Went to the store on Friday night and the guys were very very nice. I had an overheating problem and they got me what I needed. I had a 2 hour drive and they were very assuring. I made it home with no problem. Thank you. Thank you.

They're a bunch of good people! They get busy as heck sometimes but that shows they know their stuff! Except that Larry guy! Just kidding! Michelle and Mark are good people running the store and their employees will do whatever they can to find the right parts for you! Keep up the good work Ladies and Gents! Semper Fi!

I wrote a scathing review a few weeks ago and need to apologize. I was misinformed about the price of a thermostat and when it didn't match what I'd been told by an employee of mine, I blew up. When I went back to the store, I apologized to the salespeople and want to do so here as well.They were helpful and professionalWe in Milan are lucky to have an O'Reilly in milan and especially this one with its staff

Friendly and fast service with some people who know about automotive needs. A good selection of parts in-store and more that can be ordered quickly (usually next day). Can't give them a fifth star only because they are not an auto parts super store.

The woman that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. They had what I needed in stock. They were lower priced than the competitor.

I ve always had good luck with this oriellys until I went in there and the two people working didn t know a thing about vehicles. The one guy couldn t get me the right size brake line after I TOLD HIM WHAT SIZE IT WAS and then the girl working in there had to ASK ME If a cutoff wheel would fit on someone else s grinder. I m no genius but i think if you work at oriellys you should know what your selling and how to find stuff and help people. This was very upsetting and set me back on my job. Before this I have always had great experiences and the older heavier set guy is the go to person whenever I go in there. Most helpful person ever.

Good and cheapest on a all their parts than the other auto parts stores I like the store very friendly and courtesy to their customers and if they can help in any possible way they will try thank you guys very much keep up the good work

Love this place. I do think they should properly train their employees so when u ask certain question they'll have an answer as to how to help when ur in a bind

I am in total shock of how I was treated today going into O'Reilly's to return something for my fiance due to him having to go to work I have breathing related health issues I was kicked out of the store today due to not being able to wear a mask they never asked if I had a form to show to prove that just got off the phone with Kevin and he refused to speak to me I ask for the store managers name and he refused to give it to me and said thanks have a great day and hung up on me what a joke

Great place to buy car parts with decent prices. The workers are nice and polite in a lot about cars will be glad to answer any questions.

great service, great parts, if it wasnt for Dave and Jerry I am not sure this place would be that great, they have had some bad workers in past and no nothing of cars or parts.
