I was very happy with the whole experience. It was my first time there. I needed an oil change but also was a bit behind on the 80k mile tune up. Some minor & some slightly more serious issues were found. It was a lot of work and it might have needed an extra day in the shop, but they were able to get it done in one day, which was very helpful to me. I appreciate the comfortable waiting area and the car wash. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience for the 2nd time visiting Wheeling Auto! First time, I had 4 new tires and alignment. They were kind, quick and professional. 2nd time, about 10 months later, I had a slow leak due to running over a pesky nail. Once again, quick, kind, professional service. Tire was repaired and we were on our way! Will def be back.

Always take me on time when I make an appointment. Staff are friendly and never do I feel oversold. At times I was going to purchase items suggested by other dealers and was told and explained by Wheeling Auto it was not needed. Wheeling Auto has a friendly waiting room stocked with great coffee and beverages. After servicing your vehicle, you receive a complimentary car wash. I will definitely use their service again.

I have a 2015 Toyota Camry SE, and the catalytic converter failed. I had bought my own aftermarket converter, and that failed too. I took my car into Wheeling auto, and they replaced the failing converter with a new OEM one. The car now runs great with no check engine light on. I will definitely be back with my other cars for repairs when they are needed.

Prompt and fair auto repair shop. They always are up front about work that needs/ should be done. I greatly appreciate that they have loaner cars, which takes the pain out of being without one s car. I find their pricing reasonable. The folks who work in the shop are always courteous and responsive. I highly recommend Wheeling Auto.

Great service! I didn t have an appointment but walked in the day before and asked to have my headlight looked at. Dan was great and asked to have me drop off my car. A few hours later the car was finished and the price was great!The guys here care about their customers and they are efficient in their work.Thank you!

Great service /as always! Nick is a consummate professional. I always feel 100% supported by Nick. I know that my vehicle will be taken care of to the fullest. Maurice took care of me and did a great job as always! Wheeling Auto has been very good to us with multiple cars and issues. They have always had an option for a loaner car which makes all the difference in the world as well their prices are comparable, and they don t push unnecessary services on you. They are suggestive without being pushy. We ve also never had issues with the fixes or services.Great honest place.

I'm new to the area and my car was having problems. A co-worker recommended Wheeling Auto-very glad I took her recommendation! My car was fixed quickly and I feel the cost was fair. (Honestly, I didn't compare prices). I'm a single parent and since they gave me a loaner car to drive while fixing mine, I didn't bother to check....they gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling and I wasn't stranded. That was enough for me and because of that, I will return.Service: Engine repair

Matt put together a detailed estimate that I felt was better developed than that of the dealer. My mini-van repairs were completed in the time-frame promised and my bill total was within the estimate provided. Again, a great work done by Wheeling Auto to repair mechanical issues in my old car. After running the car for two days, quite, quite satisfied.Also realized that it was Nick, from Wheeling Auto who handled engine issue with Hyundai. Anyway a great workshop and care of their customers :)

I had a clunk noise that a local dealership took a look @ said we can t hear anything. It was driving me absolutely insane. I called to schedule an appointment and my new best friend Nick Cardona said , come in and let me take a look. Nick and I went on a 3 minute test drive and he said let s go back. Diagnosed the car while I waited and had it repaired the same day. Pricing was more than fair , but the service I received from Nick was FANTASTIC!!!!! Nick is my Guy moving forward! My work van was taken to Wheeling Auto to have the air conditioning fixed. Wheeling Auto fixed it in one day. The previous shop couldn't figure it out in 5 days. Very happy with the results and I would definitely give Wheeling Auto a try with my own personal vehicles. Thank you Wheeling Auto

TL:DR- suspicious recommended repairs- Dealership prices- Long turnaround time- No warranty on wheel alignmentFull StoryBeen going to Wheeling Auto consistently for my auto repairs over the last maybe 3 years.Took in my 2012 Sentra for an oil change, wheel alignment, check some engine codes and replace a faulty tire sensor.I do my own repairs that are within my grasp; brakes, shocks/struts etc.When I was called for the run down on my vehicle they mentioned I needed to replace the rear struts. Immediate red flag in my head. I just replaced those myself with brand new units not 6 months ago. So highly unlikely they were bad. I pass on all extras and ask they just do what I asked for, please.When I go to pick up my car and pay, I ask if they can explain what they saw that would lead to them recommending replacing the rear struts. Maurice says they were leaking. Odd since my new struts are gas filled and I said I find that hard to believe since those are brand new and not 6 months old. Maurice says, O ok, I could have got you mixed up with another vehicle. He reads over the mechanic s write up and it states the rear tires were cupped . So merely based on that they recommended the replacement. Didn t even actually look at the struts themselves.This is at best shoddy work or at worst trying to bill me for unnecessary work to get more money out of me.Zero warranty on a wheel alignment is ridiculous as well. Just tires offers something like a 1-year or 3-year warranty on their alignment jobs.I have lost all trust in Wheeling Auto and will never go back again. I ve heard there are new owners so perhaps this is where the change has come from.Service: Auto maintenance

We take both our Toyotas here and have always received high quality, quick service, and a fair price.Most recently, Dan was very helpful in squeezing in our Avalon for a brake job before we went on a long drive out of town. Well- I am a customer since 2015 - superior service and quality.Brian and his team are going the extra mile to get my vehicles serviced all the time. This visit was regarding a lovely raccoon chewing the hood insulation and some (why not ) radiator hose. My car encountered an engine issue just after doing the maintenance work from Wheeling Auto. (Not the fault of Wheeling Auto, since it was a known issue from Hyundai that model and year). The vehicle just died after the test drive post repair work. Dan from Wheeling Auto handled the situation very professionally and also helped me get a new engine under Hyundai Waranty program. Helped with a loaner and other offerings. Super happy with support and service :)

Wheeling Auto is the best. Highly recommend, come here you don't need any other shop. Brian, Tim, Bill, Mike and the rest of the crew are amazing. We came here several years ago when our key got stuck in our car, and have never gone anywhere since. They are kind, intelligent, helpful and HONEST. They have talked through every issue with our vehicles and given us the best possible answers and outcomes. The best part is they have loaner cars, you can drop you car off and go about your day. This has been a lifesaver for us. They where even so kind to let us drive one of there loaners cars all the way to Montana so we would not miss our vacation. Go here if you ever have a problem with your vehicle. I can not say enough about this great business!!!!!!

I came in with grinding noise coming from my brakes. They evaluated the situation and informed me my front brakes had 50% life but my back brakes needed to be replaced. My vehicle was repaired within 24 hours. We've taken our cars to Wheeling Auto Center for years, as have local friends and relatives. They are courteous, knowledgeable and honest, and won't pressure you into a repair you don't need. I've been to other shops where they've talked down to me because I was a woman and cheated me on repairs. I'm relieved to have a place that will take good care of my car at a fair price. As a bonus, they are affiliated with Bosch credit, which offers 6 months same as cash.

I went here today to apply a patch on my deflating tire.Unfortunately, it was not repairable because there was a nail on the side, but they replaced it with my spare tire with no cost.I will revisit when my car needs another fix.

Another great service experience with Wheeling Automotive just today. Experienced top-notch ASE certified technicians that always get it done right the first time and a great service warranty. And the service advisors explain every detail of needed repairs with no BS. Customer service is unmatched across the board. Especially good with foreign makes and have helped me keep some pretty finicky German cars safe and humming along.
