I had an appointment for 7:00 am to have two tires put on, mounted and balanced. That should have taken 15 minutes max. It is now over an hour and 15 minutes and still waiting. Employees seem to have very little drive to work quickly, but are dragging their feet. A couple have bad attitudes as well. I had an appointment at 9:00 I had to cancel without any idea of when I will be able to get out of here.I'll follow the advice of another reviewer and try RNR next time.

Horrible . Employees were rude. After an hour of me waiting on my vehicle texted me and told me that my vehicle was ready. But when I got went to get my vehicle was told that they were unable to loosen my bolts on my tires . And there was nothing else they could do. Mind you one of my tires was on a flat. Since I hadn't purchased my tires there (Walmart) I felt like I was discriminated against. And after driving my car to RNR tire up the street. I was told it was my bolts were not rusty. They just needed my key to unlock my rims. In which I had told the person at Walmart that it was in my glove compartment. I ultimately received great service from RNR. Who replaced all 4 of my tires . This was wasn't the first time had a bad experience with the automotive department at Walmart. And I will not be going back . Just to try to save a few dollars. Thank you.

Had tpms on a few tires stop working. Walmart installed the 1st sensor on the wrong tire. They installed a 2nd one for no charge. I brought my car back to the auto care at Walmart 2 days later as the tech was unfamiliar with this process. Another tech fixed it.

I've used many Walmart Auto Centers over the years and while this one may not have the friendliest or most attentive workers, they're some of the best! I took my Jeep, less than 2 years old to the Jeep dealer 3x in the first 2 years because of a slow leak in a tire. They always told me they checked and it was fine. I had to allow for temp changes. In just 1 tire? By 10lbs difference? I finally asked Walmart to check it when I went for an oil change. They found the small nail right away and made the repair. No problems since. I'll take their thoroughness over friendliness any day and just chalk it up to focus. Thank you!Services: Tires, Oil change

I have gone there at least half a dozen times to buy new tires but they are always so busy that I can never get in. The last time I was there at about 2 PM they told me I had 7 cars in front of me and they closed at 5. I am willing to wait up to an hour to be able to get service, But like others I cannot just leave my car for them to take care of when they get the time, And certainly don't want to sit there and wait for 3 or 4 hours before they get to it. The customer service is not that great, They act like they could care less if you bring your car to them or not. I was told I could not get any appointment for service on my tires unless I bought 4 tires. I only needed to buy 2.

Went in for an oil change 4:30, was told they were not taking anymore closed at 7:00 and lady I talked to was very snotty and said she was leaving. Didn't look busy at the time. Big difference when I went to Mt. Zion location. Very polite and great service. Might have to change my location. I know places are understaffed but at least try to be polite.

Not good. Haven't heard anything good about it. Took just short of 4 hours to change oil and rotate tires. We where the second person there that morning. We went to walk around the store for 2 hours. We actually got into service 10 minutes before listed on ticket. The computer system wasn't working that morning. So had to wait while it rebooted itself. Several people came in after us somewhere around 5 or 6 cars. Came in after us. All but one other person left hours before us. Nobody had an appointment. Since I called and talked to 3 different people on different days. I was told it was first come first serve. It didn't happen that way. We felt like they where deliberately treated us this way. At one point they had brought the car in after about two and a half hours to get oil changed . We where the only ones there. They put our jeep up on the rack took all the tires off and left it there for another 1/2 hour or so. While they stood around and talked to each other. Someone even went on break. One of the women who had come in shortly after us came back after 2 1/2 hours while they went to breakfast. She was surprised to see that we were still there. About an hour after after she came back . We where both still there. WORST Experience Ever. No wander they are laughed at more than respected. We watched three different shifts come in to work that day. A job that should have taken about 1 1/2 hours. Lasted way longer than needed to. The fact that they left out car up on the racks for over 2 hours with nobody working on it is totally unprofessional. If it wasn't for the fact that my husband bought all four tires there. An he bought the extended tire maintenance and lifetime rotation . We wouldn't use there auto service or oil change at all. It's not worth the problem it caused . Not worth the wait.

I stopped in to get an oil change. I knew that they were busy. I was told that it would be, up to, a one and a half hour to a two hour wait. I asked if they could call the other Wal-Mart to see what the wait would be there. They had the same waiting time, so I decided to wait at the first location . I was then told that the wait would be 3 hours. I decided that they didn't want my business. I left and went to quick lube. My tire still needs repaired, but Wal-Mart will not get that business either.

Had gotten a flat on my way home to NC and needed a new tire because the spare wasn't a full size one. Called ahead and they had several tire options for me to choose from. After arriving, the staff were friendly and helpful in helping me pick the best tire for my needs. Had to wait but fortunately got to browse the Supercenter and relax while I waited. Got me back on the road sooner than they originally stated and wished me safe travels as I left. Plus if the tires (replaced both rear tires) give me any trouble I can take them to any Walmart tire center for via their warranty.

Went in with TMPS light on as a test because I have a tire going low. Quoted $18 for oil change with checking tire pressures, etc. came back to $28 charge because they didn t have my oil filter and had to get one from the shelf for $10 (their K&N on the shelf is $6.41) and TPMS light still on. Tires were apparently good and tested at 32psi when the low one actually tests around 22psi hence the light. Wouldn t be surprised if they didn t actually change the oil. Won t be back.

All I needed was an oil change and to have my tires rotated. It took 3 hours. The tech who took my car was rude as well. When I finally get my car back, they have upcharged me for a service that they did not explain or tell me they were doing. I will not be back here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Couldn't tell you how the auto center is because they literally had it closed. Needed a battery and couldn't get one. After getting on line and showing it closes at 7, I figured I would head that way since I had two hours. However, they are just closing whenever they want to now. It doesn't surprise me with this Walmart.

The person who answered at Walmart North was RUDE. I went inside. Nobody's at the counter. I go back inside the garage and the techs are talking. One FINALLY makes her way over to assist me. The MTZ location had rude workers as well

Good prices here but they need more employees because you'll be waiting a long time if you don't have an appointment.

4 hours for a oil change after being told in would be 30 minutes. Watched the workers sit around and talk and leave for lunch. Never coming back
