Came in looking for an affordable vehicle with price being my main objective, and left more than happy with the outcome. Pablo was phenomenal with his insight about the vehicle, customer service skills, and professionalism. He was always flexible and understanding towards my wants and needs & made the process easy/smooth. Next, Rick was beyond helpful with working with me. He heard my wants/needs and fought like crazy on my behalf with the banks (I heard him on a phone call with a bank, stressing my payment goal and desired APR). His push allowed for all parties to come to a solution that was fair, reasonable, and a win-win for everyone. Greg, was great as well. Although he was assisting other customer, he seemed like a really nice guy. Overall, everyone was very helpful & I would strongly recommend meeting with Pablo & Rick if you re in the market for a vehicle. At least shop around with them, see what they have to offer, & take it or leave it but at least you ll be getting a price with people that hear you & want your business.

Rick and Abdullah were both very patient and helpful. Comfortable with purchase and will hopefully be doing again in the future.Adding more to my review as the service was exceptional.To give some more context I purchased a 2015 Tesla model S which was very closely already set at the KBB price. I didn't feel any need to haggle and during the test drive heard some noise which sounded like bad brakes.Rick and Abdullah agreed that they would take a look into it as a condition of the sale.Today I brought the car in and the car's brakes and rotors were replaced in accordance with the agreement that we had made.I'm very pleased with Napleton and would highly recommend them.

Abdullah was very nice ! Very patient and very organized and cute!!!! He didn t catch any attitudes with my concerns, or questions. He was very welcoming when I walked right into the door ! Eye contact was great, every question I had, he answered!! Answered every question with no hesitation!! When we got into the car to test drive , he showed me all the new and great features. Stopped in the other day after seeing a car online that caught my eye. Didn t expect to sign and drive home in that car but I m very happy I did. Keshav took great care of me and I m very happy with my experience. Very straightforward service and transparent with their process and pricing.I would be remiss to not mention a $2k inspection and prep fee that wasn t advertised as part of the purchase price, but the car was still a great deal that I couldn t pass up.

I m giving this 3 stars because the salesperson was nice, and manager too. They were transparent, and while they didn t budge when prompted with a fact based discussion on the deal they at least acknowledged that they were simply only able to sell a car to us if they made a large profit off of the deal.Others may appreciate knowing that they do not list pricing accurately on their website. In our case, there was an inspection fee of $3,000 they tacked on top of the listed price, seemingly as a negotiation tactic to either give on something without actually going below listed price or to make more money where shoppers don t push them on it. In our case, the listed price was accurate because the price with the fee was much more expensive than comparable cars down the street.Also, I would not recommend trading in a car if you care about the appraised value, as they offered $7,000 less than 5 other offers we got from other dealers who also did inspections. They know this, and immediate removed their trade in offer once I pointed it out.In the end we went to another dealer that same day and got a better car (better spec, less miles) with CPO warranty for a much better price.Be sure to do your research!

Great experience with Greg. Never felt rushed when driving multiple cars. Got a fair price on my RAV-4. Had to negotiate a bit but was pleasant. Good coffee while you wait. Definitely check this place out.

I had to write this review! I was able to get my car with $0 down payment and at a very good price. Pablo went the extra mile. He was very polite, got me some discounts and was able to work out the monthly payments with the finance team.

Greg was really nice and was not trying to hustle you. I m a hustler myself and he put in a good word with the sales manager. Only thing that sucked was this kid running around. I could have tripped him pretty easily if I wanted too.

I'm not sure if the reviews on here are for a Napleton dealership or the off lease location. I'm referring specifically to the off lease location. I saw a car online that I've been looking for. Drove to this off lease store, again not a dealership, this was like a different version of a dealership, smaller building, all white walls like it was just painted yesterday & they just moved in, just little chairs & no desks or furniture whatsoever in one of the bigger rooms where I saw people just sitting in chairs with nothing else in the entirer room. The store had vinyl banners hanging around on strings outside & hanging on walls, not actual signs. Gave me Boiler Room vibes like they just ran in there & tried to setup a dealership real quick. I've purchased a car at a Napleton dealership before, this was definitely nothing like that. So I pull up to the car, it's $28K. Decent price, but I see on window you must pay $600 extra for tints which don't cost that much, $300 for a 2 oil change & tire rotation package which definitely don't cost that much ($60-70 for synthetic oil change & everywhere I've ever bought tires for past 40 yrs rotation is free to $20 max) and then some other care or fabric package or something, & I would never want or buy any of them. I go in to ask about the car & I'm quickly told that I would have to pay $2,500 for their 125 point inspection they did as well. WHAT???? Do the wipers, headlights, seats etc work & engine all good, you know, what a car dealership is SUPPOSED to do before they sell a car. He told me I was like that because I, like many he said, don't read the inspection list. Well let's see it, it must be the most amazing insurrection ever to charge people $2,500 for. I did read it, and sure enough it was the exact same list of things every single dealership or car sales business I've ever been to or purchased a car from in my life uses to make sure a car is in a condition to offer it for sale. So the car was listed for $28K but when you add the $2,500 inspection fee that no one else charges, $600 for tints (the car I was looking at was not a stretch limo), ripoff oil change package & whatever the other package/dealer option/add on stickers that were on windshield of that car that you don't want or need to grossly overpay for brought it to ~$32,500. He then said we can't do anything about taxes, doc fees etc, that's more. I know and am aware of that, he said it like I don't know anything, a few times. My issue isn't that I have to pay taxes of course, it's the $4-5K of nonsense they were going to charge me. I left quickly & will enjoy buying from any other dealership as they almost all are completely opposite of this place. In fact I just went with and helped a friend of mine buy a Prius that very same morning from a reputable dealership. No inspection fees, charge for tints or ripoff oil change pkg, none of it. If they were a restaurant your bill would surprise you as they'd probably charge you for providing silverware & cooking the food.

They have a 2020 Santa Fe listed on all the used car sites. Asked about information in the morning didn't hear anything back. Called again a couple hours later, wanted a video and clarification on the crease in the back seat. Another hour went by and I was sent pictures and videos. Was trying to figure out taxes. Title and plates to bring a certified check from my bank and was told they don't quote over the phone. I am about an hour away so I wanted to have everything ready and not waste hours in a used car lot. Called back, asked to speak to the used car sales manager, was told he was busy. Got a call 30 mins later that the car sold. Looks like others posted about misguided pricing also on this sane car. Was told the car was sold and to be picked up next week.Car is still listed for sale also.

Came into this dealership for a Jeep patriot. My friend Micheal S needed to get out of his upside down lease on a jeep compass. Salesperson Martin was able to give us a good value for his Jeep compass. From entering and leaving within 2 hours Martin provided us a fast and pleasurable experience. Micheal left in his new car that he felt much safer in. I Highly recommend this dealership if you know what you are looking for which is a safe and good deal. Thank you Martin.

I would give zero stars if I could!My husband and I went in to test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe which I found online listed for $20,495. After we test drove the car we sat with our salesman David, where he wrote out the cost of the car. He had a sale price of $23,490. We said the price online was $20,495 why is it $2995 higher. His response was that is for the 125 point inspection. That's plain crazy since the car would've been inspected by them to sell it. I read other reviews with very similar stories. When we were walking out the manager Austin Boerman gave us his business card, and said to call him with any questions. I left a message for him that night, he never returned my call. Very Shady.

Don't contact them online for any car as they will increase the prices when they see that you are now interested. If you see a price of $18k for the car, then plan on paying at least $22k before taxes. They are the worst dealership in terms of giving you a price for a car. You will be better off going to other places in the area. Was really disappointed to go there.

This was my second visit here in the past year. It was great to see some familiar faces when I walked in. They know me by name and took care of me as if I were family. Rick and Austin are quite the dream team and know their jobs very well. My purchase went as smooth as I remember and I left there an extremely happy buyer.Came back for a third time to this location and had the pleasure of working with Austin as he arranged for my cars due maintenance and and answered questions I had pertaining to other cars on the lot. Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle at Napleton off leasing in Missouri. This was not your usual show up and buy a truck. We had a aeration of 1200 plus miles. Jacian worked the magic and got the over the phone deal done in less than one hour. The next day worked through the paperwork getting all the monies wired and appropriate documents read with guidance on how we could the truck moving my way with no down time. He is an asset t y business and I am extremely happy with this sale.The truck was as described and ran like a top. Definitely recommend buy from these people. Ask for Jacian knows his business!
