I O'Reilly's! Always great service. No condescending attitude or shady upselling like I've gotten at some automotive businesses.They always offer to help with installation, but never assume I don't know how to do it myself. Somehow they always strike the perfect balance -- super supportive but never condescending.Keep up the great work, O'Reilly's!

I came to buy a headlight bulb after I noticed it had went out. I am minimally car savvy but even so, Josef came out as soon as I popped my hood in the parking lot, took the bulb out and took me inside. He grabbed the new bulb and met me at the counter. After ringing me up, he took me outside and then installed the new bulb without even asking.A++ customer service, did not expect this at all.

Came in today with my brother-in-law to get a battery and the Owner Enrique refused to sell him a battery because he was wearing a Competitors logo on his jacket. Who refuses a sale., Enrique Does. O'Reilly you need to do better with your employees.Never shopping at your locations ever again. I will make sure all of my friends and family hear this story and I'll advise them to not shop there.

Came to this O Reilly to get a battery because no one else in the area had one due to the cold weather, I walked in and was greeted by en employee who was about to help me when the store manager Enrique saw my jacket which was an old Advance auto parts jacket because it s the only jacket I wear when working on cars cause it gets dirty. Said I can t sell you a battery at first I thought he was joking and then the salesman who was helping me walked away from me and then the manager said I am not welcomed in his store and that I needed to leave, I then asked are you for real, he then said it is store policy to not sell to people wearing competition brands, I got this jacket from their reward program, he then berated me and my sister in law who drove me and said that we were attacking him and that he wants us out, my sister in law had to buy the battery because the manager was on a power trip

The wet heavy snow snapped the drivers side windshield wiper off so immediately located the closest O'Reilly auto parts store explained the problem and instantly located a replacement wiper walked out and installed it perfectly so I could get on my way. I highly recommend O'Reilly auto parts and especially the knowledgeable, professional and courteous store sales and service personnel.

Great customer service. Bought a headlight and couldn t get it installed. Went in there on a busy night and Jeff offered to take a look and changed it for me on the spot saving me money having to go to a shop. Much appreciated.

The brake hose was leaking, I stopped at O'Reilly to buy a replacement but I didn't have any tools since I'm from Wisconsin and wasn't planning on having car problems. I didnt get his name but I asked the African American guy if they had a jack I could borrow and he said no, then I asked Wyatt and he said yes and went and got it. I spent the next hour fixing my car and Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure that I knew that I could ask him if I needed any help. Wyatt has some great customer service skills that his coworker could use major training in.

They looked up the exact part I needed and found it quickly when I walked in. Open an hour later than most other auto places especially on Sunday night when you still need that rear brake light when it's 8pm so you don't get pulled over...

Miguel and the Manager Enrique are very rude and disrespectful. I came in today to do a lifetime warranty exchange on my Wagner brakes front and rear . They could only find my rear brakes not the front brakes in the system when I bought them. The Manager was making assumptions that when I bought the car they had different brakes on the front which was not true. I told him that I was going to call cooperate he didn't care . Cooperate had to resolve the issue and had to call the Manager back to give me my refund. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful how I was treated shame on these people.

Thank you! After a horrible experience at another location nearby in Schaumburg, we went here and had an easy and pleasant experience. Anthony was super friendly and helpful. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes and that was with one customer ahead of us. It is refreshing to walk into a store and be treated so nicely. Thanks again, Anthony!

I m glad I had stopped here to purchase wiper blades. Mike G. was VERY helpful with replacing the blades and also de-icing my car. Customer service is the key to a successful business and this is the place to go!!Thanks again Mike your the best!

Good auto parts store. Help was available and most helpful. Part I needed was in stock. Store is open until 11p.m. and has more stock then other auto parts stores. This is a PLUS when working late on my car. Prices are very competitive too.

The guys at the front were very helpful. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. They even let me borrow a couple tools so I could change the air filters on in my wife's car.

Great service the last time I was there. Today, the guy was in a rush to get me out of there. He needed to go talk to his buddies outside. I'll stop at autozone on my way home since I wanted more stuff. Thanks dude.

The staff at this location is very disrespectful. They talk down on their own customers. They think we do not know anything. They are too busy talking among themselves as they watch the line for check out get longer and longer. Very unpleasant experience.

Unlike auto zone this place has the best service and they know actually how to install a windshield wiper like you shouldn't be working at a auto shop if you can't install a wiper!

I have to add some feedback to Natalya's' comments. I have been purchasing auto parts from Oreillys when it was Murrays. I do not recall any swearing by the men or women or anyone being rude. It could be an isolated incident and I would give them another chance. I have visited the establishment many times and they have good customer service and knowledge. There are usually one or two, I call, experts that can help you out for difficult how to do issues. Also, remember this is an auto parts shop not Macys. You don't have to be politically correct meaning you do not have to have the cleanest clothes to come in, the cleanest hands, hair combed or prohibited from swearing once in a blue moon. My opinion. This applies to both men and women since today women work in the stores and fix their own cars which is great. One of the reasons I like Oreillys is the above and it feels like an auto parts store.

Craig has a terrible attitude and has no idea how to provide customer service. The store requires a face covering to enter but Craig is behind the counter with his mask around his neck eating a salami stick . Totally unprofessional and unsafe. Never going back.

Came for spark plug price inquiried and the employee was very friendly and helped right away definitely has the knowledge of car accesories and parts. Definitely will visit again
