Amazing place! First impression was very nice employees and very clean facility (important for your car). They can do pretty much every cool attachment to your car you can think of. Prices are extremely fair, I can see other places pricing way more. I got my jeep wrangler wrapped from bright red to Satin Black and added lights underneath the seats in the interior of the car (looks amazing). I also provided a previously owned ring break light in the back tire and they put it on for free! They will check everything over 3-4 times to make sure it s done perfectly for you. Long story short, highly recommend.

I recently took my BMW X6M to DPS Automotive for a paint protective wrap, ceramic coating, and window UV tint. The results? Absolutely stunning. My car now has this amazing look and is protected from daily wear and tear. The team nailed it. Their workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch.After seeing the final outcome, I was so impressed that I had to thank Tom and the team. It's like I fell in love with my car all over again. If you're looking to give your car both protection and a makeover, DPS Automotive is the place. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting to keep their ride looking great and well-protected.

Absolutely AMAZING ! Beautiful shop amazing staff and I can not say enough good things about Tom!! Truly one of the best shops to work with all around . Very up front transparent reasonable and amazing work!!! Would recommend to anyone with 0 hesitation! 10 stars!!!

Great Experience here! Great group of people who understand your likings and Ideas that you have. Great timing on the job . I had done my amp and subwoofer done on time as they said . Would recommend to check them out will come back for more work soon!

The staff that works here seem very friendly and helpful. I got my two front windows tinted here and the customer service they give is outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone that I know and they don t just tint windows. They do other things. Customer Service and quality is always at the top of their list. They definitely want to see their customers happy.

I went to DPS Automotive for Ceramic Coating on my 2023 BMW X5. They did an outstanding job. Tom & Neil were both super helpful answering all my questions & explaining the process. Was a really quick turnaround as well. Highly recommend DPS Automotive. Pictures from my phone don t do it justice.

This is a one stop shop for everything for your car or truck. The staff is amazing and they really do everything here! peir, protective, film, wraps, lights in headliners, spray in protection, for truck beds, audio systems, alarms, and more

10/10 recommend coming to this place for your automotive needs. It is my second time coming here for tints and they are amazingly done every time. They have a variety of options for tints based on your needs and also do pristine wrap jobs on all makes and models( colored wraps, satin, gloss and Paint protection film). They also upgrade interiors of vehicles from leather to suede and so much more. Looking to upgrade your sound system? This is the place to go! Quality and done properly. Need radars installed, laser defense systems or want remote start added to your car? They have got it all. Amazing customer service to all the employees and Everything is done in a timely manner. Once again definitely recommend!

If I could give 4.5 stars that what I would rate it, but I took my Audi S5 there for a front ppf and tints and was given the most competitive rate for a name brand film and was given a time frame of a day, day and a half. It ended up taking 2 days and they told me they had to redo the windshield but the end result was good. I was initially concerned about a couple of spot and the fact I had accidentally rolled down my window the first day, but after a couple days everything except for a couple of adhesive spots on the windshield that you can barely see anyways went away. Overall I would say they did a good job on the tint, a great job on the ppf, and the pricing was the best out there. I ended up going back to schedule tint on my sister s suv and will see if I can update this review when they complete it next week.Update:My sister got her front windows and windshield tinted and it looks great, windshield looks even better than mine, took them about 4 hours from drop off to pickup, overall very happy with how it turned out and compared to mine I would give it 5/5. Also side note I noticed some bubbles in the ppf of my car and took it to them on Friday near closing to get it looked at full expecting to have to schedule it out but they took it in and 15 minutes later the bubbles were gone. This place is amazing from my experiences they are not perfect but they are pretty good with great customer care and competitive pricing, even when I took my car somewhere else for ceramic coating it was not because of the prices or quality of service but just a different product, I truly think anyone looking to do something to their vehicle should come here for a quote first before going anywhere else.

Worked with Neil at Dps. Great people, crazy professional work! I had engine mods, lighting, steprails, mudflaps, alarm, exhaust , stereo and a beautiful wrap done here. They did better than I could have imagined! Looks and sounds tough!

The DPS team installed Drone and Key Locker in my 2 Turo cars so I wouldn t have to meet up with all the people that rent my cars. It has worked seamlessly for me and the work as usual was done flawlessly. I also had them install an Android unit to one of the cars which they integrated into the car as if it was from the factory. Ty for always doing the work as if it were your own cars. I highly recommend this place for all your aftermarket needs.

I recently purchased a brand new Tesla Model 3 and wanted to protect the paint by installing Paint Protection Film (PPF). In this advanced day and age, when you even talk amongst your friends and family about certain products or services, your cell phone automatically picks it up and begins bombarding your social media feeds with ads/accounts for said products or services.I remember seeing my social media flooded with dozens of car detailing businesses. I filled out automated forms to receive quotes. Tom Waltzman of DPS Automotive was probably the only 1 out of 20 that actually responded to my return questions with an actual direct text (not a robot/auto-response). He expertly answered all my questions in an open and honest manner. He even invited me to his shop for additional consulting in case I had any doubts. I took him up on that offer and came away impressed. The shop was clean, organized and very professional. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a great feeling that if I decided to go with them, my car would be in good hands. They also happened to be running a summer pricing special so I was able to get full car PPF, full ceramic coating, and window tints all for decent discount compared to purchasing each item a la carte at its normal price. My car was in their shop for about 5 business days. They posted their progress on their instgram account and it was great to see those updates. When I picked up my car, it looked beautiful (we went with a satin/matte black PPF finish, 35% tint). They really went above and beyond to tuck in the PPF where they could and line it up seamlessly where they couldn't. I was very happy with the QUALITY of their work.In the Chicagoland area, there's probably dozens upon dozens of car detail shops that provide similar services. In my opinion, what sets DPS apart from all of the other shops is their attention to their clients and their attention to details (no pun intended) and it shows in the great quality of their work. I am beyond satisfied I chose DPS to assist me with my investment in my vehicle.

I never write reviews or post online. However, the personalized service that I received from both Tom and Neil was absolutely outstanding and deserving of my time to write this. They treated me like family and went above and beyond at every step. They explained all the options and gave fantastic advice on what made sense to do for my car. Now the work my car was done perfectly and I mean perfectly! We decided on a vinyl wrap, powder coated wheels, chrome blackout, tinted windows, and a ceramic coating to protect it all. Thank you DPS for an incredible job. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship and detail you put in. DPS is the place to go for quality work done right.

I've had four of my personal vehicles serviced by the DPS Team, a Chrysler 300S, a RAM 1500 Bighorn, a Jeep Compass and an Acura TLX. On all vehicles I had the paint and interior protection, undercoating and window tints done. In addition to these I've also had custom lighting and horn installation done on my RAM 1500. I had the factory SRT grill installed on the 300. My vehicles are made unique through these custom touches and the workmanship is first class, even making the custom electronics look like factory installations. Neil, Amber and Kayleen always keep me informed and call with questions when required. I will always bring my cars back to DPS for the very best customization experience, no matter how large or small the project.

I really like the work that DPS Automotive does. They fixed my halo lights on my Challenger when they failed and they did an awesome job with the install on my shaker lights with convenient disconnects for any services that take play under the hood. I recommend them.

They work with any budget And give great service.

Went in with an unknown problem. I was told it was a wiring problem. They fixed it in 10 minutes and did not even charge me great way to start a business relationship. I will be spending more time there for sure! Thanks guys.

I was recommended this place by the dealership I purchased my vehicle. They said they did great work and had great prices.I was informed when I dropped off my vehicle and over the phone that it should be roughly $350 and 3-4 hours to finish.At the end I paid $450 and waited 5 hours.Front desk worker was rude, any question asked seemed to be a chore, and lacked customer service skill (Alec).The work was top notch by the workers in the back. I just wished it was done on time and the front desk worker lost the attitude when speaking to myself and other customers.While I was waiting I asked the front desk worker the first time (near 3.5 hour mark) the rough ETA and I went to sit down. He went to the back and came back and sat in his seat. I had to walk up and ask what he had learned which I thought was strange.Since I find customer service and timely deliverable of goods as extremely important in business. I had to write a poor review despite their great work.(Also I know this is small but they didn t have water in their mini fridge in the waiting area).

This place is amazing! They did a PPF on my 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone and it came out perfect. Neal and Ishamael are really great to work with and have the best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you!!!

I got the 2 year ceramic coating on my Infiniti in June and I just washed it after 2 months and it looks like just came out of the Showroom in the dealership, even the guys in the car wash were in awe after washing it and it was so easy to wash too. Can't wait for next year to get the 5 year ceramic coating, best place ever and highly recommended. I'm doing all my cars with them from now on

Tom was very knowledgeable about cars. I got a frontal PPF and a ceramic coat for a way better price than most competitors. The quality of work was great and after ordering the correct ceramic coating for my matte finish car, they applied it very quickly. Would recommend.
