Hands down the BEST customer service I ve ever had! Got a great deal on tires and they were done in less time than originally quoted. My family has quite a few vehicles so we will definitely be coming backGREAT JOB DECATUR ILLINOIS TEAM!

They did not fix my problem of my emergency brake not working after quoting me for replacement of brakes and caliper. Their response was "sorry, we don't know how to adjsut the e brake, you'll have to do it yourself", when the whole reason I brought my car in was to get my e brake working again. I had to pry to get any amount of refund, and I did not get the impression that the manager understood why I was frustrated. If I was told they wouldn't be able to fix my e brake when they gave me the quote, I would have went somewhere else. Instead, I was told it would be fixed, it wasn't, and I still paid a significant amount of money. Now I need to go to another shop and pay more money. Also, my foot brake is much looser now. When I called and asked, they said they didn't know why it was loose. How do you not know?? It is a safety hazard, and I was brushed off. Certainly not going back to Firestone. They do not care, the employees know that they will be paid the same whether the customer is happy or not. A lost customer is "oh well, doesn't affect me".

This is a great example of a local store that upholds all of the best customer care attributes that Firestone should be proud of. Excellent staff, quick service, and as friendly as they come.

For oil, even with a coupon they are still $25 more than the local speed change place and need an appointment. Idk what the advantage is here.

I've been going to this shop for over thirty years. Stopped in today for a quote, and not only were the prices reasonable, they had the tires and got them put on right then and there.

Was driving down Eldo when my low tire light came on. Luckily I was close to Firestone, so I pulled in there. They were able to check out my tire and had a replacement for me and I was back on the road

The facility was very busy. It took several minutes for someone to help us. When the mechanic spoke with us, he told us the person that could help diagnose the problem with the car did not work today. But everyone was very friendly and courteous. I expect they will be very helpful and competent when we can have them help us.

Was able to get squeezed in to a last minute appointment for my son. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to the whole staff and Jim! (I think thats his name)

Had an issue with my tire, Cameron was quick and clear to figure out the problem. He told me what needed to get done and how much. The process was easy and fast, Cameron was awesome, super helpful and genuine. This will definitely be my go to garage!

Awesome customer service!! I got my tires rotated on my 2004 Camry with 264 000 miles and they did a excellent job and didn't try to sell or recommend any extra services!

Came in with a nail in my tire. Lady working the service desk was pretty rude but I gathered that she was having a rough day. It was mid afternoon and she said she wouldn t be able to get to it until tomorrow. Quoted me a price of $235-ish for the tire. I asked her to go ahead and replace both tires on that axle. When I picked it up the next day, the total was ~$250. When I asked why that price, the lady got rude again and gave me an itemized statement. I told her that I thought the price would be closer to $500 for both tires and she said that they only did one. I left and because there are two completely different tires (one that fills to 40 PSI and one that fills to 85 PSI) the low pressure light on my dash won t turn off. My wife mentioned that it looked like someone had rummaged through our things in the back as well. I called the service station to ask them to replace the other tire on the axle and the lady said that she wouldn t be able to get to it until later that afternoon to fix it. Definitely don t recommend this place.

They have done work for me before with no complaints. I tried to get in for a tire repair but schedule didn't work but would definitely go back again.

After I left there from getting my tires rebalanced I noticed that whoever did the work on my vehicle bent the running board up on my driver's side. Nothing was said about it while I was there

I made an appointment to get a tire repaired and an alignment. Once they took a look at my tires not only was the one not repairable the others were ready for replacement as well. For being so busy, they keep their calm! Always treat me well, help to try and lower my bill a bit, and the mechanics know their stuff! I woke up to a flat today, they got me right in and I was out with a fixed tire in no time.

Even though they did not have my tire in stock, the guys were very helpful in trying to find Is one for me. The only problem I have is the parking Is extraingly limited.

We were in Decatur for a wedding weekend. We had driven from 5 states away. On the day of the wedding (Saturday), I noticed a nail in my right rear tire. I was able to call this store, and even though they were busy, they agreed to me dropping the car off and they patched the tire during the ceremony. They were even nice enough to research the tire's warranty information and performed all work free of charge as the tire was still under warranty. I was able to safely drive back home thanks to the service at this store. Thank you so much!

They did fix my tire, I think. There was no communication, even when I asked about what the problem was. Very rude. I have been going here for a long time for tires, oil changes, and various other services. I was not happy with the customer service at all, this time. I don't even know if they did what I asked for (a rotate and balance), because it was not on the "receipt" that they e-mailed me.

I've been a Firestone customer for over 40 years and have been going to the 22nd Street location for over 20 years. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change was told they were a man short but they should be able to have my car done on time if not they would phone. 2 hours later when I came back to pick up my car they did not know who I was and had not even touched my car they forgot all about it. After 40 years of being a loyal customer I will never go back or purchase another Firestone product. There service has always been a little slow but they used to be reliable. NOT ANY MORE. Their attitude screamed YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT IMPORTANT TO US even though in the 2 months prior to this incident I had spent $700 for goods and services.

They were kind of rude To the point I had to walk away as to not Be rude back... Went to Best One on Pershing Not only were they very friendly and helpful the price was cheaper for a better tire... I have 2 uncles who retired from Firestone who have for years bought tires here I'm sure they are talked to better here !!!

I get in my car and there is oil all over my inside door handle. Which didn t bother me that much until you guys decided to finger my ceiling with your oily fingers. So thank you my ceiling has black on it now. Another reason why I hate coming to you guys

Tire balance and rotation, alignment, and oil change. Had an appointment, so got me right in and out. Would have been 5 stars but had to go back to add air in my tires (tire pressure light came on just after leaving).

They literally had my car for 2 days now to put on a tire kept getting the run around lien telling me my car would get finished same day I definitely would not recommend!!!

Had 1 tire replaced on my Mustang after running over a bolt before my drive to Florida. Didn't have initial tire I was quoted for but only a slightly more expensive one. Londa was kind enough to discount it to similar price. Thanks helped me out of a tough spot.

Customer service this last visit was thumbs down all the way!!! That is putting things nicely! Clown show!! I do not plan to go back even for my free tire rotations! I will pay for even that small service before I get myself that frustrated again!
