We had a flat and called AAA who said they would arrive at 9:30 am. No one came and after 5 ph calls to AAA we called Best One. Cory came out and fixed our tire with courtesy and expertise. The lady I spoke with on the phone could not have been kinder. Thank you!!!! Superb service all the way around!!!

Truly one of the best tire and auto shops I've ever done business with. Sadly, many of my favorite employees have either retired, or moved away, but there are still a few awesome ones left. Their honesty, & integrity is top shelf, and they do not run scams like I have seen in so many other places. *cough..Speed Lube...*, such as showing you a hidden behind the counter dirty air filter, and telling you you need a change when you most definitely do not. I might be a woman, but I'm not an easy mark. But BOOCI is fantastic about getting you in and out in record time, and even going above and beyond by not charging to inspect tire pressure, and other minor things. I love their quality, professionalism, and overall service. Plus, their shops are very clean and comfortably furnished.

Went in with an emergency tire issue. They were super helpful, able to get issue fixed within the hour, and had a nice kid area for my littles who were with me. Great customer service at the counter and appears quality work!!

Best One Tire of Central IL was wonderful! I am from Indiana and was traveling through for work. I hit something in the road on I-74 and blew out my rear tire, it also caused significant damage to my bumper. They came out and put my spare on for me on a very dangerous spot on the highway. They then helped me find a tire and rim to get back to Indiana safely. Their staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful! I am very thankful for their help, highly recommend!!

I had a sudden flat on my way home this afternoon, and they got my car in within an hour and fixed my seal. Any other shop would have had it Monday for me, and I would have been carless over the weekend. If you need great service at a great price, go to Best One!

Took my car in for leaky tires, they supposedly fixed it .Took it home and what do you know the problem was still there, called them up took it back & nope nothing wrong according to them.Took it to ridings in monticello & within minutes all valve stems were found to be leaking. Best One couldnt find the simplest of problems & they are tire people.

Had a screw in my tire, so I called to book an appointment on Monday, they got me on Friday and in less than 45 minutes had it patched and aired up all my tires.The service was professional and polite, and they did a heck of a job. Cannot recommend these folks enough.

I came to Beth and crew with another tire shops problem and needing tires. They were very gracious and said they would take care of me. Purchased tires from them and the crew in the bays solved the other tire shops issue! Very well handled! 10/10!

They will not accommodate for walk in tire repairs. Need a appointment. If I have a flat now and I don't what to wait two days to repair it.

I called while on the way with a flat tire right at closing time. They pulled me right in and fixed it really fast. They all were happy to do it, too. It was great service! And the waiting room was clean and newly remodeled.

I picked up something in my tire and limped in hoping they could get me back on the road. The counter person worked on my car himself and had me back on the road in a half hour. Great people Great service

Paid for 2 patches. Neither patch worked, and they lost my centercsp on a custom rim not manufactured anymore. Sent me to 2 salvage yards to try to find s replacements and then the drunk woman that "helped me" insinuated I lost the center cap, with the key still in the rim. Watch these people they dont stand behind their mistakes

Best One fixed a tire problem for me today at a reasonable price. Two other places couldn't fix the problem. I enjoyed their waiting room for a very short time due to their prompt service and excellent staff. Thank you.

I referred my friend to have his truck worked on there. Had u joints replaced, 3 months later the drive shaft fell out because the rear yoke bolts were not tight.The man who put them in was litterally on his phone while working under vehicle, I was concerned when I saw that, shoddy work from a shoddy shop

Wow such an amazing place!!! Patty was great had great customer service! She even went out of her way call junk yard to see if they had jack with tools to get our spare down if ever needed it. Service was great and done in a timely manner!!! Thanks will be back.

I asked last Thursday morning if they charge for an inspection. The lady said no it is free. And that her guy is on vacation and has a line of cars so Monday morning would be the best time. So I make the appointment under the assumption that the inspection is free as I was told. They take my car and do an alignment without my prior knowledge. Then charge me $45! Shysters....... And if they are professionals, why would they do an alignment on a car that has bad tires? Even I know that you can not align a vehicle with bad tires! So I'm out $45 that could of went towards new tires or anything for that matter! Do not go to this business. If they did this to me they WILL do it to you or some unsuspecting person that knows zero about cars. And then have the gaul to quote me tire prices....... Garbage business practices I tell ya!

I had a slow leak on my driver's front tire. They got me in and out in about 40 minutes. Very friendly and treated me like I was a VIP. Can't recommend it highly enough

The service here is great. They've done everything from tires to shocks, hub bearings to alignments, and oil changes to a serpentine belt on my truck. I highly recommend.

They bent my back wheels and now u have 3 of one tire and 1 tire thats different. Never. Coming. Back. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES COME HERE. Save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else, and they are super unprofessional about stuff.

Not knowledgeable at all. Said they didnt know which way to turn my steering wheel to align my 01 Grand Cherokee. I said "you turn the drag link not the steering wheel". They said "we don't know which way, we don't want to bust your clock spring". So, I took it home, not paying anything and lengthend my drag link because I lifted my Jeep 3 inches and put 1.5" wheel spacers on so logically I didn't want to shorten the drag link. Guess what now my steering wheel is straight and I have no wobble. Anyway I wanted to inform you the alignment guys SUCK and I suggest you find a different alignment shop.

This business now has the best of the Best as former Tommy house employees and Midwest Tire all-in-one establishment I'm really fond of the alignment technician Scott and Matt and his father in the showroom has always treated me well.

Stopped in for boat trailer tires, they were in stock, good price, including mounting and balancing. Friendly staff & great service.
