I have Used Scott for so many cars and so many jobs , Car Audio , Alarms , Ect . Always Treated Me 100% not the Fastest but always a Great Job none the less.Great Service, Great Products, Great Staff. .Thanks To You All. A few of the Toys they made Even More Enjoyable

I was referred to Scotty's by a friend's brother and was extremely pleased and impressed with the friendly, courteous service I received. I interacted with Scotty and one of his employees and both were great!I had a remote starter installed in my car at a great price. Thank-you Scotty!!

Buyers beware, owner does bait and switch. When confronted , throws you out of store while threatening to fist fight you. Personally I'm a little to old for that nonsense.Warning to anyone even thinking of going here. If I could give a negative stars I would!

Terrible customer service!Called on phone to ask questions (audio isn't my thing) Scott accused me of wasting his time????Scott it's tax season- money in hand!!!!Sorry I work 11-12 hour days 5 days a week and have a family. Just wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck- guess I asked too many questions he told me I'm wasting his time ( I'm 55 yrs old) and hung up on me!!!!

This establishment has terrible customer service with an unprofessional owner. I scheduled a roof wrap appointment over the phone and confirmed it with the employee I spoke to. On the day of my appointment the owner arrived thirty-minutes late and did not greet me.Scotty, the owner, said that he did not know where the wrap kid was and that I did not pay a deposit. I was not informed of a deposit at the time that I scheduled my appointment. He then proceeded to blame me for not placing a deposit and that there was nothing he could do.I then stated, this is unprofessional of you not to inform the customer of things such as this. He then replied, Well, you re the unprofessional one for not placing a deposit. As I was leaving the establishment, the owner continued to yell rude things at me in an unprofessional manner.I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed inside this establishment. This is not a family environment nor is it a place I would recommend to receive service from.As you can see in this owners reply, he does not take responsibility for anything that goes on in his business. I am a person who serves this country in the Army with dignity and pride. This owner was disrespectful and did not apologize at any point of our conversation. I look for great costumer service and fairness, neither of which I received from this organization. There is no point in sitting here typing a bad review if it were not true. Even if there are freelance workers apart of the organization, it is the owners responsibility to ensure costumer satisfaction and to apologize for inconveniences or misunderstandings.

I would go as far as saying Scotty s Is the best in the state! If I could I d rate them 100 stars. Scotty & his crew are incredibly kind, patient, down to earth individuals. Their extremely welcoming and answered all of my questions. They installed XK underglow as well as wheel LED s. I couldn t be more happy with the finished look. Highly recommend! Will continue to bring my car here.

Great customer service! Brought my Scion TC in for what I thought was an aftermarket electrical issue. They tested my car battery turns out it would not hold a charge. They didn't even charge me to bring my car in and run diagnostic testing. Thanks again Scotty!

Had to have BAIID device put on my car. They walked me through everything. Were super helpful and fast. For re-calibrations I have been in and out and they are very reasonable in price. Everyone I have encountered has been great.

Gus put in my radio now all of a sudden my turn signals don't work. Of course Scotty's is not taking responsibility. After taking the dash apart I found broken plastic pieces and just a shabby job with handling of the wires. I was told not to go to Scotty's but because Motor City Sport closed down I had no choice. I wouldn't recommend Scotty's to anybody. The radio looks good tho but the problems after were not worth $323..

Scotty is the man!!! This place has the best prices and does five star jobs. Service and the people that work here are great I ve recommended this place to all my friends and family and they are always pleased with the service.

Scotty is very unprofessional did not want to give me my money back after I paid him cash He never perform the service he kept blaming it on Covid so I asked for a refund . when I try to go to the office and tell him to give me my money back He then called the police try to fight my husband and called him a racial term because he was African-American . Please do not trust this company Unprofessional

over the years i have delt with scotty in 3 different locations great product,great work ,warrantied an alarm system he did not install i have sentfriends and family there never any problems great prices most recent he installed a remote start and and new sound system with hands free blue tooth in my sons truck worked around my schedule dropped the truck off picked it up after work great guys!
