I worked with Tom, a service manager. Enjoyed my experience with him. He was excellent. Tom was very informative and helped me with my 60,000 mile check up. The loaner process went smoothly and I could go through my day while the car was being looked at. Lexus is always thorough in their mileage checkups and keeps my vehicle running like new.

James was amazing. The amenities while I was waiting for my vehicle were MIND-BLOWING!Everything from the golf simulator to the movies theater they have upstairs. Would 1000% recommend to anyone who needs service on their lexus!

Jose was my service advisor and a pleasure to work with. He provided updates throughout the service process including when my car was ready for pickup. All maintenance was performed as promised and the estimate was accurate.

Organized, clear communication, they even sent a video of main evaluations! Scheduling was smooth, everyone was courteous. I would appreciate having a reference: such as what is normal, for the measurements quoted on the video eval. They even washed my car and cleaned the mats- that was such a nice touch!!

I can in for oil change and bought the 199 package which gave me my 3rd oil change free. While I waited I watched a movie with my complimentary hot chocolate. It was very relaxing!

From early March 2024. Thank you Lori for your attention to detail and customer service. You kept me informed throughout the process. I much appreciate you and the work on my car by the technicians.From late March, As far as other experiences. We just had our car detailed and a day after , the clear coat was visibly damaged. The dealership is claiming it is not their or the detailers fault. It seems odd that 24 hours after pickup there would be such a huge spot exposed. It looks like someone left a chemical on it. Don t let them send your car out for detail. In addition the communication was poor from another person. Our cars took way too long and we had to beg for updates. My texts to the service department were missed and they acknowledged it. As I left, my hood light came on. The technician forgot to close it so I had to pull over on the on ramp to snap it shut.After being a customer for more than 8 years, I can t trust them to come back. Super disappointed.

I bought a one owner 2008 ES 350 from this dealership not long ago - amazing first class sales service Eddie was my sales rep and he is wonderful! The service Tech Lori helped me go over the dealer service history from when the car was new in 2008, Lori is so knowledgeable and helpful along with the whole staff!

As I entered the showroom I walked around then went to center table where I asked 3 guys , who has time to waste time with me ,, none of them said anything.One guy from behind me ( 4rth )blue shirt walks to me asks me what I want to know..I said I needed to know abt EV charging system. That it seems that I had disturbed him from doing his evening stuff so he was talking to me hurryly and wanted to finish conversation.We walked up to that EV and he was asking me if anyone in my family members has a TESLA????I have use that same Tesla system to fast charge...He then asked me if I was LOCAL ??WHAT HAS " LOCAL " TO DO WITH SALES ??AT The same time I happen to see one of my friend there and in our talk I opened up that I was here 10 years ago same month and bought a RX450H for my wife and today I m here to buy for my daughter.After hearing this that 4th guy toned down a little and now he was talking slowly.But at this point I was totally disappointed with overall reception.NONE OF THE SALES MEMBER SHOWED ANY INTEREST IN TAKING INITIATIVE TO SHOW / EXPLAIN / BEING MORE INFORMATIVE TO A PROSPECTIVE FUTURE CUSTOMER. THEY WERE ALL BUSY ON THEIR PHONES.As I was still checking that EV , one professional bald gentleman did asked if I was helped, I said yes,, that was so nice of him considering everyone else.SO then I kept looking around , one skinny gentleman was near rx500h which I was interested/ checking, I asked more details abt that 500h, he was nice to give me more details abt that 500h.I walked by waiting lounge got a book abt RX and walked towards the door, I asked that gentleman at the center if I had to pay for that RX book , he said no .I looked like a homeless with dirty blue sweatshirt and blue Jean's with red crocs,I guess that why they treated me very badly.Well those guys just lost a cash customer.10 years ago the sales teams was so welcomingNOT THIS TIME.

I brought my car for an oil change. Last time when I was there, they marked on inspection recommendation sheet that I will have to replace my break pads soon. I did that a week before my recent visit at this dealership, using my mechanic, so Lexus of Arlington doesn't have this break pads change in their record. And again, after this recent visit, inspection recommendation sheet says my break pads need to be replaced. So my questions are: who and how does the inspection? Did they even look at the pads? Or this is an scam try, to perform unnecessary service?

Tony Coyoc is the best service representative I ve had. Usually car servicing, especially under warranty, is a hassle with loaners and what s covered and not. But with Tony at Lexus of Arlington, every problem we ve had was smoothly and efficiently taken care of. I ve had to deal with service departments at multiple MB, Lincoln, even Porsche dealerships, but Lexus of Arlington beats them all.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

the worse !! i am trying to call them 2 weeks already to ask where is my title ,because its been 2 months since i got my car, every time they transfer me to someone who never pick up and when i asked for manager he always not there !! so upset about this place ! and girl who always answer the phone not even was trying to help me all she was saying is "aha" unbelievable
