Absolutely terrible experience. What s the point of making an appointment if you re going to spend several hours just to have one tire mounted and balanced. Unorganized and unprofessional staff who talk about their co workers loudly right in front of the customers.

I was looking for an oil change. Of course it s not their fault it was a two hour wait to be seen i mean it wasn t mine either. No service for them for me.Get a team equipped to handle the demand please.

I came in here and waited 3 hours for my oil to be changed, but my oil light never went off. I assumed it was an issue with the car. I took it to auto one to have the light removed, but it came back on. i checked my oil sticker and it said 270,000 miles till my next oil change. My odometer says 30,000. I checked the oil and it was pitch black. They essentially robbed me of my time and money. they did not change my oil and charged me $80 to not change it. If they didn t want to do it, why not tell me so I can go elsewhere and not risk the integrity of my engine? I m pleading with everyone in the are, spend the extra money. Go to jiffy lube. Go somewhere they perform the services in front of you. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Great service, and I m always in and out sooner than the quoted time. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ordered tires from Walmart online to be delivered to the Country Club Hills, IL store. Darrion did a fantastic job of having my tires ready, and providing all the services I needed in a timely manner. He was very accommodating to us and I have nothing but good things to say abt him. On another visit to fix a nail I picked up in my tire, Latoya R., and Darial P. worked the front desk and both ladies were great. Jalen W. worked with the cars and this crew had me in and out pretty quick.

Don t make an appointment. It s pointless. I had an appointment at 12 for 4 new tires to be put on. I also wanted sensors added. There was a 2 hour wait. When they got done they forgot to add the sensors so I m waiting another hour.

I have never been to an establishment where you called to confirm the hours, get there an entire hour before it supposedly closes, and then they tell you they re closed after you just risk life and limb driving on a spare tire all the way there because you had an emergency flat. Horrible Service

If there is less than one I would put it.I came in for an oil change 1,5 hours after my appointment they still haven t started and left with a check engine light. They messed up my car the big black manager there was so rude and racist.

Went in one week to get Tires, Battery and an air filter, I was assisted by a guy named Michele, he was very nice and helpful. The mechanics changed by battery, my lug nuts were to tight for them to o get off so I didn't get the tires, turns out I didn't need any tires anyway, so that worked in my favor( although they didn't say but I still had plenty off tread just needed air and tire rotation)... Air filter was out of stock so went back this week and Bernadette was helpful in getting my Air filter, I was in and out and customer service is always a plus here!

This corporation is corrupt! I ordered 4 tires online at the country club hills location in JANUARY, upon arrival I was informed the tires weren t there. I was rescheduled to get tires from the country club hills location a week or so later. Still no tires. I asked could the online order be moved to the Hammond location they said no. I left with no tires but shortly after received an email saying the order was picked up! I called the same day and several times after, for MONTHS. I came to the store and no one can help. I was advised by the online support to come to the store in AUGUST and speak with the store manager, still nothing. I want my money back. Walmart is a multiple billion dollar corporation, that steals from the public. They create walls and red tape to keep issues from being resolved. I hate this company and will do my absolute best to NEVER engage with this type of fraudulent, illegal, unjustified treatment of innocent customers!

Purchased 4 new tires from them. Had a spare on my car when I got there and they did not take it off. Asked for assistance on how to take the spare off and they said not and had a attitude about it. Should have been the sign I needed to run but i stayed and purchased my tires. My Hub cap came off as soon as I left. I didn t even bother to come back because I don t want to go back there again.Service: Tires

Sold us 2 tires which were the wrong size! Then told us to bring the tires up to the front to customer service for a return!! And our funds were on hold.for 5 days! All because of the associates wrong doing! And after ignored us. Also made us a house key that was a wrong key and don't fit!!! Horrible service. The ONLY good thing about this location is it has a tire center with good tire prices. All employees need customer service training!!!!

So disappointed with the service being received. Came 5 days ago and couldn't get new tires because their power tools "weren't strong enough" to remove the lug nuts. Did a complaint online & got a call back asking for a chance to correct the issue. Came back in and now, after waiting an hour in line just to check the car in, I've waited another 2 1/2 hours and they STILL haven't pulled the car in. I've ALWAYS brought my cars to this location for tire service but THIS is the last time. There isn't enough staff to handle the volume of customers.

Today i went to Walmart Auto Center because i had a low tire and i knew i needed to have it sealed. I called at 930am and the woman who answered stated that you had to have an appointment. I told her it was for tire repair and she stated she had a 10 and 11 slot open. I took the 10:00 time and after waiting four and a half hours later......MY CAR STILL WAS NOT PULLED INTO THE BACK!!!! I asked her why it was taking so long and she stated that appointments were seen first. I COMPLETELY understand that....but a tire repair takes 10 or 15 mins. I understand taking 2 or 3 cars then finishing a quick repair but it should have never taken that long. I left at 2:30pm because i was EXTREMELY irritated and slowly made my way to Discount Tires. I got there at 3pm, they told me i would be there maybe until 430, 445. I was finished by 3:55...and it was FREE. PLEASE DO BETTER WALMART

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because when I went back to fix the problem they were super nice and helpful. Went to get an oil change and tpms repaired. The tech refused to change my oil stating that they didn't have the star key needed to get to oil even though this was my 2nd oil change and they had "the key" the first time. Didn't check all my tires for tpms repair and had to go back. Later found out that the oil cap had been left off and my engine was spewing oil every where under the hood. Don t be cheap, just go to the dealership. Might be cheaper anyway.

I will never return. I only wanted my tire checked to see if I needed air or if I had a nail or something in it. Let me first say it is not the workers, it is whoever developed their procedures and sets their schedules. I arrived at 6:55 a.m. for a 7 a.m. open. Auto Center door was opened at 7:08 a.m. by the Night Manager because the people that work the Center weren't there yet. While waiting for their arrival found they can't clock in till 7 a.m. in another part of the store. They finally arrive and take time to set up. I was #3 in line, there were 3 techs and only one gentlemen working the counter. For each person he checked in he had to write them up on a hand held system using a stylus, then he had to check to make sure they had the needed part and go and pull the car in to the service area. He got to me, #3, at approximately 7:45 a.m. At 8:20 a.m. I noticed my car was no longer in the service area, thinking I was finished, I asked to be checked out and was told they had to service a car that came in with a 8 a.m. appointment so they had to pull my car out. I was totally outdone. My time meant ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to Walmart. Who ever came up with their system obviously had no business sense. Here is a bit of advise, Have the workers start 30 minutes before you are scheduled to begin servicing customers, this allows for them to clock in, get to the location, set up and be ready to service the customers. While the person is checking in customers have the Techs to pull the cars into the bays and begin service instead of them standing around waiting. Final bit of advice is when the plan changes notify the customer immediately. COME ON WALMART YOU CAN DO BETTER, unfortunately I won't be returning for you to abuse my time again.

Lazy employees. Had to practically beg them to walk to the front of the store, where I had just come from, to get my 4 tires which I had already paid for 2 weeks prior. The girl who I spoke to on the phone in the auto center was extremely rude and transferred me right away and I was then on hold for 10 minutes, so I finally just hung up. The people working here need a lesson in customer service.

Went there to get new rims installed on my smart car. The crew was friendly and explained me everything. After my car was taken to put rims on I went to their website and found bad and negatives reviews about the service. At first I was a little skeptical, but the job was done and in the expected time, no issues. The desk woman gave my key smiling and I left satisfied. My car looks badass now. Thank you guys.

Customer service is awful. There were four of in line for fifteen minutes which is actually a long time without a word from an employee. Seeing that was at least three of them in the back. I'm still in line while I'm writing this review. It's awful please if you have any other choice I advise you not to come here. At least to the auto center. 167th and pulaski.

Went Gere for tires. Only had 2 in stock. Put wrong size on. 4x4 no work because of this. Probably screwed up my car. Try calling. No answer. Finally answer. On hold for 445 minutes then they and up on me. HORRIBLE CYSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NEVER GO THERE. EVER. NOW IM OT $250 FOR 2 TIRES I DONT EED AND MY CARS MESSED UP.Service: TiresService: Tires

I always have a bad experience when I visit this center, there's always some equipment that doesn't work, or all the techs left early so there's no one to do work a full hour before closing, or the truck was robbed so supplies are low or this or that.... Always something.... but today was the worst. I was on location at 6:50am because they are supposed to open at 7am but nobody unlocked the door until next nearly 7:30 & it took 2 people to get it opened. I was the 2nd customer in line, only getting rotation/balance & air & at 10:30am & I was still waiting. Why? Because I got a call at 8:15 saying that my car was done but one of my tires only had 7 pounds of pressure & none of the rest had been checked, which is the primary reason I came in. The prices might be hard to beat but, as they say, you get that you pay for because the service ALWAYS sucks and I'm NEVER coming here again.

I brought my car here for tire replacement and the technician was honest enough to let me know that the tires I ordered online at Walmart were the wrong size. I realized that the shop that changed my tires about 4 yrs ago put the tires that have the wrong size. I also came here early, and I was done in about 45 mins. I don't know though if it's a long wait if I had come at a different time. I still wish I could have set an appointment. I was also happy that I was able to order my tires online and have them shipped to this autocare for free. The prices of the tires online and the service were also reasonable.

Not enough personnel to handle the volume of business on weekends. That is managements fault to be scheduling personnel during the week standing around doing nothing and not enough to cover call in. I ve seen it first hand.Had an encounter that I waited 3 1/2 hours for a oil change on a Sunday and paid $60.00 for full synthetic. Called Walmart corporate and said the manager was supposed to call me and that was 5 months ago?.What a way to run a business and bad management and courtesy.

I purchased tires from Walmart online attempting to be more cost conscious. I got to the Auto center at 7am when they opened. A employee came to the door I assume to unlock, looked at me and walked away. I waited another 15 mins before anyone came to unlock the door. Once inside no one assisted me. It is now 7:35 finally someone helps. I informed them I have a tire order there and I would like the tires put on. The employee tells me I have to get a pick up slip from the pick up order area. Of course the pick up order area does not open until 8. I wait until 8 and go to the pick order area. I let them know I am picking up a tire order. They asked if I went to the auto center first and I replied yes. They said auto center could of helped me. Who knows at this point what the process is. Anyways, Igo back to the auto center to set up getting the tires installed. They now let me know the compressor has been down all morning and they do not know when they can service anyone. A complete waste of my time yesterday. Someone could of told me all of that at 7 through the door as the guy was staring at me.

They have terrible service here. They should definitely consider putting appointments versus having people come in and wait 4 to 5 hours just to get tires or any service is done. I never even purchased my tires here because they had a 7 hour wait and it was 10 in the morning. In order for you to get any service here you'd have to be there as soon as they open and who has time to just sit around and wait.

Called 4 times tonight. Simply to ask if they had a tire in stock. 1st call stayed on hold for 5mins with service rep only saying hold please then put me on hold no one came came back to the phone.2nd call samething only held 3 minutes and I gave up.3rd call after holding for 3mins I finally get to ask if they had a the tire for my car. I was interrupted by the rep and told I needed to know the size they don't do make and model.Called the 4th time after looking up the size . rep placed me on hold for 9mins as she looked it up. Absolutely the worst customer service ever and I'm an avid shopper at walmart. Sooooo disappointed
