I wish I could give this zero stars. Well negative stars. This place is a joke: never, ever ever take a car here unless you want it to take MONTHS to get fixed- well jk they won t even fix it, they will tell you it s fixed just to have it still be broken. You get ripped off, and they will disrespect you say nothing is their fault and never fix your car. They will never call you back, never fix your car and unfortunately you will be out so much money. This place is a joke, I honestly can not believe it is still in business and people bring their cars there. Hard lesson learned. I can t believe people are so ok with ripping people off and stealing their money. This place is Pathetic - along with everyone who works there.

0 stars This guy is a rip off artist. Makes unnecessary repairs and still doesn t fix the problem. Refuses to make it right. Tells you to go somewhere else after putting you off for 3 weeks with an automobile that is stalled due to his repairs. Takes advantage of the elderly and disabled. This person should not be in business!

Where do I begin?!? Only reason I gave them 1 star was so I could leave a review... they get 0 stars from me... What was taken in for a simple fix... Turned out to be $700... When we came in there the older man gave my man the wrong keys and bill... my man had to miss about a week's worth of work... Then when we left all of a sudden he had something go wrong with his power steering that never had the issue when it was brought in... U could clearly see the fluid leaking out... So we brought it back to them to see if it was an issue on their part and of course they denied it... We asked if they could look at it and tell us what it is and they charged an outrageous price AGAIN... We never asked them to fix it and Jim the owner gave us this speech about how he isnt fixing it for free... We never asked him to fix it ... And we still had to pay $250 for something my man could've done himself... They are unprofessional and we will NOT be returning to them... WARNING... Don't take your car there.!!

They have had my radiator for 3 months, asked about it several times with someone will call you tomorrow, went there today to pick it up and take it elsewhere and they could not find it. To say I'm a little upset is an understatement.

Horrible experience, this guy does not know how to weld and destroyed my radiator that had two small leaks in it. Take your business somewhere else.

Jim's been great to work with on my business vehicle. I've had to have a full brake system overhaul at my request and a rear main seal fixed. Both times I dropped it off over the weekend because he'll work Saturday and Sunday for clients that need to have there vehicle throughout the week. Not many shops advertise open 7 days a week. It works out perfect so I'm not down a vehicle. They are only a 2 man crew so when they're busy be patient because they can get backed up. Which is why I schedule my work ahead of time and I get it as a small business owner/operator myself. I pre schedule so my vehicle can be the focus on the weekends. Price is very reasonable for Saturday/ Sunday work as I myself wouldn't work all weekend at normal rates.

Charged more than they said they would initially for diagnosis and lied about the results. Did one of the tests myself 3 times and came back good. Stay away, do not use them. Who knows how many people they've ripped off before.

J&D Auto is now & forever my go to for all of my auto repair needs. I cannot tell you how many times they have saved the day. They are quick, reasonably priced, and extremely personable. As a woman who knows very little about cars their willingness to take time to help me make an informed decision is refreshing.

This shop is a joke and very unprofessional!! Very horrible customer service and said they looked at a vehicle which they didn't and then charged for diagnosing but they lied about it! The owner's son talked down to me because I am a woman and yelled at me. They had the car for 3 days and never looked at it. Told them I would come pick it up without repair (to take somewhere else actually) and then all of a sudden now there is a diagnostic charge!! I would never use this place ever again!! It's a ripoff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Website indicates they do welding and exhaust work, but Dave says otherwise for both when calling. He didn t seem to care for the inquiry either. Potential customer lost.
