The guys are fantastic. Always honest and reliable. I feel they have my best safety in mind and for that I'm grateful. New tires at a reasonable price and I don't feel like they are trying to sell me services I don't need. Being a single woman I appreciate th at. Iwil always come back.

Called to make an appointment for the following week to get a tire patched up. They told me to come in that same day and they d take care of it then. The repair was quick and I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the speedy service.

Did a fantastic job with my truck tires and my SUV tires. The balancing was just right, the price was good. I also got some good extra knowledge and price from the fellows working there. I ll keep coming back to this location, they do a darn good job.

The people here at this location were fantastic. Needed a new tire. Got a flat that was beyond repair. They took me right away. I was out in 10 min. Super nice people and manager. I would go back as well as tell people about my experience. Top notch.

Couldn't fill my tires up with air by myself because it wouldn't working and they helped me out and filled them up. Nice people. Highly recommend '

I am a Just Tire customer I always use this service, BUT when I got an emergency situation to fix the nail, they say not today. They left me without help! It takes 5 minutes to insert the colic into the tire. And now I can't get home. They only wanted sell your tire, but when you need help they say NO! No professional service!!! He offered me appointment for the next day. Ridiculous because it was emergency situation. I will never again buy tires in this service, because later they never help when you need help. My note I dedicate a specially to women, you will stay on the street, but this service will offer you appointments for rest of the week! Very unprofessional!

Rob s a really great guy who will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. I came in for a tire patch and it was done extremely quickly but efficiently. Everything s great now and no more low tire pressure light. So glad you guys helped me save my brand new tire which I bought a month ago!

Stopped in to have a tire mounted. It was about 5 pm crews were busy. Zach respectfully asked his crew members to take care of mounting my tire on back onto my rim and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't b happier. Thank you Just tires.

Rob and the crew at Just Tires Arl Hts are the best. They've solved some issues that other service shops couldn't figure out. The whole crew is courteous and more importantly, knowledgeable. I know I can count on a straight answer and a quality job every time I go to them. Yesterday when I was there to pick up my car, I saw Rob handle a clearly impatient customer like a real pro. By the time the customer left he was just thanking everybody and was obviously a happy customer. Very impressive. I definitely recommend these guys on Rand Rd !

Great service, great people. Robert and his team are awesome to work with. No issues, no up sell for unnecessary works. Explain and outlines exactly what is need. Good Prices. Always stand behind their work. I'm very picky when it comes time to do an alligment, these guys will spend as much time with you as needed to make sure you are happy and everything is dead center.Will always come back here.

Just Tires is our go-to for any issues with our cars. They are always pleasant and honest. Recently my front tire was making a horrible noise so I brought it in for inspection. They took the time to see what was going on and cleared the debris from the wheel that was causing the problem and checked my other wheels to make sure they were okay. They didn't charge for the service. How many places can you find that do that? If you ask for a cup of water somewhere they charge you a dollar and these fellas took time out of their schedule and fixed an issue for nothing. I highly recommend them.

Honest, hardworking and straight forward.I have taken my vehicles to Steve at Just Tires for a few years now. It was mostly been oil changes and simple stuff and they have always done a great job and the price is fair. I really like that they will look to see if they have any special coupons to use.Recent visit was for an SUV for Oil change and the brakes were squealing and making a rattling sound when accelerating. Currently have 50k miles and I figured it was time for a brake job and the heat shield needed to be fixed/ replaced. I dropped the SUV off and was ready for the $1000 charge. Much to my surprise when they called they said brakes still had at least 50% left and no need to change them. I was told the heat shield was loose but it was near some fuel lines and they did not feel comfortable working on it. I thought I was going to have to make a trip to a full auto shop but they said they recommend the CarX next door and would bring it over to them for me.The Guys at CarX walked over picked up my SUV and looked it over. They realized it was something simple and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The manager said there would be no charge. They could have easily told me it was going to be $200 and I would have accepted that as I knew that heat shields can be a problem.What I thought was going to be over a $1000 job ended up only being an oil change. They could have said I needed the work but instead were honest and that says volumes to me on the professionalism and overall integrity of both shops.The honest and integrity of those men and the shops they work for has earned my future business.

Had my tires changed yesterday. Steven was really great. Very honest straightforward and on time. We scheduled an appointment over the phone. The whole thing took under an hour. Highly recommended place. One of the best I ve ever been to. And that s a lot to say for an auto tire place. Most places I ve been to try to sneak in extra charges for miscellaneous fees. The price they quoted me was the price I paid.

I was in a pinch after a flat tire and with only an hour before their closing time they were able to replace my tire and get it back on my car with no problems. It was awesome that they had my tire size in stock. What impressed me most, they took the time to put my spare and all the jack parts back in their place. It's the small things I love. I left a mess and they were sweet and cleaned it up. Great service!!

Got 4 new tires installed and the alignment checked today at Just Tires Arlington Heights. The price was fantastic, the service was amazing. I spent about 45 minutes waiting for my vehicle and had a chance to listen to the service manager interact with many customers and all I can say is WOW what an honest service manager Robert Petrykowski. If you need tires or service Just tires in Arlington Heights is the place to get a quality job at a fair price form an honest guy.

I live in Wisconsin and was driving to Illinois when my breaks gave out. They fixed it and did an amazing job so fast! The service is wonderful and they are honest hard working employees! They went out of their way to help me get the parts and get the breaks done and I am forever grateful for their help! Thank you!!!

I ve been going to Just Tires for over 10 plus years and never had any bad experience whatsoever. They always have great service. I had an issue with a tire, I called and spoke to Rob he said they would like at it right away. I brought my car in and I was in and out within the hour and it was fixed!! I would highly recommend Just tires to any of my family and friends and I would tell them to make sure they ask for Rob cause he ll take care if you!!!

These guys are great and honest! I had a tire pressure sensor that I thought was faulty but turned out to be okay and still functional. They retrained my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) and I was on my way twenty minutes later. Thank you Rob for the quick and knowledgable service, I'll start getting my oil changes here for both cars as well!

Good price. Good tires. Good service.Purchased new tires and scheduled an appointment online. Received a call the day before confirming my car and appointment time. Went in, tires were installed quickly, and charges matched the online price. Simple.

I called this morning to make an appointment to install my OE tires onto a set of OE wheels today. The person I talked to asked for type of vehicle and books me for 4:30 this afternoon. I leave work early to make sure I'm not late for my appointment. Upon my arrival one of the employees takes my wheel out to take a look at it and puts it on the pavement to be scratched while checking to see if it's aftermarket. After telling him numerous times that it's original wheel, he states that he's going to have to decline working on my car due to the size. Why didn't they decline when I made my appointment and asked for what type of car I have? I immediately called Discount Tire afterwards and they laugh hysterically how Just Tires can't work on my vehicle. Luckily they were able to schedule me later that day. Go figure, the one and only time I take my car to someone else but Discount Tire and I have a horrible experience. Upon my arrival at Discount Tire, not only were they more professional, they were swamped with customers. This just proves Discount Tire is the place to go to.

I had a difficult time trying to get my front race tires mounted to my new race rims. I took them to two different shops, and they couldn t get them mounted. I called Just Tires in Arlington Heights and spoke with Rob. Excellent customer service!!! Rob got the tires mounted to the rims in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Just Tires in Arlington Heights!

Had a nail in one of my BF Goodrich A/T's, and they took me as a walk in. Considering I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get it fixed and turn around the repair in less than an hour!Some tire damage is inherently unrepairable based on where it is, but I would definitely come back for any tire service!

Came in with a slow leak. Everyone was so helpful and fully explained what was going on. Had to get all new tires and am completely satisfied with the tires and the service that was provided. Will definitely be back for my future tire needs!

Good prices on tires. Not many brands but wide selection. Phone ahead for appointment if you can, walk ins may wait quite a while if busy. Knowledgable workers. Free tire rotations afterpurchase. Competitive prices to wholesale clubs without the hassle.

I had a flat tire and driving with a spare, to my luck the tire i needed replaced was no where to be found. After calling about 10-15 tire shops and dealerships no one had the exact tire brand and size i needed. Not a single sales person that answered the phone tried to help me find it until i called Just tires in Arlington Heights. Steve answered the phone and after hearing about my struggles, he didn t hesitate and offer to call and locate tire i needed. Sure enough within 5 minutes he called me back and had tire sent to his shop same day! Unbelievable to me when no one else could help me! He really went above my expectations, i will definitely be back. Thanks Steve for going above and beyond, you have no idea how thankful we are!!

I definitely recommend going to this location!! I stopped in the other day for a tire pressure check, not knowing what I needed to do and having a sleepy toddler in the car, the manager (Robert) made sure that it was checked and had us on our way in no time. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. Definitely going back!

Given my car for breaks testing. Suggested to change only front wheel rotor and break pads. I paid $345 to change the rotor and break pads. But still breaks not fixed correctly. Next day I went and asked them that it s not fixed and breaks not working properly. I asked them to test at least but they are not ready to do test drive also. Very poor service.
