I went to get my headlights replaced, and the staff member assisting me wasn't sure if my car type was going to allow someone outside of a dealership to change them out. He tried anyway, and was able to get them both replaced. Super helpful!!

Anajan deserves a raise. He helped with a nearly impossible mission. I went to 2 different auto parts stores and didn't get any help.But not Anajan! He went the extra mile and actually looked at the problem AND found a solution.Thank you so much Anajan!

Excellent service. Yes, Robert and the other young guy chuckled when I asked to take their picture while testing my battery but they understood exactly why. They offered advice and options. It warmed my heart after all I had been through with car batteries for a week. Every little kindness can make someone's day.

Today I came to this store being very stressed out but as soon as I entered I was greeted by Robert who completely changed my mood. I needed a new headlight bulb and was on a time crunch. Robert was super knowledgeable and time efficient. He was gracious enough to install it for me and made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands. I don t know what I would do without his help. You have a star employee on your team! Robert you saved the day and for that I thank you!!!

The attention can vary depending on who serves you or how they serve you, there are people who really do not make you return to that type of parts store. And there are others who buy one of everything

Robert was very kind and helpful! He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and explain to me the different solutions I had. He was also very patient with my little brother and was explaining/teaching him what he was doing to my car

I came in to get coolant, I worked with Robert R. He also noticed that my thermostat may need to be replaced. Looked up the part for both got them and Robert was nice enough to replace the thermostat for me. I think that s awesome honestly because I had somewhere to be later that day, didn t have time to get it fixed so for that I thank you Robert was super nice greeted me soon as I walked in!!

bad customer service by the new manager. not going to shop here again. spent thousands of dollars at this store as a regular customer. But I am no longer going to do business here.Advanced Auto next door have better customer service and employees are helpful. they deserve the peoples business more.

Robert was amazing from the time I walked up to the door. He made sure all my questions were answered. Even gave me information and tips. Keep this guy! I will be back and recommend anyone I know to come to this Autozone!

Robbie was absolutely fantastic! I had an online order gone wrong, had called another location (Schaumburg) was told "call a mechanic" before I even had a chance to finish what I was trying to ask. But, when we called this location (Glendale Heights), Robbie was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. He had the correct parts I needed pulled for me and ready when I got to the store, and even helped as much as possible with the price difference from in store vs online. Seriously PHENOMENAL customer service! Give him a raise, some cupcakes, something!!! Employees like him are what keeps people coming back over and over. And employees like the one I spoke to at Schaumburg are what causes people to not come back. My dad always comes to the GH location and now I see why. As long as Robbie is here, y'all have gained another regular customer!-Samantha

Went into Auto Zone in Glendale Hts this evening to purchase a headlight for my car. Leo was super helpful explaining the different headlight options and pricing to me. I asked if Auto Zone replaces headlights as I m a woman and would have to find someone to do it for me. Leo sad he will take a look and if it s just a screw on type of deal he can do it. Turns out it wasn t just a screw on type but he said he will do it for me. He was so nice and respectful and spent 10 minutes in the cold replacing the bulb for me. I m so grateful. Leo is definitely one of a kind and truly has amazing people and customer service skills. A + for Leo.

The store manager Leo is great. He helped me pick the best product option for what I needed. He also helped me install it real quick, which was greatly appreciated. He even gave me some great advice on how to best upkeep the product I bought. He was great to speak with and was super helpful, funny and helpful. I always come to this AutoZone without fail. I highly recommend you do too. Especially if you need some humor for the day, talk to Leo. Thank you!

The most helpful employee named Robert Russel Sale Manager ...he spent a half hour with me helping with a windshield repair kit...I had no idea what I was doing..he helped me through the whole process in front of the store ...I was amazed at his patience level. I hope the best for him in his career with Auto Zone or whatever he chooses to do in his future...I have never experienced such over the top service. If we had service like this everywhere we went..life would be so much easier.....thank you Robert for all you do.

I meant to post sooner, but I went in to purchase a battery a couple of weeks ago and where most associates would have denied installing it (due to it being under my air intake), the manager Leo installed it for me no problem. Thanks so much for your willingness to help me out! I'll be shopping at your store in the future :)

Robert gave my friend Corinne beyond stellar customer service! He was honest about the product he had in stock and made sure to inform that it was covered by warranty. Not only was he honest and professional, but he brightened up what was shaping up to be a stressful day with a killer sense of humor. And the cherry on top?! Robert did a home install on the battery because her car wouldn't start. Go here for all your automotive needs!

I would like to point out 3 employees that went above and beyond with their customer service in helping me put a battery in my car on Christmas Eve! Leo, Mike, and Juan helped me from the time I walked in, sent me to another location to get the battery in streamwood and the employee there turned me down and said he would not put my battery in. I went back to see these 3 outstanding gentleman and they happily changed my battery in less than 5 mins. I am so thankful for them helping me and I will ALWAYS go to this location! Thank you fellas and I appreciate all 3 of you!

Bed vibes bad experience Old man should be fired whoever served at 5:00 p.m. today I call specifically looking for breaks and said I got him in stock and you get there no one that I can't find them we don't have them and then they are registered under a wrong different car Will I never do business in there again

Robert was awesome. Came in because my car was turning over slow on ignition. He tested my battery, diagnosed the problem, swapped the dying battery out on had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great guy! Great service!

I went in to the store in need of my A/C to shoot out cold air from this summer heat.Never had this issue and was in the un know..Robert, went above to guide me on the best direction looking out for my interest in saving time and money on a proper A/C product.I will be returning to the store knowing Robert is a valuable trustworthy person with high integrity.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager today. Went above and beyond to help me while simultaneously dealing with a out of no where busy store. Also recommended a different cleaning kit than I was originally gonna go with. So happy I spent the extra money and went with what he suggested. It's a little bit further but I will definitely be using this auto zone opposed to the one by me. Great service
