John helped me out when me and my fianc�e were in town for a funeral unfortunately. He answered my call right away, figured out what I needed, I went and he installed it for me in the freezing windy weather in the dark while making great conversation! I appreciate you John and I hope you get recognized enough.

I give 5 stars to the one on Eldorado. I was on Oakland needed a wiper blade the male employee didn't offer any help he was too busy talking to someone. He didn't help me at all I purchased the blade he told me to purchase later finding out it was the wrong one. I took it to my reg Autozone on Eldorado where that young man got me the right blade and put it on. I wish I would of gotten his name he's so helpful. Ty

My wife was having battery troubles, she knew Autozone did checks.She went inside the guy at the counter refused to do anything and leave the counter.He said he was the only guy there.She was stranded in a not so good area.Fortunately another customer stepped up to jump her car.I cannot believe an AutoZone emotes would not help especially when there is no signage alerting people they can't do theses simple services the offer.Either do or do not offer.But to leave a lady stranded is very poor service.O RIELY"S WILL BE OUR GO TO NOW.NOTE WE JUST BOUGHT THE BATTERY THERE 4 MONTHS EARLIER AFTER THE SECOND BATTERY IT WORKED NOW THE SECOND BATTERY IS DONE.POOR SERVICE POOR PARTS AND NO CONCERN.

Called about a particular antifreeze. Man said what kind was needed. Went to store, they didn't have any! Then he told us, they can't get any. He could have told us that on the phone, and we wouldn't have wasted our time driving there!

Chris was very helpful. On 8/13 is stopped in with battery issues and he got me all set up and installed a new battery for me. Great customer service. Can t say the same about the one on Eldorado St.

Came in looking for a couple things for a motorcycle such as a cover to keep the rain off, phone mount and a detail kit. No one would come show me where anything was. Was told if they had anything to look in a couple different spots. They wasnt busy so there is no reason to not come help. After asking if i could order stuff i was told id be better off going to a motorcycle store

Came in for a battery the employee put my battery in backwards been sitting for over an hour blew my fuses , the manger said he was too busy at the time to fix the problem his employee created . Told me after his break he would come look at it. So I m stirring here stranded with two babies and a licenseing exam to take an hour away in two hours. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Choose any location other than this one

Had overall good experiences here but today Felicia s inability to operate the register was blamed on my payment method. Weird, you had the same issue with my brothers card. Another rep helped and boom it works! You really shouldn t be falsely accusing customers much less it being your go to method. No apology after figuring out it was her fault. Thanks to the gentleman that helped her help us, I unfortunately didn t catch his name.UPDATE: several errands in to my day and all card processing in the area is down. Something to do with comcast going up and down.

This Auto Zone has been here a long time and if they don't have a part in stock they are very good about getting one shipped speedily. The young lady was very knowleable and knew her job well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the wait time to get help. They need to hire more people or have them on the floor instead of back in the rows of parts or wherever they go. If you don't mine the wait, their great.

Store manager would not let me return a wrench without all the packaging. He had other employees in back and didn't call for help up front. I will not be returning, for the fact he was rude.

I always have a good experience at the Auto Zones in my city. If I explain a problem I'm having, they are always happy to help and keep me from spending unnecessary money. Today's visit was because I thought I needed fuses but the guy who helped me told me what he thought the problem was instead and suggested I take it to a mechanic.

Generally a good selection of parts, though not as much for my Audi. Always helpful staff who are ready to help find a part or order it if needed. This store is still my "go to" when my car is in need.

The gals in there know nothing about car parts. I don t know why they would be working in an auto parts store. There were no other workers that were there and available to help. It should be a requirement to at least know the basics of auto repair to work in a auto parts store or at least have the resources to help customers

Very Friendly employees. My 80yr old mom needed 2 brake light bulbs and they installed them for her. I always go there for most auto parts because they're so helpful!

Got wrong parts given to me had to go back and the night crew made it all better i was pleased with the man and woman the was closing that night very helpful informative but day crew wow. I would go later in the evening the guys had no clue during the day

I had a horrible time this morning getting a battery installed. Called Walmart no answer so I drove there and it was going to take a while. Called Farm and Fleet while driving there and sat on hold only to have someone hang up on me when pulling into the parking lot. Walked inside to find employees doing nothing and told me no openings. Called Advanced they answered but didn t say anything.Called autozone and they answered quick and I drove straight there and they installed my battery in under 10 minutes. Awesome customer service, thanks Eldorado Autozone!!!

Unfriendly manager. No question at to do you have an account with us. Anything else you need. I felt like it was an inconvenience for me to be there as a customer. Bad management makes bad employees.

The Best Autozone. Knowledgeable, willing to help, very.good at explaining their prices, and your choices. Store is clean, well stocked, and they have a price match guarantee. No other stores told me about the price match. Didn't feel pressured or tricked into buying an uneeded part or item. They will help you find a part on the shelf instead of pointing to an aisle while giving you a part code. Could hint at more of the terrible experiences I've had at other Autozone stores, thankfully I have been blessed by the employees here. Good service, cleanliness, organization, and fair prices bring customers back. I will drive by the other stores to go back to this one.

Stopped n for a quick trip , found wat I needed quickly, this store is so organized and well maintained it's super easy to find wat yer lookin for fast , prices r really affordable, employees r very knowledgeable on all products sold here and this store is clean , floors looked great considering it's an automotive store with alot of in an out public traffic , I prefer this paticular store over All tha competition jus down tha road either direction and I'm serious , employees have ALWAYS been very polite , cheerful, very helpful and more importantly to me seeing how I'm a female very respectful to me , that alone means more than anything else I'm posting

They looked up the part needed (oil filter) and gave the wrong part. When I went back they replaced it for the right part. My advice is don't always trust the person behind the counter and make sure it is the right part yourself before you leave.
