I asked Suburban to remove a mirror from my bathroom wall. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.

I had an exceptional experience at Suburban Trim & Glass and am so glad I chose to do business with them. The gentleman who assisted me was willing to wait for me to arrive, a half hour after the store closed. I appreciated this so much, seeing that I couldn't make it there in time because of my job location. I really don't know of anyone else who would make such a sacrifice! He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Moreover, he gave me a couple options to choose from and said the more expensive option wasn't necessary. Most businesses are money-hungry, but not this one. After just a couple days, I received a call informing me that the customized tabletop glass was ready to be picked up. Wow, that was fast! The glass looks terrific, and my table looks as though it's brand new. I highly recommend Suburban Trim & Glass to anyone who is a perfectionist and wants the job done right.

Extremely happy with the workmanship and quality materials used to reupholster the front bench seat for my 1973 Oldsmobile. Very friendly service, and reasonable cost. Will definitely use Suburban Trim and Glass for other auto upholstery projects.

Suburban Trim and Glass replaced a fogged window in my home as well as four storm windows. Their installers were timely and very professional. I'm very picky about any work done by outside contractors. Their work was perfect - highly recommended.

I have been using Suburban Trim and Glass for at least 10 years through my business as well as for personal needs. We have never worked with a more trustworthy, honest, and integrity filled company in my history. The products they sell us are of top notch quality, the prices are fair (and we have compared), and the service is absolutely wonderful. They ALWAYS have my orders ready before they tell me when I place them, and there "guys" are knowledgeable and friendly. They will always give an honest answer, even if it is something you may not want to hear. I can assure you that there is another side to those negative reviews and more than likely there is important information missing. This company is TOP NOTCH!

They replaced my car's glass sunroof in about 20 minutes. Great price and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Suburban Trim & glass has always been fast and reliable. Sometimes even same day for my orders.They have such great selection in glass for cabinet doors, and reasonable prices. I cannot do anything but recommend this company.

These people are fabulous to work with! I hunted all over for replacement glass shelves for a bathroom...Suburban did the work for a great price and the job was done really quickly and the shelves are perfect!

Quoted me $318 for a job that I eventually had done at another shop (The Glass Experts in Schaumberg) for $91 including tax. Ridiculous - I would never give this place my business.Also, to echo the other reviewers, one of the service staff members I dealt with was uncommonly rude and condescending.Maybe this shop is good at some things, but if you're looking to get small amounts of custom cut glass (or friendly service) this definitely isn't your place.

When I need glass work done, I always call Ron and RJ, the best father son team in the glass industry! Besides cutting thier own glass to exact measurements they go above and beyond in assuring the glass is installed correctly by professionals who have decades of experience. Whether it is glass for your store front or a smaller project like fixing that old glass top table give them a call. When you want it done right the first time from sizing to installation, call the glass professionals. 5 years later you will not regret it, still no leaks!

Lived in Arlington Heights all my life. I remember going to this place with my Mother as a youngster. Every time I have been there the people have been rude and unhelpful. Unbelievably, they have been overpriced as well. Rude and expensive, what a combination.

Our experience with Suburban have been positive overall for windshield replacement(three times in the last 20 years). I guess being friendly is something they can't be accused of!
