Went in to see if they could get the oil plug off since the last place I had it done at put it on too tight and it was starting to strip when I was trying to take it off at home. I usually do my own oil changes. They not only got me in pretty quickly, they got the bolt off, changed the oil using my filter and oil I brought with me and put on the new oil plug. They only charged me the labor costs. Can t say enough about the excellent service I received. Highly recommend.

Rick is always very helpful. I know that when I enter the front door - that I am going to get top notch service, the best deal on tires & maintenance. I highly recommend this place.

Had a scheduled appointment for a simple tire leak repair. Waited 1 hour only to be told they don't know if they can get it done by the next hour. Had to leave without my tire repair because of time constraints.Don't make appointments if you can't meet them. I will never go here again.

Had a 10:00am appointment for a wheel alignment. It is now 11:20 and they just brought it in. From 11:00 to 11:20 my car was no where to be found, wasn t outside and wasn t inside where did it go for 20 minutes. Makes you wonder! We will see, I wrote the mileage down after I arrived here.

What a great experience I had at Alton NTB! Thanks to Charles and Kim The waiting lounge was clean and the WiFi sufficient for me to work. I have had previous service at this location and they have always been kind and accommodating! Alton NTB is always my first choice!

I brought a tire on the rim that needed to be replaced. The service rep examined the tire and showed me the tire damage in the side wall. He stated tire needed to be replaced and found a tire that was comparable to the tire that was damaged. The tire replacement took less than 30 min. Service rep was kind and generous. I would recommend NTB-Alton.

Needed a tire repair done quickly before having to go out of town. Very grateful they were able to work me in. Have been to this NTB many times over the years and the staff continues to go above and beyond!

Best tire store in the Alton/Godfrey area. Store manager, Rick, is very easy to work with. Prices are very fair and they are more than willing to work you in if it s an emergency. Highly recommend!

W. Florissant. First, my appointment time was changed 2x, after 3 hours waiting room, leak in tire and oil change. At register I asked about my tire, they informed me that the compressor was broken and couldn't fix. I said why would anyone tell me that I would have left. Unprofessional, didn't have good customer service and I will never return.

Great service. Tim and his associates are very pleasant. I ve had new tires mounted and balanced. And they replaced a wheel bearing assembly. The Camry rides like brand new again. I highly recommend NTB in Alton . 2 thumbs up keep up the good work guys. Thank you!

These guys do awesome work! Very friendly and knowledgeable service writers and a great crew of technicians that get your vehicle back on the road in a timely manner. This shop is my go to for all my vehicles maintenance and they have never let me down. Never have to worry about spending too much on tires as they will price match and sometimes even beat the competition on pricing.

This place is awful takes 3 hrs for a tire rotation and there dumber than a box of rocks. If you don't have a warranty or need an alignment don't go here waste of time.

Had an appointment for a tire alignment and they told me their systems were down & had no way to call people (luckily i live local) so nbd. I come back the next day and everything's cool. Workers seem kinda lazy. The workers need to watch how they are driving the cars, I watched one young dude drive my car and almost hit the lift. Driving others cars like they pay the note. While the dude was doing my alignment he really looked like he had no idea what he was doing & he left my car running the entire time???.

Great people all around in Alton Illinois. Ask for Charles he has the best knowledge ever. 1 issue I have is they should be an all around fix it shop. Couldn't repair my exhaust. Either way it was a great place.

Deric and the staff were awesome. Fastest oil change I've probably ever gotten there. Facility is clean and staff is nice and helpful. I appreciate them a lot! I have been going to the Alton location for years and haven't been let down yet.

I went to NTB in Alton, IL because I had a flat tire and needed assistance quickly. The mechanics got me in quickly and determined the tire could not be repaired. I did not buy the tire from there, but they were kind enough to put the spare on for me at no charge and did it in less than 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and helpful. I will most like be getting my next set of tires from them!

Best auto service experience I've had. No haggling, just getting the service I specifically scheduled for at an even better price than originally quoted, which doesn't happen alot as a young female in an auto shop. Super friendly staff and not a bad wait time for a complete tire change (about 2 hrs- with only one mechanic on the floor and a customer before us). This was also one of the cheapest auto services I have had other than an oil change obviously, even compared to walmart! You cannot beat the price for this type of service anywhere else. Will definitely be returning.

I went in at 4:00 to find out if they have a tire after mine was flat. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and then the guy told me they closed in 30 minutes when it says 6:00 on the door. The thing is I would have been fine with making an appointment for the next day but the guy didn t even ask what I was looking for he just told me they close in 30 minutes and then ignored me to help a guy. So I turned around and left and gave my business elsewhere
