DO NOT RECOMMEND I ve been dealing with them for about two weeks. The communication and the service is absolutely horrible. The insurance was covering it and they knew that. After I picked up my car they told me I owe $500. Nothing no was mentioned when I got the quote, dropped off my car or anything. It was all covered, and there was no communication. I had to run around town back and go to the insurance place and they covered it from the beginning like how it was in the system. So make sure before you give them your keys you know all the details. I normally don t do this but as a business woman myself this is no way to conduct a business or treat customers. Be understanding, sympathetic, and fully communicate with your customers. So they will come back to you for future business. I will not be back.

For several years, I have used Safelite across the country to replace several windshields on my semi truck. It has never been a problem before now. Done fast, efficiently, correctly and safely every time no matter the location. Always a fair price. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. It s Monday. I went in to find out why the price of a replacement window had almost quadrupled. At that time, I was informed that Safelite no longer works on semis. I asked about the appointment for my windshield repair and was told they were going to call me later about canceling. If you weren t going to do the work, then why allow me to set up an appointment? I ve now lost an entire day s revenue as a small business owner because of the lack of communication in a timely manner from them. I had to set aside an entire day for this repair. It s the 21st century. Safelite can afford to post on their website, the only place you can schedule an appointment, that they re no longer working on semis. The local office suggested I go to the dealership which is an hour away and who also uses Safelite! Needless to say, Safelite will not be getting any of my business ever again.

Tech did an excellent job on the replacement but left glass shards laying everywhere. Made no attempt to clean up the glass fragments!

I like that they have weekend appointments. There was a couple mess ups with which windshield I needed(one was my fault, the other theirs) but the replacement was done in less time than estimated so that was good. The guys working here are pretty nice.

Windshield repaired. Paid $342 and a liftime warranty. The windshield cracks the following day due too poor quality of the windshield. The crack wasnt on the outside nor the inside of the glass, meaning you can't feel it but you can certainly see it. It splintered from bottom of window nearly to the top of the windshield. I take it in today for warranty appointment, and they try saying the wiper hit it or something along those lines. The manager essentially blamed me for it and said if we replaced it they wouldn't be in business long. So the warranty is utter garbage. They weren't bad people at all. Its just very very poor customer service. I was never rude nor got angry. It is what it is i guess. Not honoring your warranty is disgusting. Very strange for a business to put an obvious integrity flaw onto me. 0 stars in reality.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Sales manager was very rude and unprofessional. I choose to take my business elsewhere after a back and for the debate of appointment times. I would take my business elsewhere especially if your a minority, he seemed to have a problem and it started from the time I walked in the door. Everyone deserves fair and equal treatment. I also filed a complaint

Called one company by mistake asked if they were safe lite they said no but i noticed they didnt care to find out what type of window i needed and they replaced car windows so i called the franchise safelite it was easy and they acted like they needed the work cause we all have bills they had no problem taking my money so much for trying to go local with the small guy GOOD JOB I WILL RECOMMEND

After being referred to a company by insurance that was over $200 more than these guys I decided to go with these guys. The service is amazing not only did the replace the windshield in a timely manner but they also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed out the front floorboards. I would highly recommend them.

I've never had to have a window replaced and Safelite made the experience easy. Mike, the tech, came to my employment and replaced the windshield, he was very kind and courteous. Later I realized he had vacuumed my seats and floorboard and cleaned my exterior windows...top notch service

The gentleman that fixed my window was kind, fair and informative. They provided crayons and coloring books for my children while we waited. Coffee and water is available in the waiting room, with a clean restroom.Safelite has a great lifetime guarantee in the event that the replaces glass leaks ir doesn t fit well. Overall, I had a great experience.

Had both my vehicles windshields replaced here they did an awesome job. Only fault would be they are normally pretty busy and takes a bit longer than advertised

I recently visited Safelite Auto Glass in Decatur with both my truck and my wife s car. We each had a couple of small chips that were bothersome and did not want further damage. Danny and John at the Decatur location took excellent care of us, we were in and out in about 45 minutes and it was very helpful having Erie Insurance arrange the logistics.

I had the mobile service come to the house. The windshield had a chip in it and it was fixed in about 15 minutes or so. I can still see where the chip was but I'm glad the glass did not crack anymore and hopefully it won't.

The local Safelite won't take calls and insist that quotes be done online. Yes I could do this, but I have other questions as well. They refuse to answer the phone so they won't get my business.
