Broke down 2 miles away Mike said they could get me right in. 2 days later rowed it to quincy to fix. They never started on it in Decatur. Could not get in touch with Mike, thelslervicel desk said he was out doing some work for himself. TOTALLY UNFORGIVING

Service & parts have always taken good care of us. Great hospitality room if you're waiting for repairs.Haven't worked with Sales yet because the other two departments do so well.

Replaced an alternator belt and tensioner pulley. Called ahead and made sure they had the parts, when my driver got there they got him right in and taken care of very quickly. Thanks
