I had to go in and pick up my roommates car from European & US Car Service after he had his accident. The folks working in the office are very friendly and efficient. Very nice to talk to. The manager of the auto body department came out to explain a few things to me and I was out the door in minutes. The car looked like brand new and they cleaned the inside & out. Great job on all levels, I ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends & family.

Demetrius was very professional, polite and kind. We were skeptical of a quick turn around but he did it! Everything looks good and we hope to not have any issues; however, I am confident they will fix it with no issues if something does occur. I recommend this auto repair shop and will return for future needs.

This place is fantastic. Jordan was helpful and knowledgeable and not only did they do a wonderful job on my Mercedes but it was repaired in one day. I highly recommend this body shop.

Took my VW golf here after I swiped the side and had to replace one of the doors. Chris was friendly and extremely knowledgable when I brought it in for an estimate and over the phone while the car was in the shop. They kept me up-to-date with the timeline of the parts and work, and I was surprised at how fast they got everything done considering some delays on the parts. I'm also very pleased with the quality of the repair the blending and installation they did on the new door look great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pretty sure this is just an insurance scam. Supposedly fresh paint work came from the place with tons of scratches in it. Should have seen the red flags but got bamboozled by cheap talk. My fault and I hope this review helps others. I know the pictures with reflections don't do justice to the low quality work but stay away. The inside of my car also came back much dirtier than when I left it and although I didn't write the mileage down I am sure I left it with a full tank and it was returned with 1/4 tank. The only reason it gets two stars is they only charged me my deductible and what insurance gave me. But they then went on to charge my insurance much more.

I recently had the pleasure of visitingEuropean and US car service and my experience exceeded all expectations. I brought my car in with significant damage to the body, they carefully assessed the damage and took the time to explain the necessary repairs to me in a way that was easy to understand and provided me with a detailed estimate before starting the repairs, and there were no surprises when it came to the final cost. They were transparent throughout the entire process, which is something I truly appreciate as a customer.The turnaround time for my car repair was surprisingly quick, considering the extent of the damage. I also received regular updates which kept me informed about the progress of the repair.The team went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired at the time that was promised which I greatly appreciated and the bodywork looked as good as new. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Definitely recommend their services!

I took my car to have a broken window and ignition fixed after someone tried to steal my car. I spoke with Chris and he was super helpful. He kept me informed of parts and the time my car would be fixed. The service was fast and amazing. I own a Fiat 500 and have been calling all over Chicago to find an auto chop that services them. Even places advertised as servicing international cars wouldn t take my Fiat. So I was thrilled to find this place, that took my little car and knew what they were doing!Chris helped me through the process and made it painless. He called me just enough to let me know what I can expect to pay and when it would be done. I will definitely be going back when the time comes.Heads up, there is a surcharge on credit card payments, so bring debit or cash.

Back in 2016 I was rear-ended on the bumper of my car and took it to European & US Car Service for repairs at the suggestion of the local Toyota dealer. Ever since then, I have had problems with the rear quarter panels pulling away from the sides of my car. I kept having to put new screws in place to hold them in place. Well, 7 years later I just got rear-ended again, but the damage was to the trunk of my car due to a bike rack, this time, the car that hit me didn't even touch the bumper of my car... I took it to The Body Shop for repairs this time, and they just called and let me know that when they took apart my car they found all kinds of hidden damage to the bumper of my car, and the rear fender apron was completely missing. So it would seem that 7 years ago, European & US Car Service did a paint job and that's it. They pocketed the insurance money but didn't fix my car and they didn't even put it all back together properly again! Of course, just because they were dishonest 7 years ago doesn't mean they are dishonest today, but I wouldn't take any chances. I highly recommend The Body Shop at 5820 N. Western Ave as an alternative (which was suggested to me by my trusted mechanic, Speedline Auto & Tire).Service: Painting

This place does incredible work! I had a baseball size dent in the roof of my Jeep and in a little over an hour Jim made it completely disappear! I couldnt be more pleased, highly recommend their dent removal services!

I was rear-ended in mid January 2023 and brought my car into this establishment for repairs. I spoke with the original owner, Hawk, on the phone and he was lovely. However, I was informed that in the interim of me bringing my car in, the business had been sold. This change over was handled very poorly and there were multiple failures of communication where I had to contact the shop myself for any updates regarding the vehicle, including my pick up date, which was pushed back several days. I ended up picking my vehicle up at the end of March 2023. On top of that, there is now a 3% fee on all credit card transactions; my husband had to go home and drive back with my checkbook so I would not be charged a service fee to simply pay my bill.The very nice men handling the service behind the counter do what they can, but this clearly is above their paygrade.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I've used these guys two or three times over the past 15+ years and can honestly say they are great. They are brutally honest, but that can be highly appreciated in today's crazy world. The latest example was I stopped by today to see if they could secure a piece of trim that was falling off my Jeep, and on the spot they fixed it and didn't charge a dime. There are truly great people in this world, and you'll find them here. Keep up the great work guys.Service: Body & Trim

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!!!!IF I COUPD GIVE THIS SHOP 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! I came to the shop for an insurance claim to get my driver side door repaired. WHEN I CAME TO PICK MY CAR UP I NOTICED RIGHT AWAY THAT the Radio volume and on/off knob was broken. I told the owner WARREN that my radio knob was broken and clearly it happened while my car was getting repaired. European & US Car Service took ZERO responsibility for the carelessness of their actions. Moreover, they tried to convince me that my car had several electrical issues which was a LIE. They were going to try and make me pay for THEIR MISTAKE. Unbelievable!!!!!!!My understanding is that European & US Car Services is under new management. Their customer service is horrible and their technicians are CARELESS!!

Unfortunately, this is not the place to take your car. Warren is extremely unreasonable. They took my car apart to fix a window washer motor which they had to order and kept my car, and then mistakenly thrown out my side panel! They had to then order the panel from BMW, keeping my car again and gave me a car rental which they erroneously charged on MY card and it took days to get removed. Nick was perfectly nice through the whole debacle, but then Warren proceeded to call me and said I told Enterprise HE "was inept" when the rental car company was for charging me and not explaining their process, like I wouldn't notice it on my bank charges. I never complained except for the fact they kept my car almost a week to fix one small issue for $212. Warren is not a nice person, don't fault his guys for the poor leadership. And now I will say he is inept! So rude! Too many other places to choose from, not your neighborly repair service that I thought and Not worth his attitude. Perillo also canceled his services according to his employee.

This happened a while ago. Brought my mustang in to the shop for an oil change and to have a full inspection done because I was planning to sell the car. I knew a handful of issues my car already had which included a broken bumper, worn out breaks, first gear synchro issue, tail light out, and a number of other issues. I called ahead of time and was quoted $60 for an oil change and $100 for the inspection. When I came back to pick up my car, they raised the price of my oil change to $100 and said I was accidentally given the wrong price over the phone. When I asked for an inspection report, they gave me no documentation and just said my car was fine and had no issues. I demanded some sort of paper work to clarify what was inspected and to get a report for battery, tire, other levels. But, they said they do not provide a report and I had to take their word that they inspected my car, yet they could not point out a single issue of the several very obvious problems with the car. In the end I paid over $200 for an overpriced oil change and an "inspection." Unprofessional and very shady.

They took care of some fender/bumper damage on my 2014 Ford Fusion as an authorized direct repair facility for Erie Insurance. Excellent experience from start to finish. The estimators are friendly and experienced; they handled everything and did it with class and courtesy. The work turned out beautifully - not a single flaw. They took my car the following Monday after I first came in, and the work was completed on schedule. The owner is right there in the front of the house and he's a great guy.
