailed Mike Quimby. I have never had to have anything major done until December 11th when I dropped my car off. I didn t pick it up till about 2 weeks ago. I had to take it there because my 2019 Hyundai Elantra had a bad timing chain. I have never had such poor service in a service department and for this one to be brand new, that shouldn t have happened!!! It was a HUGE mistake to take it there and I won t make that mistake again!!!!!!

Visited the Green Hyundai on Saturday 2nd March to shop around for a car, just wanted to have a feel of the cars. Then we walked in and met Dustin Englemann, a few hours later, we were driving out a brand new Hyundai Elentra N Line. Both Dustin and the company were great at taking care of our needs and ensuring mutual benefits. Thank you, we had a great experience shopping with you. We just had a 6 hour drive to and from Chicago with our car today, it was beautiful.

The new building is very nice and the staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions instantly which was very reassuring. Since it was my 1st time scheduling service online it was confusing when I called and asked for information. It worked out in the end though.

Received a letter to come to the new Green Hyundai for special deals on 2023 Santa Fe's. We decided to go in and check it out. We have been customers of Green for the past 20 years buying from Green many times. We went in and found a Santa Fe we liked and sat down with the sales person to check out the deal. The sales person Mike came back with an offer that was a serious low-ball offer.We were so shocked that we got up and left. This has never happened before in our previous experiences with Green. After this I sent a message to Green about this issue and as of now have not heard from anyone. I am really disappointed with the service we received. We won't be back.
