Excellent service, prompt and most importantly, the recommendations and pricing was transparent with all options presented. I never felt pressured to have additional services done. They just thoroughly explained what and why. Giving me what was recommended based on severity and importance lets me plan ahead. With tough economic times it s essential to prioritize necessary repairs with my income and other expenses. No fear selling just facts presented to me. I will definitely let this Midas location do the work on all my family vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The alternator in my car was starting to display issues and needed to be replaced. The service provided by Chris Gora and his team was quick and efficient. Their pricing was fair. They also did a great job communicating the job status. I highly recommend them!

Very nice and professional workers. I dropped off my car for an oil change. They called me when they were almost done and politely recommended 2 services. I told them I'm okay for now. They called when it was ready for pickup. Very fast and good service. I had a good experience with Midas at another location too in the past.

Quick, effective work, even when they are busy! I was well taken care of during my recent visit and was grateful for their honest and helpful service. A tech went above and beyond and even fixed my poorly (self) installed rear wiper blade without prompting. Thank you to the entire team! I would highly recommend this Midas if you are looking for car service!

This place used to have a great crew until management changed now it's not worth going here this place has the worst service writer's the mechanics are still good it's just bad management

Wheel alignment wasn't done correctly. One of the bolts was left loose which led to a clunking noise. My dealer found it and fixed it. Midas wouldn't provide a refund or reimbursement for the repair. I wont be going back to Midas!

Been taking my cars there for years and got my husband coming there as well! The staff is attentive, service time is reasonable. Edgar and Anthony are awesome. We met Luis for the first time and he was pleasure! We see the same mechanics there and that's always a good sign. I would recommend this store!

Very courteous person working the front desk, got in and out quickly for an oil change.As a regular customer, they showed appericiation for my business by honoring a coupon that didn't apply to the work they were doing for my car.They may not offer the best price but they are honest and wont upsell anything that is not necessary.Highly recommend.

Do not trust Karlos with a diagnosis for an axleTake this to a real shop. I'd recommend Royal Coach on Devon Avenue.While my issue was resolved, it was the result of a several day issue until I got in contact with the franchise owner. He was finally able to help me, although the problem may have finally been resolved only because I was standing over them and the franchise owner periodically checked in as they repaired my axle so they may have been more careful than usual.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Top notch crew and very professional. Took me in for an oil change and alignment on less than a day's notice. Took care of business and sent me on my way just shy of closing. After I left the lot I knew something was off. I came back and they dealt with the issue without a hassle and stayed beyond business hours. I didn't get the mechanic's name (beardly gentleman, good on the computer), but he saved me a day of frustration and at least three Uber rides. This man is an asset to your company and the human race. Please take care of him appropriately.

This place is seriously amazing! Edgar and his team went way above and beyond to perform their excellent work. So incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They took an incredibly stressful situation and solved it with ease. I cannot thank the staff enough for their hardwork and dedication.Also, their waiting room space was clean and comfortable, which has not always been my experience in our mechanic location.Definitely a five star experience!!

The Shop Manager Edgar is trustworthy and excellent. I have been bring my BMW to this shop to avoid expensive dealer's repair costs. Edgar has been fair and honest about fixing the car and the costs. I had a trouble with radiator and he fixed the problem. I paid for the work and started driving. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. I took it back to this shop. Edgar took care of the problem at no extra cost since it caused inconvenience for me. He understands customer service better than any shop that I have been to. Great job and thanks, Edgar. You made another customer happy.

I take both of my cars here and the team is very helpful. Just like their commercials say- they don't do work that isn't necessary. I even tried to talk them into doing more (unnecessary) work, and they always talk me off of the ledge, sometimes saving me a ton of cash. Great folks. Just wish it was easier to get into and out of their parking lot.

My family and I have been using this Midas for about 15 years. We loved Edgar and Anthony. They cut it to us straight, never tried to rip us off. Chit chatted with us while we were in. I ve told all my friends to go there if they ever needed something because I trusted them. When I was in yesterday, I was told my car, which is still so new I have payments, needed 1400 of maintenance work. Breaks, tires, serpentine belt, filters. I like to think it wasn t because I m a 5 5 , blonde, and a woman that they didn t think knew better, but then I watched them do similar work to the people ahead of me In line and behind me. All while watching them cringe at the amount they wanted to fix their cars and offering them the credit card with no money today. To say I m disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning. I know Edgar moved, but you should have found someone with a similar taste in ethics to run your store. You lost about 15 customers today.Service: Oil change

Took my car there today to get a quote on a new muffler well they could give me a quote and tell me how much it was cost me and then all of a sudden I had a radiator leak which When they put it up on the lift when just a couple of months ago I had the radiator fuel pump all those gaskets changed and they were brand new

My wife and I went to this location and were greeted by Anthony Banks. I explained what we needed and he accommodated us and also added suggestions. The work was done in a reasonable time and the price was reasonable as well. They were very professional and respectful. We will be using them again if needed. Thank you so much!!

Been going to this location for almost 10 years with quite a few cars and felt lately that the service and quality is slipping and not at all what it once was, will most likely need to look else where for car maintenance and service

I had no issues with the customer service or the job done. So if that's all you care about then you'll have no issues. However, during my time dropping off and picking up my car, of the 5 employees there, not a single employee wore a mask in the garage. The employee that came to the desk walked back to the office to put a mask on, however while working on cars, standing directly next to each other, no one was wearing a mask. If the owner of this business doesn't care enough about the the health of the employees to mandate mask usage (as is require in Illinois but that's irrelevant imo) then I won't be supporting this business.Service: Oil change

The manager and techs here, always seem to have your best interests at heart. I have been going there for 5 or 6 years now. I bring my cars and all of my kids cars there for repairs even though most of my kids live an hour away. I can't say enough good things about the staff.

Bought my own chambered mufflers went to a different muffler shop down the road. That place gave me a hard time. Said I'd have to custom order this part and that part to make things work.Brought it to this shop and these guys were straight shooters. Told them how I wanted them installed and what parts I was looking to use and they delivered. Now my Dodge Charger is roaring down the road thanks to them.Edgar and the mechanics were helpful / very straightforward. Would gladly do business again. Thanks guys.

Thoroughly disappointed . I've been bringing my cars to this location for 28 years. This last oil change, I realized I was being lied to the past 4 visits (maybe more). Tire rotations are supposed to be included in the oil change. My last 4 receipts says they were done. in discussion with the service person I had in February, when I had to get two new tires there because they were bald, I found out the rotations were not being performed (...the reason why two of the four we're bald). And now this week I found out the the tires were not rotated in February as I was told they were causing more issues with my tires. Be sure if you want a tire rotation with your oil change that you specifically ask for it. Then be sure to watch. Very disappointed in the the lack of integrity, especially knowing you are dealing with a repeat customer.

Met new Mgr. Kevin Murphy. Very nice and helpful. Have been going to this Midas for yrs. Had several things done to my car. Kevin made arrangements to have me driven home since Midas would have my car most of the day. Highly recommend this Midas. All staff is helpful and friendly.

Kevin and Emerson took care of my limo today. They were quick and efficient even when I didn t need the service done as quickly as they did. Unfortunately I get oil changes done all over the suburbs and the Chicagoland area because of the oil changes I need every month. If I could exactly reach the mileage for any service needed on my limo I would come here first if I could. Thx Kevin and Emerson gonna try to make it out there again.Service: General repairs & maintenance
