My black family members were disrespected here by a Hispanic man who works for this company who called them men mind you one of them have locs and he thought that it was ok to mention his nationality to these women like he was intimidating them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They over charger for every service I ever got , they take extremely long to do anything, and the last time I went they STOLE the Resignators out of a $600 exhaust system I purchased then tried to sell me 2 $300 universal Resignators (witch cost more and of lesser quality)...I said no and wanted for the company to send a replacement. When the replacement came , he showed up late to the apartment, took several people In front of me then refused service for a service that was already paid for with no refundServices: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Had been recommended to place. They switched my spark plugs and told me I needed a tune up whn I went in because I was smelling gas. I denied tuneup and tried to drive off and car had like 4 sec delay. 99 percent worse than whn I brought it. They fixed it but car never felt the same afterwards. Had to threaten to sue and call police. They fixed gas issue but with the fake tuneup repair they tried to charge me 1000 dollars because they thought I was stupid obviously. It was crazy because my parents recommended me there because they were regular customers and I told them that and still tried to do me wrong. They lost all our business due to incident

This shop is good and does quality work but it depends on who's the manager for that day. Steer clear of this shop if Eli (the worst) is the manager...he's incompetent and doesn't have any people skills.

My car got broken into on there property and they said they not responsible for what happened to my car I honestly believe that they had something to do with my car getting broken into they took all my relay switches from my car it hasn't been a week or a little over a week and another problem acured which was not a problem before I took my car there i really believe they take parts off other people car's for other customers car do not take your car there

Eli, Jeff, and the team are awesome. My plate sticker was expiring by the end of February and all I had was one week to get my car fixed and pass the emissions test . They stayed patient and made sure I understood every detail of what was going on with my car. They even made sure I got transportation to and from home while they worked on my car. They went above and beyond time after time and stayed late past closing time. I appreciate you guys and thank you so much. If I had 10 s I would give it to them

If I could give them 10 stars I would, saved me from another muffler shop quote and missing a day of work. Showed me everything before they started and was upfront about time and cost. Took them one hour to fix my exhaust compared to an entire day. Was able to use the money I saved with them to fix another problem with my car WITH THEM!!! Great workers, great people, great service, my one stop shop from now on!

They performed brake service on my car I did not drive it right away because it's not my everyday car. However once I started driving it I noticed the rear brakes were rubbing. I went back to tell them the problem he told me a day to bring it back which I did. When I went back I was told that I had to leave my car & they probably wouldn't get to it until the next day. I asked why tell me to bring it on a specific day & you're not going to fix it the guy placed my keys on the counter & told me to take it somewhere else. I left there angry cause I paid for a service that wasn't done correctly I would not recommend them to anyone especially with their lack of concern & professionalism.

Been going there for a few years now and always had a good experience. The manager is always polite and gives solid advice on what repairs are needed right away and what can wait.Where some mechanics take advantage of their customers, this place does not. Or at least I have not experienced that.Sound advice, reasonable prices and friendly people, that's what this place has.I had an excellent experience. Staff is very helpful, respectful and polite. Will come back again and recommend for sure

Do not take your car here. They lied and told me they were open Christmas eve, to bring my part that morning, and they'll have my car fixed on Christmas eve. Was calling all morning then finally just decided to go up there and they were closed from Friday-Monday. Monday there was nothing but more lies and they still didn't know when they could have my car fixed. They said they were in the shop till 3 on Friday (the biggest lie and excuse bc I called and went there before 3 and if they were there why hadn't they replaced the starter that I had dropped off the day before), then they lied and said they didn't tell me they could fix it Friday (this is a lie bc I had a shop prepared to fix it Friday if they couldnt), then they still couldn't tell me when my car would be ready bc it was foggy and wet outside and his men had to work outside. After calling them on their lies they refused to fix my car. My car sat unnecessarily for 3 days in the cold bc they had my part and key in their shop. My battery also died while my car was just sitting there. Use this shop at your own risk, but 9/10 you will be paying more than you have to.

The Auto Clinic in Calunet City came highly recommended to me by my Mother who has used their service several times. I called and Spoke with Eli at about 2 my car was dropped of at about 5 on a Monday and I received a call at about 12 pm on Tuesday saying the work was done. I was elated! My car is running smooth as ever Thank k you Eli for all of your help and amazing customer service !

Eli was such a great help on 5/20/20 when I called to ask about a warranty I had regarding work I had done at this establishment May 2019. I explained to Eli my issue and he was upfront about the wait for service being 2 days if needed since I had some noise coming from my car when braking but was getting my car checked somewhere else. Eli assured me that I could call and update him if I needed to bring my car in. Called and spoke to Eli today 5/21/20, I informed him that nothing needed to be replaced and the other place said the noise may be caused by water getting on the rotors. Eli, was able to give me an even more in depth explanation regarding the water on the rotors. Eli was nice, patient, honest and informative during all my experiences. Thank you Eli and all staff!!

Eli and his team truly were a blessing to me this week! Uber is my only form of income and I failed my inspection due to a light on my dash. Eli and his team went the extra mile to fix my car. I love the fact that they are not a company that just tells you anything to get your money. I was given the recommendations on the best options for my situation. All of my repairs will always be done with them!

I took them a 2008 Dodge Nitro. The A/C wasn't working. The vehicle was running just great. They changed the compressor three different times within 2 weeks because the supplier they used sent 2 faulty compressors according to Auto Clinic.The third time they used their normal supplier, I got the vehicle back and the following day it stops and wont start back up. I got the vehicle towed there and Eli calls me the next day saying my engine is locked up. When I go to the shop in person, he tells me that it might be the timing chain. He says this like my vehicle was already having issues, which it wasn't. All I wanted was cold air it was driving just fine! I was told a new engine alone costs over 3k plus labor. No apology, no conversation about fixing their mistake, no admission of wrongdoing. Only how long to tow it because their lot is full. They should have taken care of this. Obviously someone messed up somewhere and if the faulty compressors messed up my engine, why should I be stuck like this? Now I'm out of a vehicle.

keep you coming back to make money off you when they claim they fixed the problem but then they claim it something else after they claim they fixed the Original problem. Always saying it something else every time.. they beat me out of at least 3000 in the pass 6months cause I m a female and didn t know better.. Shame on me!!!!I finally went to another place whom I trust and never had any problem since and they guarantee their work auto clin doesn t. They always have some excuse to make you pay more. Don t do business with them if you re a female they will get you every time!!!!

Do not bring your car here! I would give zero stars if I could. They overcharged on everything. Tried to lie to me about the inspection fee, first said it was $60 then I questioned him about it and change the price to $25. Great place, excellent customer service in Lansing and Calumet City. I had trouble with the hood on my vehicle, the Lansing location was closed, but someone answered the phone and called the owner Jim. He took the time to come to my home and fix the issue. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!!

Eli the manager and the team has always been great I have multiple cars from a 1976 old school up to 2019 they have worked on all of my cars always been professional price conscious very detailed in explaining the problem and a solution in a very timely manner if there was any problems they always corrected it I would definitely recommend Auto Clinic to my friends and family.GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Eli and team...

Please do not use this shop its a alley mechanic that lucked up on a shop!! My wife got her batter changed in January and it went bad in March. The owner didn t want to replace the battery that was warranted for three years. The owner was rude, unprofessional just poor customer service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I was stuck at Baymont hotel my impala ss would not turn on I called Jim's auto clinic and explained my situation I was able to receive speedy help and they also fixed the problem I highly recommend this shop and thanks to Jeff my SS is back in full power
