My friend and I had work done at the Toy Shop. They gave us weekly updates on parts they were waiting on, IF they didnt already have them in stock. They did an overall checkup, tuneup, and prepared the bike for spring riding. The bill wasn't cheap, but the work was good quality work. They called me ahead of time to go over the work needed and how they planned on servicing the bike. They gave me options for parts (new or used), and also sent an estimate over several days before the bike was complete. Friendly staff. Thorough work. Nice variety of motorcycles to choose from if you're in the market to buy. Loved the work done.

The moto lounge is great! I saw a beautiful 2008 zx6r for sale online and I knew I had to have it! I called and spoke to the owner directly on the phone about the bike and after the conversation I felt very confident in putting a deposit on the bike and driving out to get it! Arriving I found the bike in perfect condition with lots of maintenance done to it! It was a very effortless process they made everything quick, convenient and my mind was at ease! I d recommend to anyone looking to get a beautiful well kept bike ready to ride!

Recently bought my first ever helmet at here and it was great! All the people there were super friendly and were happy to help with all my helmet finding needs whether it be fitting or a particular visor. Very happy with how it ended and the price was very reasonable. Great place to buy my gear. Will be coming back in the future!

Amazing team!!Check your bike for summer 2023 and before track day.I brought my bike to get frame slider installed yesterday.Mike noticed front fork seal was broke and was leaking oil.Had to leave bike overnight so Bernard, technician, can work on the bike.On my way back home, noticed bike overheating when stuck in traffic. Mike had me back in and Bernard found the problem on my radiator fan right away.Team Toy Shop went above and beyond to help me get ready for my first ever trackday. Without them, i would have probably showed up at the track and turned away after bike inspection.Thank you for your service today and looking forward to have my bike taken cared by you guys.Looking forward to take my bike for first track day. Yay!!!

Had an issue with my Honda ADV150, a self inflicted issue, great scooter, idiot owner. They fixed it same day for a very reasonable price. They also have great prices on gear, I purchased my riding jacket there on sale. Will go back if I need anything down the road.10 star service!

This place has to be one of the best dealerships I've ever experienced. Mike was friendly and personable and went above and beyond to help me sell my motorcycle. Laura was instrumental in helping me finish the sale before I moved out of the country. When my stress level was already through the roof because of the move, they both helped remove a huge weight from my shoulders and I can't thank them enough! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike, ATV, or gear!

They just gained a customer for life! I ll recommend this place to anyone in the market for a bike or parts even if you have to drive alil way to get there! It will be 100% worth it in the long run! Thanks again to Toy Shop and Motolounge for everything!

Took a new bike I bought here to get an inspection and new tires. They flushed and changed all the fluids for me. They told me I needed new wheel bearings and fork seals. They ordered wheel bearings only to tell me once they got them in that the OEM bearings wouldn t fit due to my wheels being aftermarket. So I wasn t able to get the new bearings they said I needed. I went to pick the bike up once it was finished only to have my clutch lever somehow fly off on my way home while on the highway. Luckily I was able to pull over under an overpass, and had get it towed home. How can you not take responsibility when the lever mount tightness was supposedly checked as part of your inspection? The lever itself wasn t the problem as you like to keep trying shift the blame which should be easily recognizable since you claim to know so much about motorcycles and own a motorcycle shop.

I rode an hour and half to get my suspension tuned here. They did a great job and the bike feels a lot better as a whole now. Worth every penny and it wasn't even expensive at all. This place has a lot of options for used bikes and huge selection of helmets, gear, and other general bike related supplies. They even have a lunge area to chill in while your bike is being serviced. Mike the owner is cool and and friendly and the rest of the staff was friendly and professional as well. They also host cool bike nights with food and drinks, so I will definitely have to come up for one some time. Thanks for everything guys!

You could find a hundred other reviews on how they do great work and have great prices ect ect. but a recent experience I had there truly shows the quality of work that they do with their service. To put their service department in a nutshell, they do great work! And if something goes wrong they WILL fix it and make something better out of it. There is service, and then there is The Toy Shop level of service.Full review below:I bought my 2013 Ninja 650 around 2 years ago and have brought it into TTS countless times to get work done, and it has always been a positive experience. Recently though I thought that I had my first bad experience as I got a new headlight bulb installed, and when I got the bike back the front turn signal was out of its socket dangling by my front forks. After calling in and explaining the situation, they took the bike in again the next day and took a look at it immediately. After some confusion as to what happened between the techs, the figured out that the turn signal fell out due to a poor installation of a LED kit that was put on by the previous owner. Instead of charging me for putting the bulb back in or just telling me it wasn't them, they explained the situation in a very professional manner and made it right by putting the bulb back in and securing my fairing better than how I had brought it to them.Another experience I had with them was a few months back at the start of the riding season when they were going through a total remodel, getting a new POS system and were getting swamped with riders in the beginning of the season. They still managed to get me in in a timely manner but because of the new POS system, they unfortunately forgot to wash my bike. I purchased myself a $30 wash, and after realizing the mistake, they washed my bike the same day, same hour, and gave me a $100 equivalent. Even when nothing is in their favor to go right, they find a way to make it right. All in all The Toy Shop and their service goes above the expected standard which is incredibly hard to find anywhere around here. They have done more than prove themselves as a good dealer, they proved themselves as the best.Ride Safe!

I recently purchased a motorcycle from The Toy Shop. I got the bike I wanted at a very fair price. I was treated with respect and felt no high pressure to purchase immediately. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and helped me chose the bike that met my needs and desires. I will definitely deal with the The Toy Store again. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to update this review with what's happened since my first post.Upon seeing the review Mike, the owner, reached out desiring to make things right. The Ducati went back to The Toy Shop. Greg and Steve worked tirelessly to remedy the issues, and things are looking much better! I have the bike back now, and things are much better, but I've been told if any issues remain they will continue the work to make things right.A+ for the customer service, and thank you!JHI recently had my Ducati at the Toy Shop for a valve adjustment. I couldn't be more displeased with the experience.1st, they had my motorcycle for 38 days. It took way too long. It was 16 days before they got far enough into it to be able to start talking about ordering parts. This was after my talking to them on a Saturday and being told they could get to it Wednesday or Thursday. The cost of the job ended up being significantly higher than it was supposed to be, both based on what I had been told by the service rep, as well as based on a quote from the Ducati dealer. When I picked up my motorcycle, on the ride home it was regularly misfiring. I took it for a longer ride the next day just to confirm the behavior, and give the bike a chance to fully warm up. No change, there's a very distinct and quite regular misfire.I was taking some of the body panels off the bike so I could hook up a computer to it and see if it was throwing any codes or indicators of where the problem was. In the midst of taking the body panels off I found a retainer broken, and others missing.I cannot recommend the Toy Shop. I'm now in the position of trying to find someone who can fix the misfire for me, and losing yet more of the riding season.

Just bought an hjc r helmet soldier an miles morales version. Steve Hardy was extremely helpful and professional! He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my riding needs. Definitely not pushy. Just a great facilitator. Great selection of products. If they don't have it in stock, they can order most everything. Been doing business with them for years. Good ppl!

So I have been to this shop a couple times but never for anything big until recently. I ride a 2012 HARLEY DAVIDSON FAT BOB. I went in to get some new tires. Went with Metzeler 888's. These guys had the new shoes on and balanced in no time. Also let me know I could use new rear pads which I already knew about so I added those in as well. Steve was very helpful, answered all my questions and was pleasant to speak to because he wasn't in a rush just to get my cash and on to the next guy. Very accommodating. I will be going back in the future for sure.

The service experience was great, they worked on my 1985 suzuki quickly and kept me updated throughout. There were multiple different problems that arose during diagnosis and steve kept me knowledgeable of everything as it happened and gave me options to move forward. Bernard worked on my bike and is obviously a fantastic mechanic. My bike is old and had manu problems and he did a great job. They also have great inventory of bikes and gear spanning from beginner to track regular. I've seen a 150cc scooter, Harleys, and an H2, they have everything.

I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service! My wife and I had visited several other shops looking for new helmets and a communication system with no luck. When we visited The Toy Shop, Mike took great care of us. He spent time asking questions to understand our needs and then made some recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We will be back for sure. If you are in the market for service, accessories, or a new bike, do yourself a favor and visit The Toy Shop!

I want to become a new rider and I went in to ask questions about gear and motorcycles and they were very helpful, they let me try on helmets to see what they would feel like and gave great recommendations, they are a bunch of awesome people and I would 100% recommend going there.

I just recently bought my first bike from them which was a 2016 Yamaha R6, I was treated with respect and did not feel out of place regardless of my experience/knowledge on bikes. If I ever plan on buying another bike I will definitely will come back and shop with them!

Called them on April 10 for repair and agreed they would pick up the bike on April 21. No one called, and no one showed up.*Update*Thank you for the reply, Mike. While I appreciate you reaching out, it's already left a bad taste. Technically, your driver was supposed to reach out to me on the 20th when I spoke to your associate on the 10th to schedule a time frame for pick up on the 21st. I never got a call from anyone as I stated and have looked at my call and spam call log numerous times. I do not blame the phone issue on anyone however at the end of the day my expectation was not met. There could have been more done on the company's end. I wish you and your shop the best.

Mike stuck around on Friday 10 minutes before close. I needed my helmet on Tuesday for beginner class, he had just sold most of my sizes but found the perfect fit, and a jacket to match, highly recommend seems like he loves his craft.

Dropped my bike off for tires. Paid for the tires up front different than most dealers but no big deal. Went to pick it up and both the front and rear rim scratched up. Shame they didn t even tell me. Had to look at it afterwards and noticed. It s a rare paint color so it will be tough to get corrected. Don t recommend them to any of my riding buddies. Nice people but have to be more careful of peoples rims.
