Absolutely amazing service. My break pads had worn down to practically nothing. I was told by bigger companies nearby I wouldn't be able to find a more affordable service than what they offered. I came across Quick Service and not only did that offer a way better price, but they had gotten my car in within 20 minutes before close AND repaired my car by 10 am the next day. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic service just as their name implies, every time I have been there!. Usually limping in and always leaving on the road. From A/C fixed in my 2002 Honda odyssey, timimg belts, water pumps,, other vehicles for exhaust including my 1997 lexus sc300 today. Great welding and fabrication skills again. Last exhaust repair on my Ford was spot on too. Glad to see a familiar face there again today as well. Store manager from the past. Great guy forgot his name, Johnny? Oh well, great team.. probably my 6th service there, always freaky fast! Thanks again. MikeService: General repairs & maintenance

Great place to take your car to get fixed unless you are driving some of these exotic cars Stuff is really friendly,honest and respectful in every way. Place is not super expensive like other places. They been working on my cars forever. Would recommend them for other people.

This was a great shop until they got rid of Johnny. He was the best guy there. Went in after and was quoted ridiculously high prices on mechanical repairs that Johnny quoted me less than half for. Seems like they may have taken a hit after losing Johnny. Sucks because they were the first shop I trusted with my cars and now I don't trust the place at all. If you know where Johnny went to please let me know as I will not take my cars to this scam artist of a new owner.

Went to this location for some quick exhaust work. The owner was super rude when asking about pricing and in the middle of our conversation he just walked away. Very unprofessional. Way overpriced for a shop like that. Quoted me $200 for work that would take 30 mins. Went to another shop down the street and paid $80. Just because it s a nice car doesn t mean you can overcharge someone by more than double. Never again. Recommended to go somewhere else so you don t get ripped off.

Johnny's the best great job great price. 3 years ago. But now as of 7/16/21 Definitely want to change my rating they used to be good when this was written now they are overpriced extremely. It's embarrassing what the prices they asked for it's cheaper to get work done at a dealership by professionals beware of their pricing not normal don't get scammed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

The WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!I got an oil change and they forgot to put the right cap back! My whole driveway had oil spill and can see how it was dripping!! They took the blame saying the they are under "New Management" and they gave me "1 free oil change". When I tried to redeem it a few months later they were rude and did not want to acknowledge the free oil change card i got! They used again the lame excuse " under new management!" they do not acknowledge it. This place is a dump, they do not take care of their customers and nobody returns! For sure i never will never go back and PLEASE spend your money on a really Quality work!!

My friend started working here as a mechanic, he told me to bring my car in to get a quote on a muffler system and front end work. The first of many vehicles that need maintenance and servicing. I after my van was on a lift the manager Charlie came out and started yelling at my friend that he can not look at my car because he knows me. I couldn't believe that this guy was so rude and disrespectful. He should have given the mechanic some praise for bringing in business, instead he belittles this man in front of me and refused my business. Don't go here!!

Johnny is fantastic! He did an excellent job repairing my car. His prices are great too. He is very friendly and gets things done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Johnny.

I wanted to get my car straight piped from the catalytic converters to our the back. At quick service the men there were very reasonable and were very fast with their work. I would HIGHLY recommended this shop to anyone looking for parts or repairs for their car and for that reason they deserve 5 STARS.

Current shop manager seems like an uneducated as well as inexperienced young dude who doesn't even know how to talk properly with a customer. Their service did a bad job fixing my exhaust, doesn't even take a look at it and wants me to leave the car to give me an estimate? What estimate? Your shop needs to fix what they did wrong! Never coming back, waste of time and money

Ali was great!! I took my mustang gt to get my roush exhaust installed to a different shop but when they were busy it turned me down! I called up Ali said bring it in and he even price matched what the old shop offered!! I would definitely go back to this place for all my car things

First time coming here and loved the experience. Johnny was over the top nice great personality too! My car had several problems and he had it fixed in 1 day! Great prices too!

I wish Johnny was here. He was best in town. I'm gave this place 5 stars when Johnny was the main guy, now, this is a no, no place. I have them couple of chances with my old car and it was a mistake. Last job I did was brakes. They gave a choice of low, mid and high end brakes. Since I drive a lot I took the high end ones. Within a month I had to redo them! Rip off! And on top of everything, the owner is horrible and rude.

Quick service is an appropriate name. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked up on my lunch hour. Minor muffler repair was needed, Nino the new owner seems honest and fair priced. Will return

This place is great when Johnny is there! Johnny would personally drive our cars around to actually get a better knowledge of what the actual problem is. Now the cars just sit and the owner throws random prices to what he thinks is correct. Don't go here if Johnny is not there. The owner is a scammer.

My cars tie-rod had broken at 530pm and I needed it fixed and driving by the next day at 8am to make it to a VERY unforgiving job. The young guy behind the counter told me they close at 6pm but please come in and he'd take a look. I made it there just before close and he had ALREADY picked up the parts, believing me (the customer) when I told him I was positive that it was the problem as it had happened before. He then stayed after close and repaired my vehicle that night while I waited. He probably saved my job and my peace of mind at a very affordable price, I will not bring my cars anywhere else from now on. Sincerely, Mr. Chrysler with the loud convertible!

I took my car in 3 times, 3 times it has gotten fixed with no issues after! Man...Johnny is fantastic! Great guy, great personality, prices are good too. I would totally recommend this place :D

I don't like to write negative remark but, new owner is too much different from Johnny the man i trusted my car. I used to go to here for all my car service. Johnny was best in town. As usual, I stopped for oil change but, Johnny was not around. Though, he may took day off.Later found out change of ownership. New mechanic ruined my car after simple oil change. After oil change on Saturday, I did not moved my car until Monday. When I pulled out my car to go to work, I noticed oil on the ground. Mechanic did not closed screw all the way. so I checked the oil level and noticed too much oil. I called in and requested to adjust oil level and fix oil leak. after 2nd oil change trip, oil level is still too high and engine is heating up over the limit and engine light came on. This is first time in my life mechanic can't even do simple oil change.BE AWARE. YOU WILL REGRET. THIS IS NOT SAME PLACE YOU USED TO GO

They let me buy my own Parts they got my repair done quickly and professionally. I am an unemployed mechanic at the moment and I would recommend bringing your vehicle here. They helped me out a lot gave me a good price and I was happy with the repair.

Terrible service from the owner of quick auto. The normal manager Johnny wasn't in. The owner of the sight was taking his place and doesn't know how to deal with customers. He did work on the car without telling me what was wrong with it. Then quoted me prices for the cost of fixing it off the top of his head with no receipt saying what was done. He lied to me saying Johnny was in an accident, but the customer in the store overheard him and said: "Hey you just told me Johnny was on vacation." When I demanded a bill saying what work was done, the owner, snatched my car key from the wall, drove out to the parking lot and said he would undo all the work he had done. I called the police to intervene. Terrible service and I will never use this location again for any reason.

Had my tires rotated by a new mechanic there. Did not recognize anyone there. All new people. After I left, I was driving 45 miles an hour and my tire flew off! They would not accept responsibility. 0 Stars!!!

The guys there have always done a great job, repairing my truck. Even tho I have a older model, they still do whatever needs to be done. Never over charging for work done. Work in a timely manner.

To all my good customers that I helped and worked with , this is Nino I'm no longer working for or with quick service auto repair. And I also assume no responsibility for the employee or the word of anyone working there. I can only guarantee MY WORD AND STAND BEHIND MY WORD. SO IF YOU DECIDE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING it's at your own risk!! The technicians there have no experience other then for exhaust and brake work. And the owner does not know how to operate a business at all. He thought using me for a couple of months he was going to get all of my 25 year experience and get rid of me . He is burned every bridge he has in past. So TAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

i went to this pace last weekend for a oil change and to get new brakes. Great prices, great service the mechanic did a great job and he knew wat he was doing. I recommend this PLACE.

I truly love the service, professionalism and comfort I get when getting my car maintenance here. I have never had a mechanic take such awesome care of my car. I won't be going anywhere else for a while.

Great shop highly recommend! Very quick and very courteous staff. I have been going here for several years now and everytime I visit I am reminded why I keep coming back! Special thanks to Brian for helping me out this last visit!

I went to get an straight pipe.. my car Somewhat was already straight pipe they charge me full price and only replaced the muffler part... thought was gonna have a brand new piped but nah I have the same one

I was so please to visit this particular quick service center on1205 East Rand Road Prospect Height run by Nino. He is respectful, Good to listen and get your service done. Keep on doing the good job Nino. Am JOYCE.
