This company TMG Auto towing and recovery has seven reviews on Google where they didn't show up to tow the vehicle over the course of one year. Will make number eight. I made an appointment with them to have my truck towed to a repair shop, and they didn't show up wouldn't answer the phone didn't return messages. Just ghosted me completely. left me hanging. Seems to be a trend with this company. I'll never call this company again and I don't recommend that you do either.

First off they don't want to answer a phone. Took 2 hours of basically calling their office back to back before we got an answer. Scheduled an appointment for a towing and when it came time to pick up the vehicle we got a call saying they were having problems with their tow trucks and had to reschedule for 7am the next morning. And when it came time the next morning to come pick up the vehicle there was no answer or anything from their phone. All around services are horrible. Would rate 0 stars or even negative stars if I could. No good.

Trent at TMG was super helpful and fit me into his schedule last minute and didn t charge extra for the last minute tow. Communication between driver and I was great, I received a 15 minute heads up before they arrived and then they helped push the car into a position where they were able to hook up. If I or any friends needing towing in the future I will make sure they use TMG!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

I'm totally pleased with the prompt, efficient and courteous service provided by the young men of TMG Towing tonight. They first had to push my car from the lower level of my condo parking area, because the tow-truck was too large for garage entry. After arriving in Springfield, he made sure I saw him lock my car, drop my keys in the dropbox, then escort me to my loaner car before driving away. That's service!

The man on the phone was very nice, but they never showed up. I called yesterday at 1:00pm and they said around an hour, which was fine. I waited until 5 to call back because they never came. They said they were backed up due to traffic, which I understand but they never called back or showed up at all.

These guys are awesome they are quick and you don't have to wait long hours for them to show up and I highly recommend them for their great service to Decatur and Macon County they are very reasonable in pricing Trenton is very courteous

I called (July 1st 4:50pm) told me 45 min wait. Over an hour later I called again and asked how much longer and they didn t have an eta bc of the storm coming through. Said will call back with an estimated time arrival - never called and they re not answering. Do not recommend.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on I-72 on a holiday weekend. There was a time I would have changed my tire - but I'm senior and not so good at that :) I called my husband and found out he was at the emergency room in respiratory distress so I was really anxious to get back on the road. The response from your company was amazing. Your work was incredibly efficient - quick - polite - professional - off the charts excellent and I am so appreciative to have found you. Thank you. We are all home and safe and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there. On a scale from one to five I give you a 10 plus.. Highly recommend this amazing group!Service: Tire change

Trent really helped me out of a huge jam. My truck was broke down near the railroad tracks. He hooked up my truck and moved to safety for free. Would not hesitate to recommend TMG to anyone.

We are so grateful for your service! After waiting almost 5 hours with 2 kids with us for a tow with another company in Decatur, our insurance company called TMG and they were out to us within the hour! I didn't get the guys name, but he looked so young. They knew what they were doing and got our vehicle safely transported. My husband called yesterday around 430 to have a truck towed and called TMG. They said they would have it done and to our house between 8-9. Never showed up. He called a few times, no answer. I called from my phone, they picked up and said theyd call back in a few, which they did. It was 1130 at this point. Whoever I talked to said the guy had a blowout but was going to get the truck right now. Never showed, never called. Horrible business practices.

Locked out of my vehicle on a Sunday night. Couldn't reach anyone by phone to help. Called TMG and he arrived within 15 min. Plus hade me inside the truck in 6 minutes. Very good job TMG and thank you for not overcharging me. I would recommend these guys for any towing need. Very impressed with their professionalism, reasonable prices and quick response.. I locked myself out of my truck and didn't realize it until after 10PM on Sunday evening. I called multiple places, which many didnt even pick up. But TMG did, and said they were on their way. Showed up in less than 15 mins and had my truck unlocked in less than 5 minutes. Super affordable and very quick! I would definitely recommend them! Thanks again!Service: Car lockouts

I called to make an appointment to move my car to the repair shop they told me to call back in the morning so I did the man answered the phone told me it would be 45 minutes.... 3 hours later They still have not showed up And will not answer their phone so I called a different company Not a very professional way to handle your business Do not depend on these people... You just replied with a lie to my review I didn't say I had a time call I said I called the night before you told me to call the next morning I did at 8 o'clock you told me 45 minutes and you would have a truck there 3 hours later I called your office 5 times and you would not answer the phone No mistake on my part at all I would say your customer service is the worst in town Bottom line to me you came on here now and called me a liar We'll do my best to put you on blast so everybody knows the kind of business you run

TMG towing came out and picked up my 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Trenton was even nice enough to throw it up on a set of dollies because it was 4x4 just to make sure there was no issues he said it didn't need to be done but I requested it so he did so because he cares about his customers I will definitely use them again super great company couldn't ask for anything better great price for the tow if I ever need another tow I will call Trenton Gilman at TMG Auto for sure THANK U TRENTON Services: Car lockouts, Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

Very prompt and friendly! Ended up starting my car that needed towed and let me be on my way without expecting anything in return, just wanting to help others in need!
