I used windshield pros off a recommendation I received off a local post I put on Facebook for windshield replacement. I was getting quotes elsewhere up to $800 and they were able to fix it at a fraction of the cost. Great customer service. I called for a quote and they even called the dealer for me to see if I needed spec options on the windshield to help reduce the cost. They came out to my work the next day. Called ahead of time and cane within the time frame estimated. Bill was the person who came out. He was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. Scheduling an appointment, follow up and installation was very smooth. Our technician, Jim, was very thorough, explained the entire process and answered all my questions. He did a great job in about an hour, transferred the oil change sticker and iPass transponder over and even cleaned the navigation screen and mirror. Phone reception, scheduling, replacing car windshield at my driveway, all went smoothly. So far so good. Very convenient and pleasant service! Haven't really tested the quality of the work yet. Will review again in a couple of weeks if not satisfied

My rear windshield shattered early in the morning. I called when the shop first opened and they were able to come to my home and replace it a few hours later. Thank you, Connor, for all your help and to the office staff for keeping in communication with me!!

Had a cracked windshield. First place I tried (names will not be mentioned) wanted me to bring my car in for several hours to recalibrate my cruise control camera. Windshield Pros informed me that there's no reason to assume that the camera would need recalibration - do it only if necessary. So I had them replace the cracked windshield in my driveway for half of what the first place quoted. Took their tech about 40 minutes. The new glass is fine.I'll find out later if my cruise control camera needs recalibration.
