Got a hole in a tire less than 2 months old and brought the car in to use my warranty. The short guy with glasses immediately had a bad attitude and refused to honor the Warranty telling me to buy a new tire. When i tried talking to him he got even more of an attitude and walked off.

Took my girlfriends car in today to later have her call and tell me they called her and that she needed four new tires. The tires on the vehicle are less than two years old. Only to get there to have them tell us they called the wrong person. Didn t have the decency to call back and tell us about their mistake. Or even make a verbal apology when we get there. They ve always pulled stuff like this. They won t work on my truck because they can t use a floor jack yet they have them sitting there and every other Walmart I take it to uses one. The other Walmarts also tell me that there is no reason they can t work on it and that this store must just be lazy and I agree. If everywhere else can work on my truck no hassle and being polite then why can t this one? They need a whole new set of managerial staff that don t complain, have respect for you, your time and can admit their mistakes. I ve been dealing with them like this for years but this is the last straw.Service: Tires

We got a flat tire just 20 minutes away and the tow truck got to us just in time for us to make it to Walmart, barely at 6:56 p.m. All of the employees were kind and courtious. You have an amazing staff that cares.My only suggestion is to have the tire shop open later then 7. You would make big money. There are no tire shops open past 7 around this area.

Pulled in because our oil light came on so we wanted them to check the oil to see how low the car was a were told they could not check or add oil to a vehicle that had an indicator light on

I ordered new tires for my truck on Walmart.com. They arrived on time. From the time they pulled my truck in the shop to the time they were done, was exactly 30 minutes, They had several other vehicles being serviced at the same time as well. Great job fellas! I ordered tires online and had them installed here. I got there at 7 AM when they opened so i could be one of the first ones in and out since I have to be at work at 8. When the guy opened the door, he had an absolute disgusted look on his face. Almost like he was mad I was there so early. Not sure what his name was but he was a tech and gave me dirty looks every time he walked into the store from the shop and kept shaking his head. The one older lady behind the counter wasn t very friendly either. She wasn t very talkative and gave very short answers when I tried to make small talk while she was checking me in. Her name was a Susan. The other lady behind the counter, Julie I think, was as friendly as ever. She was very pleasant and showed a great deal of customer service. She is someone I d want to deal with every time I come in there. She was all chipper and polite. It was a drastic difference in her attitude over the other two.I get dealing with people first thing in the morning isn t some peoples strong point but when you re in a customer facing position, you should really overcome that or hide it and be polite. We customers help pay your wage and you should be grateful there are people who give their business to you. Especially in the tire and lube business. There are a million other places to take the business to. Be grateful and polite. Not disgruntled and rude.They had me out of there with four new tires installed in 45 minutes. I was very happy at the turn around time and even said, Wow that was fast! Would I go back, sure but I hope I get to deal with Julie and not the other two.

Charged even when it was road hazard. Called once my wife came home and told me. They fixed the issue and gave me a discount on the new tire cost. Go to pay and double charged. Called on my way home and Julie apologized repeatedly. I came back a 3rd time and after a 20 minutes process finally got that money back. But besides the issues these people are great. They are working like crazy setting up for black Friday and being pulled 30 directions. I understand mistake happen. Julie and RJ, you guys are rocking it.

I took my car here to get my oil changed and they refused to service my car. Something was over torqued last time by a different Walmart and the woman I spoke with that works in the auto center with a 10 year badge on was rude and unwilling to help me and handed me my keys. Literally never going again I ll go to jiffy lube before I go back hereService: Oil change

I came here to get a tire replaced on my vehicle. It's an odd size, so I called first to make sure they had it in stock. The guy on the phone assured me that they did. So I drove 20 miles there only to discover that they did NOT have it. So then they told me that they could order it. I said that would be fine. They called me the next day to let me know that my tire was in. So I once again drove 20 miles and then discovered that they ordered the wrong tire brand. The one I ordered was about $30 cheaper. So I told them nevermind. I ended up going to NTB, where I got the tire I needed... installed and everything for less than what Walmart wanted for just the tire.

well the internet said the had an oil change for $48 but when i got there it was $54.88 plus labor and oil. it came to $64.88. I cannot complain since my vehicle takes synthetic oil. i just don't know why they do not advertise the whole price. I mean its not like you won't know or can't find out. I just think i would rather know exactly what i am gonna pay after they add on what they have to add on. don't try to candy coat it just get real!

Took my car there to get tires mounted and after waiting 1.5 hours, I was told their lift can't lift my car because it's too low and their lift is old. When asked about using a floor jack I was told theirs was broken. I believe they sell jacks in the store so I found this comical. This place is a joke and it's obvious the people working didn't want to do the work. They called me about 6:20pm when they finally pulled it in and they said they couldn't do it. If they would have noticed this up front I could have taken it to another shop the same night.

Never have I taken a vehicle for an oil change only to be told that the oil drain plug was too tight for the oil change guy to get loose. Oil change cancelled and my business lost as well. Seemed to me they don t want business and weren t friendly at all, nor did it seem that they wanted to try to help... Two thumbs DOWN!

Three times now I've showed up before 7am when the auto center is supposed to open and had to wait 10 to 20 minutes before someone finally opened the door, only after I called the main number and told them. When the manager finally opened the door, I complained, but he just sais "ok"...no apology. I have finally filed a complaint with their Corporate office.

They dont make appointments; it's usually a 2-3 hour wait to get your oil changed. Who can shop in Walmart for that long I ask you. They do have a small waiting are but the seats are hard & my back can take that .

Used the online tool to verify the tires I needed were in stock. Called ahead to verify times open for the day and price. Showed up at the exact time I was told would be ok only to be told they wont be doing it today since they close in an hour... why bother calling

The service sucks here. The people are not friendly and ignore you when you are at the counter. I was standing there with no other customers and clerk looked right at me and then turn and started working on something else. The technician aren t much better. This place needs some serious customer service training!!

We have routine service for two vehicles performed here and are generally satisfied. Wait times are usually a little long but can't beat prices.

I came in to get a new tire fixed WITH road hazard and they said 12$ for balancing on the tire and never told me about a pro rate so I was charged 72 instead of 12, done with them

Go somewhere else. Really rude everytime I've tried to get oil changed. Never have the oil I need so they can only offer the more expensive package.
