I placed a magnetic "Student Driver" sign in the back of my son's car 4 months ago when he first started driving. However, the sign fell inside the very small space between the glass and brake lights.I tried using all kinds of tools that I could get my hands on to remove the signage for 4 months to no avail.Fast forward to today, 04/08/2024 I finally gave up and brought the car to Auto Glass Plus to ask the experts to remove it. I went to the front desk and explained my situation :-) and offered to pay for labor.A very nice gentleman named Jay Gerber came up to the front desk without being asked and inquired about the issue and gladly stated that he can help.Please note I had been trying to remove this for 4 months.Jay effortlessly went to work and removed the thorn on my side almost instantly.My son was with me and the smile and the look on his face after Jay accomplished the task was priceless.I offered to pay for labor but Jay refused to accept it.I did not know what to say to this gesture. I am an old school person and actually believe that there are no more "Knights" left in today's modern world.Jay proved me wrong. So if anyone out there who is looking for an honest, great place to get a service -- Look no further-- just go to Auto Glass Plus in Arlington Heights.Thank you again Jay and Auto Glass Plus for the great service. You made me look great to my teenage son, at least for Today.

Had a crack in my windshield and Auto Glass Plus was recommended by my insurance. Super quick communication and I had a new windshield in a matter of days. They were able to replace it at my home which made the experience incredibly convenient. Really grateful for the service and level of communication. Thank you!!

Like many others I did a little research of this business and several others before deciding to go here. Auto Glass Plus had more positive reviews than detractors.I couldn t be more pleased. The service is outstanding, they are very conscientious of my limited available time, and their entire staff work hard to please. I had two windshields in two vehicles replaced, as well as my mother in laws 2000 Chevy Impala which a homeless person smashed the drivers side window and rear passenger quarter window.Chevy discontinued production of this window which was not available at any dealer or supplier. Joe was able to help me find this window. It s unique because the unit requires that the surrounding trim and window was manufactured in a one piece unit. If you need a superior service and outstanding pricing, for an auto replacement window, this is the place to go.

Wow! Absolutely wow! Auto Glass Plus hands down one of the best service experience I ve ever had. Everyone is so incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I got out my car they greeted me right away. It means a lot to get honest and genuine service. They replaced my windshield and did a PHENOMENAL job!!! Visibility is a 10/10! I was so shocked at how fast they got it done that I accidentally left my disposable water bottle in the waiting room (sorry about that). Jackie explained all the rules to me, and assured me of any concern. I prayed about finding a good honest place and God didn t disappoint. HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Plus! I will be going there for any future work.

I had a small windshield star / ding and didn't want to file an insurance claim and ultimately end up with my rates getting raised as a result.I looked at Safelite. While they are super convenient with their onsite service, that comes at a price. They're an option if you don't care about cost.Next, I stopped into Auto Glass Plus. Pricing well below Safelite, plus you're patronizing a local family-run business that provides superior service. I was able to add tinting of my driver and passenger windows to the repair services and still ended up at a cost point below what I would have paid to the other guys.This is an independent local business where you will find a friendly and welcoming experience. Quotes are quick and free, they will schedule repairs around what works for you, and they stand behind their work.I've previous had Auto Glass Plus, Inc. seal a leaky sunroof, and also had them replace a windshield. Their services are consistently excellent and their repairs lasted longer than my vehicles did. This is the place where you will find high quality repairs at a price that consistently beats the competition. Don't take the easy route and have a generic solution come to you - visit Auto Glass Plus instead and keep a few more dollars in your pocket while receiving superior service.

Recently was at Auto Glass Plus for a new front windshield for my 2016 Mazda3. Brilliant service! Everything was smooth from scheduling the appointment to installation. They did a great job at installing the windshield in less than an hour and also put back the iPass transponder, parking sticker and my oil change interval sticker!! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I love their work. The tints help protect the interior from fading especially the suede and just make the car look so much better. The quality is top notch, and the service is great!

I ve been going Auto Glass Plus last 10 years. They are abosutely amazing. Took care of windshield more times than I remember. quick and efficient service. They were also really great with communication and keeping me updated on everything happening while my car was in the shop. Finished everything less than hour. Thank you guys! I highly recommend this place to everyone. They also work with Lexus dealerships!!!! Just ask Jay, cory or Joe!!!! They will take good care of your car!!!

Such a bad business!!!! Stuff are very rude they replaced my 23 navigator s windshield after that my wipers didn t clean the glass well i see very blurry whet it rains despite new wipers. Lastly i noticed a very small bull eye on the windshield i don t know how it happened in a short time i took the car that place again the rude guy treating customers badly he charged me 70$ to fix that i said ok. They fixed bull eye very ugly i bet i would fix it by myself much better buying the kit from Walmart for 15 $ briefly: to much money but 0 satisfaction

Took my truck for sunroof leak, Corey and Jay are amazing guys, explained and showed me where the issue was exactly, and fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend it, hard to come across places/people like them nowadays

Have gotten my last two cars tinted up here and have to say it is some of the best tints I have seen (and consistent). They are easy to work with, reasonably priced and do the work in a very timely manner. They also matched the tints on my latest car (BMW X3) to match the factory installed tints on the back end of the car.

Had a new windshield installed about 7 months ago in a 92 civic with new windshield moldings and a new cowl. They did fantastic job. No more chipped window! They know what they are doing! Awesome

I got a windshield crack and I have Tesla, so I inquired what to do about it. They don t get parts and cannot do the work, but still took time to explain and educate me on the process.

Update: My other car needed the windshield replaced. Once again the service was fast and the staff was very professional and friendly. Came in for a windshield repair after a small rock chipped the glass. Walked in, got greeted right away and within a minute one of the guys stepped outside with me to take a look at the damage. Got a quote that was lower than other place I called earlier and I was assured that the glass is repairable. I was told Don t worry I will take my time making sure it s done right 20 minutes later the chip was fixed and I was given instructions to follow to make sure the glass cures correctly.When asked if there is a chance that the crack might progress and spread I was once again assured that it should not, but if for some reason it did they would use todays payment as a credit towards windshield replacement when needed.Very happy with the work completed and work ethics at AGP. Will make sure to send my friends over in the future.Thank you guys, Artur

Best Glass shop around! Cory was able to order my glass piece for my car in no time. Got me scheduled in for my appointment even faster and did and Amazing job. My car needed 3 windows replaced and installed. Within a couple hours my car was done. The windows work and look wonderful. Thank you so much for your time and perfection!

I had a wandered up Experience with Auto Glass Plus. They were very accommodating in my situation. They kept me in the loop of all the updates. Super friendly customer service. When it was time to replace my front windshield, they guys did it super fast and very professionally. I m very happy with the work and service they provided. I recommend this place 100 percent for any needs with glass replacement and repair!

Needed to replace my cracked windshield . They gave me the best pricing around. Pulled up to the shop early and they took me in no questions. Two guys that looked like rock stars did an amazing job. Professional, quick, thoroughly engrossed in the job they were doing. You can just tell when someone loves what they do and is really good at it. Two months later there are absolutely no problems with the windshield. Had a 2000 miles trip a week after replacement and it held up perfectly. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

AGP did a great job on my windshield a while ago. The even went up and above to glue my phone holder back on for me. Recently the phone holder broke and I took it off the window and there was some glue residue left over. After struggling with cleaning it off I stopped by the shop to ask them how to remove it. Without hesitation Jay hopped into actions and with the help of his magic cleaner and a razor blade he made it look new again. Thank you so much AGP. Efficient, professional and detailed service. Small round table inside with comfy chairs while you wait. There is a window to look at your car being worked on. This was THE BEST CHOICE out of four others I was considering for a repair I needed done. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service on the phone when I called, and in person. Highly recommended! 3m automotive window tinting available here too!

Quick service & at the best price I could find. Some broken glass got into a shade mechanism and the guys got the shade spring thing working again. They said it was gonna take an hour but I think they got it gone in 40min.100% would recommend to friends & family if they asked me where to go.

I went for a chip repair and the chip on my windshield was to big to repair. Technician said there is a 50% chance of repairing that. He fixed it but the cosmetically it was still there and he didn t charge me for the process. That was very kind of him. That s a sign of great business and service. I had the BEST experience at Auto Glass Plus. I had a chip in my windshield and first called around to get price quotes and Safelight was going to charge me $170 and Auto Glass Plus said they would charge me $75. So I made an appointment with Auto Glass Plus and when I got there the guys checked out the windshield damage and were super honest and told me it wasn t too bad and all they had to do was put some epoxy on it for FREE. PLUS they were super friendly and even gave me a popsicle! It was really nice to know that there are still honest businesses out there like this one. HIGHLY recommend.
