If you will need a loaner to get to work while they service your car, and they do not have one immediately available then find somewhere else. If they don t have one available they will not be honest on when one will be available. My vehicle has been there for approximately 2 months. When I brought the vehicle in I was told 2 weeks to a month tops and they would have a loaner available for me. We are at TWO months now and still being told no loaner available yet. I feel like I was told a lie about when a loaner would be available just to get my car in their shop. My Warranty company also told me they were overcharging, compared to other motor replacements they have covered. (Not 100 percent sure how true that is as I take everything a warranty company says with a grain of salt to be honest) so i also had to pay 2300 out of pocket on top of the 5000 the warranty paid. Also Unrelated to this repair, last year they tried to charge me 800 dollars for tires that I found online for only 500. And the one and only oil change I got there a couple years ago was approx 140 dollars. Over double, and almost triple the price of an oil change at almost any other shop. Also, I did not receive even one call to update me on the delays. I had to call myself both times to even find out it had been delayed. Due to the lack of customer service calling to keep me updated on delays, and lack of loaners for people who have their vehicle there for multiple months. I would not recommend getting service there if you cannot be without a vehicle for an extended time. Would also not recommend to get oil changes or tire changes their due to overcharging.EDITED TO REPLY BACK: Those are great services to offer, however if your employees fail to actually inform me of those services then what s the point? That would have been a viable alternative for me. But Customers cannot read minds and at this point it is 2 little 2 months too late. I appreciate the attempt, but I would suggest training your employees to actually inform customers of that offer in a timely manner for it to be effective in the future. I doubt that offer applies to 11pm to 7am shifts anyway.

Poor Sales Team, still waiting on some #'s from Friday after you asked for my email and i sent it, also, never got back to me a year ago about fixing a used vehicle to test drive again. Upon inspection of said vehicle, engine compartment has dirt all over it. They always have excuses but never get back to you. How do they stay in business? It's a shame, they are always so nice up front.Replying to your post: I did show up at 4:45pm on 3/15/24 and took a test drive, Tristen passed me off to Patrick then he took my email address and said he would give me #'s that night. Waited all weekend and got nothing until you guys just sent me the #'s after posting this. If you want business, in the future, then please be more honest with people who are trying to give you there hard earned money.

I drive uber and am very dependent on my van for work. I brought my Town and Country in for transmission work Tuesday and they diagnosed a bad transmission.I was very lucky it was under warranty from Dodge. These guys jumped right into action. Transmission replaced and back to me Friday afternoon shifting like champ. Thanks Chad and the service dept.for taking great care of my van.

I don't trust the sale associate TRISTEN. he's a scammer and try to screw the customers with his cheap offers for their trade and not being honest to tell the customers about what he try to sell them .. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF TRISTEN WILL BE YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE,, PERIOD

Had a great experience here. Bought a new Jeep with no hassles, no problems, and not even the slightest amount of pressure. They really had the best deal around. Take the drive to Highland and you'll see why!

I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport with 64,000 mies. Within 3 months we have had it in the shop 3 times 1, for 2 oil leaks. 2. Because they forgot to plug in a sensor while fixing the leak. Then they wanted to charge me one price to fix the problem then tell me another price when we had the work done.I was at work when my wife told me that they laughed at my irritation with the change in the cost of reparesThis place is a joke!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

*update* The GM left a retaliatory review on our company page because he disliked this review. If that does not tell you everything you need to know about this dealership nothing will. I've attached a photo of his review.Went to sign paperwork on a car for a sibling and we decided to buy a jeep but the sales guy was dismissive of our questions and requests for options until we said we were leaving and then the floor manager ended up finding us one at another dealership several hours away with the promise to have it delivered for several thousand dollars mark up. My husband ended up agreeing to drive up again once it was delivered. We left there and decided to check one last place before heading home and found the exact one he wanted with every upgrade he wanted for 4k less than this place wanted. My sister says her experience here was top notch and would buy again. We however have found our jeep dealer elsewhere.

Don't get your vehicle serviced here unless you want to pay for what they mess up. They screwed up my wife's van and my car now. Then they tried to pass the cost to us and halfway fix it. All this with just oil changes. Never again.

Just purchased our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and had a great experience. As soon as we arrived the staff was very friendly. We called ahead and they had the vehicle we wanted to test drive pulled around and waiting for us. Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped the purchase process go very smoothly. They even stayed late on Saturday after closing time to assist us in getting all of the paperwork completed. On Monday they had the car detailed and tank filled. Alex also included 2 high quality sets of headphones which our kids love! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

Excellent experience. They made the entire process very easy. Alex was very thorough when showing us everything in and on the Jeep Wrangler we were looking at. We really liked that they didn't do the high pressure sales tactics we get almost everywhere else we went. They also worked to find us a really great interest rate. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, two items that were missing during the test drive had been replaced, brand new, without us even asking. What we have been most impressed with, is what they've done after we drove off the lot. Follow up calls and care has been amazing. Alex and the team at Mcginley have gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. They were an hour and a half away from us, but definitely worth the drive. We highly recommend McGinley & Alex!

I just bought a 2016 Dodge Charger from this dealership and had a great experience. They were very personable and were willing to work with me on price too. I was also in a hurry and they made sure that everything was completed by the time I needed to leave. McGinley definitely has a very solid team of people that make the car buying process a smooth and stress-free one. I worked with Alex and also Mike(the general manager) and they went through every detail with me to make sure I knew everything about the car and their buying process. I ve been to many dealerships in the past and this one by far was the easiest to work with. I would highly recommend anyone considering looking into a new or used car to see what McGinley can do for you.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR BUYING A CAR !!! TRISTEN HANCOCK AND MIKE NAYLOR WERE THE BEST AND MADE IT GREAT !!!ONCE AGAIN MCGINLEY DODGE CAME THRU !! CHECKED MY RECALL AND IT WAS OK BUT DISCOVERED THAT I HAD SOME STREAKING ON THE INSIDE OF MY DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ORDERED ME A BRAND NEW ONE AND WILL INSTALL IT ALL ON THEM !!! WOW COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE !!! AND TRUST ME FOLKS THAT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY IS NOT CHEAP..THANKS TO THE SERVICE TEAM AND CHAD FOR HELPING ME WITH THIS . I was passing my on I-70 and hit road debris that ripped the pan right off the bottom of my transmission. Coming from the west coast and heading to the east coast I felt like I would now be stranded in the middle of the country. Man was I wrong. AAA sent Z-1 driver and mechanic Adrian who was very efficient, professional, and courteous.Instead of leaving me essentially stranded, these guys called all around town on the spot and plead my case for me. While they were not able to directly fix my car, they made calls over the guys at McGinley and had me in the front of the line at the dealer, parts ready, and towed me there without so much as a thought. Thanks so much to the team at McGinley, I was back on the road in 2 hours. Huge thanks to them for restoring my faith in humanity and decency. You guys really saved me and I wish nothing but success for you. Thank you!

I didn't get a blowout deal here but I did get a fair price. They also found me a good financing rate. We had some communication issues at first, but what I really appreciate is just that these guys didn't try to screw me like other large dealerships did. They were upfront and honest. Tory was my salesman and is down to earth and relateable. Didn't feel like talking to most salesmen.They never did change my oil before I drove off, though, like they said three times they would. If they honor the extra free oil change they promised I'll give them a fifth star.

Just picked up my new Jeep Gladiator today. They gave me good deal on trade the first figure. Alex was my salesman. He was not pushy like some. He knew his product!! The Gladiator was perfect. Ready to go!! I tried working with dealers around Springfield area. One salesman was so pushy I just left. Another dealership was $3000 off on my trade . Guess they thought this woman fell off a Christmas Tree! All I wanted was a fair first deal. Don t call me the next day. Once in Springfield I found this car I really liked. Told the salesman he was to far off. When I came home the salesman was on the phone with my husband giving him a $3000 better deal. My husband asked if I wanted it. Told him to tell the salesman I would not take that car if he gave it to me and put it in my driveway. Anyway, thanks Alex for being so professional.

My husband and I drove 50+ miles to McGinley because we had located a minivan online that we were interested in seeing. We were promptly greeted by Alex Kampwerth who was very personable and knowledgeable. Alex was very accommodating & the entire deal-making process with him went very smoothly. There were a few minor issues with the van that Alex ensured were corrected before we took possession. Even after the sale, an issue came up and Alex went above and beyond to get it resolved! Adam Hanebrink, the Business Manager, also made the financial/warranty process painless. All in all, a very pleasant car-buying experience and well worth the extra miles to drive there! Highly recommend McGinley for your next purchase!!

No haggle price, service was great... Kinda like other dealers now.I just read my review, and obviously not clear on what I meant by "kinda like other dealers now". Their service department had been amazing, now good but not like it was. Their sales team is good and will get you the car you want at the right price.

Really don t know what to say. Bought a 2016 Ram at the end of 2017. Loved the truck. The honeymoon was soon over after 6 trips back it still wasn t fixed. McGinley was good to me. Ram Customer service was horrible.I couldn t rely on this truck anymore. Ram pretty much ignored me. I was in a bad spot. I m too honest to ditch the truck on someone else. Nobody else would touch it for trade. McGinley gave me a decent deal on another Ram even though I hate the color and have no faith in Ram s customer service. I had to do something. So thanks to McGinley for stepping up and trying help. However I m going to trade it for a Chevy next week.

I bought a Jeep from McGinley 2 weeks ago . Made my deal over the phone drove 3 hours to get there. The Jeep was better than I expected. In and out in an hour, Very friendly and helpful staff.Be glad if you live close to them.Best car buying experience I've had in years.

I worked with Justin in sales and Mike in finance, great guys. Candid, courteous, and respectful of my time. They were realistic in the negotiating process, and both sides came out with a fair deal. You don't come out of many car dealers with a good vibe. I hope I have the opportunity to work with them the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.
