The owner Joe is the best. He made the process so easy I couldn t say no. He also like promised only ran my credit through 1 bank. So it wouldn t drop my score to bad as well as got me the best warranty you can get!!! I will be buying all my cars through him. On top of everything he had my vehicle detailed and personally delivered it talk about customer service!

Never bought a car before at a dealer, but these guys made it super easy. I even had some problems with the loan getting approved because I just got a new job. But they helped me figure it out. Eddie was awesome. Super chill and very helpful. Seemed to actually care about getting me the best deal possible instead of just selling the car to make money. When I went in to finalize everything it was super easy and fast. Got to drive one of the lowest Milage g37 s I ve ever seen home. For an amazing price! Highly recommend these guys

This review is coming little bit late but I want to share it . Bought an excellent Mustang GT 2008 fully loaded from this place . And by fully loaded I mean fully loaded . It took me 6 months to find a car like this and it came up in this dealership less than 2 miles away from where I live . 49 k on the miles excelent record . I was mind blown ... I still look from time to time for a car like that and can't find one with everything how I want it anywhere . Service is excelent ! They worked with me because my credit history back then was absent at least let's say. I do recommend to use them and save yourself so much problems with those other shady dealerships.... Thanks again guys ! You are awesome and I would buy a car from you again and recommend you too all my friends !! All these bad reviews down there are bs !

My family has been more than satisfied with Gmotor Cars over the years. We have bought a number of cars from them and have been extremely pleased with their business and their integrity. Customer service continues way past the point of sale with them. They know how to do business the right way. We ll be back next time we need a new vehicle!

Was with my boyfriend when he bought a car from here. We came from out of state and although at first we felt nervous because we've never gone to a dealership, but it was super worth it! They offered that he reserved it, if wanted, especially since they had such a waiting list for this car- even though we couldn't see the car yet, and we just had the gut feeling to do so! We actually had such difficulties getting a loan and man, the staff and owner were so amazing with making sure the car was still ours! Never would we have think such dealership staff would be so honest and kind. We at one point were so guaranteed that we'd lose the car if we couldn't get banking figured out, but they held our hands through! Especially Eddie! He was the best! Now we can say how amazing this dealership was and how blessed we came across them as our first. When finalizing everything, everything was so easy and we were just shocked! This dealership proved that they care about their customers and aren't just money hungry. We highly recommend!!!

WOW! What a perfect purchasing experience!!!! I can't say enough positive things about Paul Fischer and Peter Maziuk. Paul was never pushy or intrusive. Instead he was extremely responsive and informative about my pre-purchase questions. He even went and shot some video of the truck specifically to answer some of my questions. Once I decided to buy, the actual paper work and purchasing was streamlined, very quick and simple. As I was an out of state buyer, they delivered the truck to me down in Florida (at no extra charge). Peter Maziuk was the delivery driver. He was extremely patient and thorough as he taught me everything about the new truck. He never rushed or acted inconvenienced in any way as we spent at least an hour walking through every nuance related to the truck. I can not adequately express how happy I am with Peter, Paul, and the GMotorCars organization. Thank you so much to them. I highly recommend them and their company!

My partner and I needed a cargo van for our business, we found one online at Gmotorcars called them, made the drive to their store and had a great experience. Peter and Joe were up front and got us in and out in just over an hour. Probably the best car buying experience I ve been involved with at a dealership. When we have another need for vehicles I know who I m going to call.

Wow! What a great car buying experience!Restored my faith in dealerships!Ask for Jack!**for long story short skip to final paragraph**I originally saw the vehicle on ebay, exact vehicle I was looking for, and called the number without hesitation. After speaking with somebody about the truck for about 5 minutes, I asked where they were located. He said 30 minutes outside of Chicago. I was going to Chicago in two weeks for a wedding! I couldn't have been more excited to go and see this van! It was fate! I told him I would be coming up from Virginia and that ide love to take a look at it when I came down! Prices were significantly cheaper for the same vans in the northwest vs Northern VA.I followed up a week before my arrival to make sure they still had the truck. When I came down, to my surprise, the truck was gone. After some investigation we found out it was loaned to a customer because their truck was in the shop. I was disappointed to say the least..There were plenty of cargo vans in the lot, even looked at a few, but none of them were the one I had my eye on.. I was leaving back to VA in 2 days and was in dire need of a van. Jack the dealer assured me they could get the van back by morning. I was skeptical at this point to say the least. Is this just another shady car dealer?I decided to look at other dealers in the area. Just to have a backup. And found the same model I was looking for and in the same price range. But wasn't the one I drove down here thinking about...Nonetheless, I get a call in the morning saying that they were on the way to pick it up! I couldn't wait to see it!I get there and it's beautiful! A little dirty but exactly like the pictures. He assures me they will begin detailing it ASAP. I'm already sold, just on the vehicle alone.Then the dreaded part.. We begin the paperwork. Atleast I thought it would be dreaded.. Jack the dealer has a way of answering alot of my questions before I even asked them. Even on the tougher ones I asked, he was able to properly answer, this made the whole process that much easier and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable.He also volunterally took off another $100 because the truck would need an oil change soon. Very considerate.When it came down to financing. We went through my business for the line of credit.I have well established credit, my business, not so much.But we were able to get an even lower interest rate on a business loan then I was able to get myself for a personal loan for the exact same vehicle and price (I had bought It two weeks from a dealer in VA, and returned it)Jack did the whole process in front of me and had the option to add upto 2% onto my interest rate but didn't add a thing. He didn't make anything from the interest!That in and of itself is rare to see a dealer actually stick to their word and not cake off the interest. Very honest peopleWhen it came to signing the contract and paperwork. Jack the dealer took the time to explain everything. And I mean everything. I felt as though I didn't even have to read it (even though I did just to verify, and he didn't skip a thing). He made me feel confident in signing the lot of papers.Had zero problems with the vehicle.But on the way back, I noticed Everything was cleaned except the back of the van.. There was an oily residue on the whole bottom half. Granted its a work van, but I still spent a good amount of time and degreaser to clean it.Within a week I got some paperwork in the mail that all had to be signed from lady finance. I found had a pretty strange form in it. A tax exemption form. I read the articles on the back to see if the vehicle would apply, and the it was nowhere close.I called and it was quickly resolved. It was sent out automatically. I didn't have to sign it.Overall, I felt very comfortable buying the truck from Jack, he confidently answered all my questions, and was honest! Very Hard to find these days! This is the ideal dealer to purchase your next car!

I just purchased a 2017 Toyota RAV4 for my daughter recently. GMotorcars found exactly what I wanted and then some. It was probably the easiest car purchase I've ever made from start to finish. They also took care of the financing with competitive interest rates. I will be back for my next vehicle and won't hesitate a second to refer them to friends and family.

Purchasing our vehicle from GMOTORCARS was a simple stress free process. It was a pleasure to work with an honest car dealer. I highly recommend this dealer. Joe Mok was so responsive to our needs and he went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I'd go back, check them out if you need a vehicle.

The buying process was easy, fast and very ethnical. Eddie (salesman) was great, he had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived and the paper work process was fast. Easiest purchase of my life. The owner is also fantastic - you can really tell that he cares about doing things the right way.

I called this dealer a total of 3 times throughout the week asking about their Infiniti they had listed and asked them if it s ready to be seen so I can make my long drive there worth it. Each time they responded that the vehicle is in service and will call me when it s ready. Upon my 3rd time calling (on a Saturday) to make sure I am first in line, they told me to call them back the upcoming Wednesday and it should be done with service. Come to find out that same Saturday through their Facebook post that they sold the car afterwards the same day I called them. Just lost a future customer.

I just bought my "NEW" to me vehicle from these guys and it was a great experience. It has been 10+ yrs since i bought a car and they made this go smooth. Other dealers were either breathing down my neck for a deal or avoided the question when i would ask questions about final price etc...here, they were honest and showed me the breakdown. I believe if you are in the market for a new car it can be tough but you have to realize that as much as you want to get the best deal the dealer also has to profit from it as well...and that can also be frustrating for the salesman...if you look at a car and it's not up to par to what you are looking for then a thank you and move on would be good, just basing this from my experience and some reviews on here...last thing, they will take care of our military!! wasn't expecting that but THANK YOU! once again...check them out...it doesn't hurt to look around.

I have to echo what other customers have said in their reviews - buying from Joe and his team was hands-down the best car shopping experience I've had and I've bought several cars from several other area dealers in the last couple of years. Joe had the exact car my wife and I were looking for. We had never bought from the store but decided to go look at the vehicle. We went in and everyone on Joe's team was friendly and helpful. Within a matter of minutes we were on a test-drive - no weird drama, sales games or waiting. We returned and I asked for the car to be washed (it had been sitting outside overnight & rained) and since we stopped by without an appointment they hadn't had a chance to clean it. Joe's team brought it right back and set to detailing it - even thought a simple rinse was all that was needed. I was very impressed. They also accommodated my request to have the vehicle raised up on one of their lifts so I could look underneath. The vehicle checked out and was everything they said it was. When it came time to 'negotiation', I was so pleasantly surprised. My wife and I had been car-shopping and frankly, quite tired of all the games other places have tried. Joe was straight-forward, honest and very workable with what we wanted. I can't stress enough how, dare I say, pleasurably the whole experience was. We love our car (after a month of ownership) and have nothing but positive things to say about Joe and his team. If you're in the market, they're worth a look.

My son was looking for his first car we went a lot of places. so glad we came across gmotor cars joe and the team worked hard for us and found my son the perfect suv. This was 3 months ago car is running excellent thanks guys for putting my son in a safe car and making it a great experience for him. I highly recommend this dealership

One of the best auto buying experiences I have had. From the min you walk in, you feel right at home. They are very professional and honest. Not to mention, the pricing for their inventory is hard to beat. I couldn't find another deal within 500 miles that could beat Gmotors prices. Bottom-line, we will be buying here again. Thank you Joe! You are changing the way many feel about buying cars, and it's great to know you can share such saving to us consumers!I have also used their mechanics and detail shop for our fleet... Again, great pricing and honest work! Can't beat that now-a-days!

I purchased a truck for a reasonable price. The moment I left the car lot the airbag light came on. I drove back, they tried to flash it to no avail. I also notified them that the air conditioner does not work, the drivers lock doesn't work properly and that there is a clunk in the rear end. They instructed me to return later in the week to have it sent to a Ford dealership for repair. I dropped it off and received no updates until the fourth email and sixth phone call. After 12 days the car was ready for pickup. Upon receiving the vehicle the cruise control was no longer working. After attempting to contact them again it again took 4 emails over four days and two phone calls. I was told to bring it the following week. They have now had it for over two weeks and again the communication was horrible. I was just notified that they are unaware of the status of the vehicle but can let me know next week. At this point they have had the vehicle for longer than I have.I rely on this vehicle to make a living and have lost more money being unable to work than I paid for the truck. If you do not want poor communication and customer service and sub par vehicles then stay away.

I came here with my mom to find a good first car for myself. The staff here are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a beautiful Jeep Patriot. Everyone was very accommodating and honest, and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Recently bought a cargo van from Maggie Zich. It was a great experience! I saved at least two thousand dollars vs other vans I researched. I was in and out in an hour, got great financing and a great price on an extended warranty. Everyone there was great, I actually had fun for the first time ever buying a car. I recommend anyone who is looking for a car to call and ask for Maggie and I promise it will be the best experience you have ever had. Will only do business there for now!!!

Unaware that they were about to close for the day, I took my parents there to look at a CR-V that was on their website. Ivan had no issues with remaining open after hours to help us out! As we walked through the garage and out to the back where the CR-V was located I noticed that they have a great selection of nice low milage vehicles to choose from. As I crawled under and thoroughly checked out the vehicle, I didn't feel rushed at all. After I was done, Ivan said we were welcome to take it out for a test drive. My parents ended up buying the CR-V and financed it through capital One which was quick and easy. We are very pleased with the vehicle and service that G Motor Cars provided and my wife and I are going back to purchase our next vehicle from them. If your in the market for a great used vehicle, I strongly recommend checking out G Motor Cars!

Stopped in on a Monday met with nothing but smiles and happy vibes. The vehicle I inquired about was indeed in stock. Soon as I got there stated what I was here for a nice gentlemen brought the car around for me. Went out for a test drive with Chase. After that I sat with Chase and Jessie. I told them what I would be comfortable with paying and they worked for my benefit not theirs. In the end I got the suv I wanted for the price that Im highly comfortable with. They are not pushy arrogant salesmen at all. They want your business and it shows. Stop in today and see Chase and Jesse. You wont be sorry.

My whole family and I have purchased multiple vehicles through GMotorcars. I recently bought a Mercedes Benz and couldn't be happier. I never had to question the quality of any vehicle and would 100% recommend Gmotors to anyone. They have made my car shopping experiences great with being honest, friendly and fast. I have never had the best credit score but they always make it work, my monthly payments are very affordable .I will continue to purchase my vehicles through them and I now live 350 miles away.

We went in and bought a cat there. It was a no-nonsense experience. Most dealers try to tack on lots of fees or push different cars on you. We got what we wanted and didn't feel robbed afterwards. We would buy again from this dealership in the future.

I found the vehicle I needed for my business at GMotors and it was a very good experience. I was a bit concerned about purchasing a vehicle out of Illinois since I live in Florida. I had been looking for a couple months when I discovered the cargo van on GMotor's website. I immediately called at 7 am in the morning and Mike answered the phone. We quickly came to an agreement. He included delivery of the vehicle in the deal we made, which was a great benefit to me. I noticed the company had very positive reviews. The employees I spoke with were understanding and helpful. Needed a car for my mother in law whose previous car finally blew a transmission. They had a Buick in stock with low miles that was perfect to what we needed it for. Called them up late on a Tuesday night before they closed and asked if they will hold it for us till we get there. (We live in another State). We arrived and the car was parked in detail because of the bad weather.. It looked brand new. Maggie treated us right, took her time going over the vehicle and test drive. We have never felt more satisfied with a purchase... Its nice to know you have a go to dealer when needed. Rocky
