Shoutout to Jason! My right brake light was out and another autozone just flat out said they didn't touch it but Jason came to the rescue and was able to swap it out! So thankful! This autozone tends to be more helpful than others I've gone to.

They sold me a defective battery and refused to refund me. The battery died twice in the first 6 or 7 trips and I had a documented test performed by a mechanic showing the battery was defective. I paid for a tow, an inspection from a mechanic, and another battery, so this has cost me an extra $400+.

Went to Palatine AutoZone with dead battery, they took out and charged the battery with no problem. Sadly, they didn t have the battery we needed so we went to the Arlington Heights location. As soon as we told them the problem they said the store was too busy to do that for us so they gave us the wrong tools to do it on our own with no prior knowledge on how to switch out a car battery. The workers were clueless and incompetent and did absolutely nothing to help us. Do not go here.

I came to Auto Zone in Arlington Hts. with a dead battery. I asked for an exchange , they not only gave me discount on new battery but also a great service! Marina showed extraordinary competence, she replaced the batteries quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this location!

I would like to thank Mark J and Dakota for assisting me with my parts to my vehicle etc .. they were sooo very helpful to me and I definitely recommend anyone to come to Autozone for any parts needed for your vehicle . Ask for these guys and also ask for Randy as well . You won t be disappointed . Thank u Dakota and Mark J and Randy for a JOB WELL DONE today ( 8/27/23)

I have been in this store several times and I have had outstanding assistance each time! Those that have given me such great service and have kept my car in working order are Mark and Mo, and Kyla! I cannot say enough about their willingness to help me with each need! I am very impressed!

Stopped into Autozone Saturday, July 15, 2023 and one of the guys was determined to help me find what I needed. Dakota went above and beyond searching for the proper part my car required. He was polite, respectful, knowledgable, and was not giving up searching. He eventually did find the part and I cannot thank him enough.Autozone, good job in hiring Dakota. He has wonderful customer service skills.

I went to this Autozone branch today and had such a great experience - very satisfied with my visit.The commercial sales manager - Mike M. was very professional and took care of me well.He explained to me thoroughly everything related to the products I needed. Great staff! I stopped in for a simple part replacement and Joe went above and beyond to help me out. He instantly looked up the part I needed, walked me right to where it was in the store and even provided excellent assistance walking me through the replacement process. I cannot stress how appreciative I was for all of Joe's help. Great customer service really goes a long way and I will definitely be coming back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a brake light go out. The mechanic wanted about $100 to replace the bulb. I went to this AutoZone and they replaced it for free. I only had to pay for the bulb.

Had a great experience with Danny at Arlington Heights AutoZone today. Helped me identify the right headlamp bulb for my car and then even helped with the installation that was a little tricky. No small deal to have support like that. Much appreciated!

Trying to remember the last time I had that great of customer service!!! The two employees that were there were amazing! I walked in and they were right there to help and were honest. My battery terminal was loose and one of the gentleman helped me put a shim on it! He also offered to put my wipers on. Serious keepers and I know to come here if I need anything!

They are always great. I needed new wipers. Mike helped me find the right ones and he installed them for me. I couldn t be happier. Highly recommended!

This AutoZone is great! My rear brake light was out and Mark and Mike were nice enough to change it for me in the cold, damp weather which saved me from scheduling an appointment elsewhere. AutoZone in general is always helpful but this one in particular. Thank you Mark and Mike!

My rear passenger break light had gone out. I went to AZ and asked for assistance. Charles and Robert were so patient Professional. They confirmed which bulb I needed and installed it in seconds. They made me feel like a VIP! Love AutoZone Auto Parts!

This was literally the best customer service I have ever gotten. The two employees working tonight both know their stuff and were very helpful. I'm definitely coming back her for whatever my car needs next.
