I was the only customer there so I drove right in and they changed my oil in good time. Didn't give me a hassle about the cabin or air filters. What I didn't like was noone said a word to me until it came time to pay. Didn't even say hi or good afternoon. A little pleasantries would have been nice.

This review is based solely on the dog wash. But This was an absolute waste of time and money. The only reason I came here was because it was advertised as having a force dryer. Good thing I brought my own towel or my dog would have went home soaking wet. It was $5 to start and additional quarters only get you an additional 20 seconds. I left so angry.But I do believe this is still a good option for stinky dogs and dogs that can't be groomed. Just bring you own towel. And wash like the wind. Not recommended for giant breeds.

Showed up at 515pm they sat there until 520 to come out to tell me they take last car at 515? Terrible customer service won't use them again

Recently posted about bad service, that was not the case. Originally I was told by my mechanic the guys charged me for service and they did not actually perform the service. Turns out with my particular make and model of car, it begins to burn excessive oil at about 95k miles, especially during highway driving. The guys at Apple Lube did not do anything wrong and I apologize for the negative post. I have been going there for years and will continue to go to Apple Lube.Service: Oil change

Thieves work here. Paid for full service oil change before going out of town on vacation. While out of town the car began to run rough. Checked the oil, was 2 quarts low and the dirty oil filter was put back on. Very low on coolant, and no windshield fluid. Now my car has a leaking valve from running so long with low oil, now with engine trouble. The new auto mechanic says they have probably robbed me more than once considering how low the oil was. I have been coming here for years. Am getting authorities involved in this matter so these methods of robbing people can stop.

Awful experience... my wife was charged $55.00 for a basic oil change package listed for $35.00. She was told her vehicle required a special oil filter, and was also charged for additional quarts of oil on top of the included cost. When she questioned the upcharges compared to the listed price the worker just referenced the fine print . Not only was the service dishonest and subpar, but it was also more expensive than other locations in town. On top of this the basic package doesn t even include customary services you would expect such as vacuuming the floor mats. For almost $60.00 this was definitely one of the most expensive basic Oil Change services in town. Definitely don t recommend, and won t be back.

Fast and due to Covid19 we did not even have to get out of the car. Done in less than 10 minutes

This place is terrible! Over priced . Filthy and freezing my 84 yr old father was freezing in the filthy lobby. So over priced. Turn the heat on and clean and furnish this lobby please!
