We were very impressed with the team of Shelly and Mike. They both helped my husband and me understand our options. Shelly spent many hours both in person and on the phone helping us decide between purchase or leasing. Mike was there and helped us understand the technical and financial aspects of this transaction. Neither person "pushed" us in one direction or the other. In the end, we were very informed and made the decision that was the best for us. We trust Shelly and Mike. (FYI- In the end, we chose leasing.)

Samantha initially contacted me. She scheduled a same day consultation and was very courteous. Andrew was my sales guy. He had the car I was interested in waiting for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Mike sealed the deal. He was funny and helped with the final details. Great team!

Not exactly happy with it to be perfectly blunt. We purchased this car in August and already have over $700 dollars in fixes? That almost looks like we were sold a complete lemon. The lack of communication was ridiculous too. My wife asked to be contacted, you kept contacting me. Not sure what the heck the disconnect was there, but it didn't make me happy. I thought I was past that when I pulled my business from Stasiak. This will take a couple days, a week, over a week. Not exactly a confidence builder with the staff.

Victor, Mark and Ceasar ALL went out of their way to make something so important to me come true. I'm truly grateful and so glad to be the one to be able to be the new owner of the beautiful Malibu. You all are fantastic. You guys went above and beyond and it only continues to reaffirm the major I decision I made to proceed with everything. You all made it happen. Thank you for being welcoming and friendly and accommodating and respectful. Edit update:So after only having the car for two months, the engine light came on. My start stop system wasn't working and I knew it had to be related to the battery or something along those lines. Well fast forward to now the dealership did a wonderful thing for me and paid for the repairs it needed which was the dual battery control module, the front start stop battery and the rear auxiliary battery. My car is perfect now thanks to them being really great listeners and them taking care of me the way they did. I'm very appreciative for this. They are a great place with great people there.

Our service person Robert was very helpful. Our disappointment was in not being told ahead of time about the additional state fees. Being from Michigan we had no idea. If you are doing sales online, I feel more information is necessary. Overall, we had a good experience . I absolutely love my car.

Cesar, Ben, and Tony! Thank you! You have truly exceeded my expectations. Typically, I feel wary when dealing with car salespeople, but this dealership is exceptional. It may sound amusing, but honestly, this has been my best car-buying experience. These individuals are diligent, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Prior to visiting, I conducted thorough research and found that they offered one of the most competitive prices. In contrast, other dealerships imposed exorbitant charges, such as nearly three thousand dollars in service fees, without even considering the unnecessary accessories. Thank you again for all your help!

Dean and team did a great job resolving the issues I brought to their attention. Dean did a great job reviewing what I needed done on the vehicle and going over everything and the process. Dean reached out several times and reviewed the technical breakdown of what was required and the service that was needed, including explaining some of my options to either complete the repairs now, or postponing them until a later date. I am very happy to have worked with Dean and appreciate all the support ensuring my vehicle was serviced properly and timely! I couldn't be happier. Great job to Dean and the service team for doing such a great job!

Unfortunately the information on the website is misleading. I ve been bringing my car here for service for years even after moving because they re typically wonderful. When I booked my appointment online, the website had no dollar amount next to replacing wiper blades so I opted for this along with my oil change. When I went to check out, I was charged almost $100 which I had no idea I would have to pay for. ($33 per blade) The cashier was kind and apologized but the website really needs to be updated. The staff here is great and the service is well done.

I had an amazing experience at Arlington Heights Buick GMC recently!! Andrew and Mike in sales and Mark in finance were all so nice and I was treated with kindness and respect and felt no stress. They went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and wishes. Also, I stay with this dealership because the service department is just as amazing! If you are looking to buy a car, this is the place!!

I have leased or purchased all my vehicles from AH Buick GMC over the past 40 years. Every time the transaction was seamless, smooth and without any haggling. The staff, Ariel, Mike A, Mike M and Andrew are friendly and well informed. They are always available to answer all my questions. The service department is top notch led by Mike B, the manager. If you are interested in a Buick, GMC or Hummer, this is the only dealership you need to visit.

Dishonest website prices. They listed a Dodge for $100k but said it was actually $100k EXTRA. Don't waste your time here. It's absolutely deplorable that the employees have to uphold this dishonesty in the name of poor salesmanship! I hope they are able to find new work because everyone I spoke with was so kind. They even agreed this seemed shady.

I wish I could have left a 5 star review , But .Never in any of my experiences of buying a car was I ever excluded from the finance aspect of things.How do you put me down for a 7000.00 peace of mind warranty suite and not think to add GAP INS for a 50k truck?The staff was friendly and helpful.At the end of the day it was like any other dealership for me.It s all about the money and your credit.Good credit speaks louder than words y all!

Took my car for an oil change and was the only person standing in the service area to be taken care of but was ignored. Along enters a white guy and was taken care of immediately as another white guy enter after the first white guy was taken care of immediately too. I am Hispanic and clearly this was discrimination against my skin color. Had to speak up as to why I haven't been take care and I was the first one and only one here before the other two white guys. Response was, I didn't notice you therefore they called a woman from the back to take care of me. I had bought two cars from this dealership and moving forward, will never go to this dealership or recommend them. I don't endorse any establishment that is racist! And everything it's on video. The service department has a video on what happened. They were very racist, but there'll 4 they. Refuse to acknowledge that

I have been dealing with Sullivan in Arlington Hts for several years and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I specifically have worked with Eliot P. and he is phenomenal. I call him and tell him what I'm looking for and he helps me find if not that particular then a vehicle very similar but more within my budget. He will also help you get the best price/interest he can. He has always dealt fair and honestly with me as has the entire staff at Sullivan. They go above and beyond.

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. I had a 10:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours later, it was finally complete. It wasn't busy. No appologies or explanation for the delay. It took twice as long as it should have. I have been going there for years and the service department is normally amazing. After this, I don't know if I will go back.

The overall experience was good. I got what I was looking for, but I leaved with impression that prices have a been a bit inflated. I got the deal that I am happy with. Personnel is professional and they've been very open to discuss different aspects of the price. I didn't feel that they tried to hide any fees. Also, very cooperative with everything I asked for, like payment methods, address, etc. I would go there again

The associates at the Arlington Heights GMC dealership were friendly and low pressure. They were helpful and willing to answer all questions pertaining to the vehicle as well as understanding when it came to showing a variety of different possible ways to finance the purchase. The staff at this dealership made the car buying process as enjoyable as it can be.

I have a 2018 GMC Acadia. recently my car had a check engine light come come on for P0430 "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)". Initially, I took my car to my own mechanic. He said since the defect is a Major emissions control issue, my vehicle should be covered under the federally mandated emissions warranty that is 8 years or 80,000 miles and advised me to take the vehicle to the dealership.When I called the dealership to tell them the issue, the employee told me, "No, the warranty is up on the vehicle and any issue, even with a Catalytic Converter I would be out of pocket."I ended up calling another dealership, they confirmed that it is covered if the issue is in fact the Catalytic Converter.To me, lying about a vehicle not being covered under a federal mandated law seems to be extremely shady to me.

Always a pleasant experience at this Buick dealership. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as diagnosing a check engine light.Was told it was a purge valve, the salesman dug deep and found out there was an extended warranty on that part. So not only did they do a great job, they went out of their way to find that warranty and fix it all for me covered.Recommend this dealer to everyone!

Cesar was our salesman he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and thorough when test driving and when setting up and going over the features of our new Yukon Denali. Mike, the finance guy, was also very friendly and we came to a fair deal for both us and them. The overall experience was excellent and we love our new vehicle!
