Cheapest place around for an alignment! Called 4 places. Worked w me and got the car in same day and did the job while I was at work. Very professional. They gave me a printout of what was done and even sent a video underneath the car. Very pleased with the service! Used Zelle to pay, not sure if they accept CC s. Again very happy, thanks guys!!

Astro Auto is great! I ve been going here for a while and they ve always been extremely quick, friendly, and greatly priced. Today I started driving my car to work and it started making a horrible sound, I was scared something was really wrong. My bf took it in for me and they found a walnut wedged into my car from a squirrel and was able to grab it out for me super quick. Thank you guys you re always so awesome Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going to Astro auto for a couple years now I'm a sixty-two-year-old single woman who has a vehicle that they have taken very good care of without charging me too much or taking advantage of me. Very honest kind dependable husband-and-wife family team. Sandra runs the business like a pro and her husband is an excellent mechanic along with a couple other mechanics they have there. I love love them I'm even going to stop in with some lunch for Sandra or maybe a dinner or maybe snack I don't know but it's very welcoming their I recommend Astro auto highly any vehicle year any noises any problems you have with your car just bring it there and they will figure it out. And did I mention very honest and dependable see you soon with my 2005 Toyota again

Went to this shop for a wheel alignment and walked out feeling like I ve know the owners for a lifetime. It was my first time going to them, but they made me feel completely comfortable about the work they performed on my vehicle. In fact, they noticed other issues I had that no one told me about and I m looking forward to taking my vehicle back to them for the repairs. Very nice people that are about family and treating people right. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with them.Service: Wheel alignment

Went in and had them "look over whole car" to find more problems and noises a week later. After spending a ton of money there. Guess they were good on people spending more money and business there

I would definitely recommend Astro auto repair for any of your car repairs/maintenance! I called last minute on the holiday weekend to see if they could fix a few loose plates under my car and they took me in right away. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting as well! Like the majority of their loyal customers, I went to Astro Auto Repair because a friend told me to try them out. The first 2 times I had work done by them; they were the lowest price quoted compared with 2 other repair shops. The service was and is always excellent. They are very accommodating and their prices are more than fair. I no longer waste my time getting quotes at other shops. I trust them to give me the best price and service. In addition, Jose has gone above and beyond by dropping me off at work while he worked on my car and picked me up from work when the repair was completed. Not many (if any) owners would do this for their customers. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. Absolutely garbage communication and follow through.I contacted them on Monday morning, relayed my car issue, and asked when they could take a look. I was informed that they could do Tuesday morning. I then asked if they could recommend a tow service, since I didn t think the car was safely driveable. I was told that they d send their people over to pick it up. They took my name, address, car make and model, and plate#. Tuesday rolls around and I start calling around noon because I hadn t heard anything and the car was still in my lot. They replied 4 hours later saying that someone would be by on Wednesday morning between 8am-10am. I was told to leave the key in the ignition. It is now 5pm on Wednesday, my car was sitting in my lot with the key in the ignition all day, and I ve received zero communication.I ve been without a vehicle for 4 days now, and will be for longer because a reputable shop doesn t have openings until Monday. I ve had to ride my bike to work and take time off, all because Astro Auto Repair can t be bothered to keep their word.Terrible service , I will never recommend to anyone.

On a cold early Saturday morning-my day off, I experienced a sudden loss of power steering in my Infiniti, I conducted online search for service shops in my area. Astro Auto Repair came up on a search as the earliest time for hours of operation. I made my trip to the shop. After, previous dealings with various automotive repair shops in the past, I can clearly distinguish from the good, the bad and the ugly. To make the long story short, my verdict is all good! The issue was diagnosed correctly- p/s pump. The price quoted was very reasonable, including the warranty on parts and labor. The correct part was ordered, received and installed with swift quickness. The shop appeared professional; fully equipped for many types of car repairs. The waiting area was pleasant and accommodating. Most importantly, the staff was welcoming, forward, upfront and very friendly. Now, I am back on the road again. The steering feels right and this family-run shop has earned my trust for auto service repair needs. Way to go!

Very honest and trustworthy shop! Friendly and nice folks. Brought my truck in for AC not working. They kept it overnight and called me the next morning and dropped my vehicle off at my home with cold AC working. Minor problem and they were extremely nice and honest with the repair. Visit this shop you can't go wrong with Astro Auto repair. Truly great service with a smile!

Family owned, Great service, knowledge and respect for customer care. Friendly environment and fast service. Took my car for a diagnose Friday. Took like 30 minutes top. They said they could have the part by Sunday. Went back on Sunday they said it would take a couple of hours so after that the owner of the establishment offered to give me a ride back home. I told them my mom was on her way that it was ok. But other business should learn from them.. that's what I call exceptional customer service.

I was nervous coming in and the front desk woman was super kind. I explained what was wrong and she passed it on to the mechanic. We were chatting and watching a movie, it was so pleasant and the next thing you know the mechanic comes up and he is all done. It was very fast and he did a great job. As a young woman I felt comfortable and I know I could trust them and they didn t lie or rip me off. Amazing experience.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I was very pleased with the services that I received from Astros. The owner and his wife know their stuff! They were courteous enough to bring me in and show me exactly what was going on with my car. They offered a ride to me to get me back to the shop when they wanted to get me updates. The people are patient, friendly, and very reasonable. Wonderful place. After trying to get my car fixed for about a month at other shops, I decided to take my car here after reading reviews about a year ago. I can say that this is the Best Family owned auto repair shop in Aurora. The husband and wife make you feel welcomed and he took out the time to show me on a car diagram the exact issue that I was having with my car. He was able to fix my car and pass emissions test on the first try. I know where to go for all my car repairs from here on

HONEST auto repair shop.We recently purchased a '99 Honda CRV's for our son. 1st car... The air conditioning wasn't working. The previous owner told us that it needed a new compressor. In my past experience air conditioning work on a car, outside of a recharge, will start at several hundred and climb up over $1,000, especially at the dealer.I contacted Astro and was informed that a new compressor would be ~$500. Fair price, considering a new compressor is around $150 - $200 and a recharge is another $100 or so... Dropped it off the next morning. When I called back later to get a status, I was informed that it was fixed and it was only a faulty electrical connection to the compressor. I was charged only for the refrigerant refill. $90!!!Let me tell ya, Astro has new customer for life! We have 4 cars in the family. I seriously don't know of many shops that are that honest. I mean, the customer says to replace the compressor . . . and the shop is honest and diligent enough to go the extra mile?!Thank you Astro Auto Repair and God Bless!

I would highly recommend Asto Auto Repair. It s a Mom and Pop ran business, so they treat you like you are their only customer. It s not some employee who does not care if you come back or not, they want you to come back and it shows. He will tell you what needs to be repaired and what can wait. The prices are reasonable and the service is second to none. I have been looking for a reliable auto repair service for a while and I finally found one!

Local family owned & operated business, very outgoing & honest, trustworthy, great customer service!!! You can trust them to explain what work needs to be done now and what work can be put off or situations simply monitored. You never have to worry that they will do unnecessary work. They're great at diagnosing problems and keep current with automotive technology. They're great at accomodating your schedule and make the whole process simple and friendly. Our entire famuly wouldn't use anyone else!

It's hard to find a shop you can trust, so I'm glad I came here. Run by husband/wife who are very friendly and attentive. Good honest people, who also gave me the best price on my alternator.

Worst car repair experience in my life. I took my car to Astro auto repairs because my A/C was blowing out hot air. I was charged $80 to inspect and re-charge the AC with refrigerant. The owner of the shop told me that he couldn't figure out why my AC isn't working. The owner then asked to keep my car overnight. I left my car overnight I waited for a call all morning the next day to get info on my car. I didn't recieve a call so I called them around 11AM & a women answered the phone, who is the owners wife was telling me about brakes and a oil change which that wasn't what I brought my car in for. I informed her what work was needed to be done on my car and she tells me I need a new AC compressor. And it will cost $700+ for the part and labor. I asked what was wrong with my compressor the lady then gave the phone to her husband (owner) and his response was there's no physical damage I just need a new one. I took my car from their shop that same day. And later on that night my electric in my car stoped working popping on and off, locks not work, clock resetting, sensors flickering. I took my car back to the shop the next day, I asked them can they make sure everything is intact from them working on my car. They told me no. I left and now today 6/16/17 my car stops on the expressway. I was stuck on I355. I got my car towed back to the shop and they still wouldn't check my car. They tried to charge me more money after my car was working perfectly fine before I brought it to them beside the AC not working. I look under the hood where the AC compressor is and there's a broken wire hanging from the compressor. Worst customer service & worst experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Astro Auto Repair. They were very reasonably priced compared to other local estimates I received and their work quality was exceptional. I was also very impressed with their hospitality while I waited for my car to be serviced. I highly recommend them.

Jose is the main technician and owner(I Believe), he's very knowledgeable and is ASE Certified. his certifications are hung on the wall, 7 documents altogether i believe, Now on to Pros and Cons.Pros: They're location is very accessible, being that it is located on a main street which doesn't seem to be a big issue seeing as the street is very wide. ENGLISH, ENGLISH , ENGLISH, I cant stress how important it is for me to talk to someone who speaks my language. (They also speak Spanish). Jose's English is fantastic, he very articulate and easy to understand. His wife is runner up, her English is very good as well. Overall Astro Auto repair seems very reputable and reasonably priced In my opinion. They also provide free diagnosis as far as i remember, or at least to a certain extent. (He's obviously not going to take your engine apart for free), it seems to be more OBD scanning and general analysis of the vehicle that is free.Now the Cons.Cons: Astro Auto Repair is unfortunately understaffed in my opinion, Jose seems to be the only technician servicing vehicles at any point in time, Although very rare, this MAY leads to untimely delays, which for most people it can be difficult to work around.Overall: I truly believe this auto shop has lots of potential. From what i can see from my monthly visit,(Yes, i drive a chevy).The costumers always seem content with the services they've had done. Ultimately its up to you, "The Consumer" to go check it out for yourself. Thank you for reading...Good day!-----------Ryan------------

Excellent Family own place, really affordable prices they even pick me up from home to get my car. They took my car to the emission test to have the emissions done!I am really satisfied with the results they are not behind the money but for you complete satisfaction.

I brought my car in after a failed emission test and the problem was quickly diagnosed. My car was ready to go after a few hours and I couldn't imagine a more fair price. I'll definitely come back for any future work needed.

I am never going to go to anyone else. The service at Astros is excellent. They treat me like family. They are honest with their work and prices. I found them in the yellow pages and thank God I went to them. I will recommend their services to anyone I know.Thank Sandra and Jose for all you've done for me and Anthony. I seriously love this place. I always know I can count on Sandra and Jose. I was really stressed over my truck and like always Sandra makes it 100 times better. They also have the best prices. I recently moved an hour away from them and I will still drive to them because they're the ONLY ones I trust.
