I did not ask for a repairman to come to my house to tell me how to fix the issue myself and to buy a part myself. The whole point in having a repairman come to fix my appliance is to fix it. I have not had this appliance for 6 months and it is still under warranty but after two different service visits it still does not work ! Completely disappointed!!!

today we had an appointment for washer repair after installing spring rod support for wobbling. The water is leaking from the washer? upon using it for wash load. It leaked so much to flood the laundry room as well as to kitchen. We did not realize that we are going to this situation due to repair work. Please contact us to rectify the problem has been created after the repair work.On 12-28-2023 on recall order Technician found water discharge hose on floor backside of washer. it was put in discharge sewer line and issue was rectified. We claiming to address water damage to ceilings, carpet where water got soaked in.
