Josh was great when it came to getting my brakes done! He was super up front about everything going on with them and got it fixed quickly. He even washed the engine bay and it looked like a brand new car! He s also very personable and just awesome mechanic in general. I would recommend anyone to go to him with any car issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Josh working on my car. I had a bad starter and a valve cover gasket leak which Josh gave me a more than reasonable quote to get everything fixed. He got the car fixed within 48 hours and went above and beyond with cleaning my engine bay and tiding up the car as a whole. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants an honest and knowledgeable mechanic who will treat you and your car right!

I had a great experience working with In-Tune Automotive! Josh was super easy to communicate with by phone and text. He replaced my car's starter efficiently, quickly, and at a very reasonable price, much less than I was expecting to pay. I will definitely be taking my car to him for any other issues and highly recommend them!

Super nice guy. Got my vehicle fixed same day I brought it in and even gave me rides to and from my apartment to the shop. Would put 10 stars if I could. If you're looking to save some money and find an honest a uyo repair shop, In-Tune Auto is the place to go

Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I thought I needed a new water pump but Josh correctly diagnosed a bad radiator. Josh is not only knowledgeable and honest, he is a very personable guy! Highly recommended. I will be recommending his services and I will be returning myself. Thanks Josh!

Josh is one of the best mechanics I ve ever been to. He will do a good job quicker than anyone around and charge you 1/3 the price of anyone else around. Over the years I ve had my car in for all kinds of things and I ve never been disappointed. Will continue to use him until I graduate 100%.

We brought our car to Josh after experiencing a (pretty big) oil leak. We brought it to him and he was able to have it fixed within just a couple of days. Josh is not only hardworking but he is also a very respectable and honest man. He gets the job done. I would recommend to anyone that they go here if they are needing help with their vehicles. I wouldn t want to take my car anywhere else but to Josh.

Josh is a great guy and great mechanic. He kept me up to date with pictures and letting me know when he received parts and was taking apart something or putting it back together then even went on a car ride with me after to tell me about what he found and what he did and to make sure everything was working good, alongside making sure that he could do everything possible to help with the warranty company. Not a lot of people in Rexburg that will work on German cars but Josh helped me out and got my car back to me as soon as he could and my car is running as if it were brand new. Will definitely be taking my cars to him in the future.

Josh is the best mechanic I've worked with. He's phenomenal, and he really takes care of his customers. He's always happy to answer questions. He's honest and fair with prices, and his services are very affordable! My car broke down on a weekend when I was out, and despite being closed that day, Josh came and helped me out so I could return home. Amazing customer service! Josh is hands down the best person to go to when you have issues with your car. He is willing to drop everything to help you out and go the extra mile to get the issue taken care of. I have never had better customer service at a mechanics. We had the check engine light come on and called around to every place in town, checking price and availability. Josh was able to get us in right away to run a quick check on the code and took care of the issue right then and there. He took time to explain even the tiniest detail and teach me what what to do. We ve had quite a few experiences with other places in town and Josh will 100% be getting the rest of our business because of how well he took care of us. Thanks, again, for everything, Josh!!!

This is the most honest mechanic and repairman I have been to in a long time. He worked with me on what I could afford to get done at the moment and was honest with the urgency of each issue. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I ve lived in over 10 different states and he is by far one of the best. Thank you so much, Josh. I will absolutely be referring friends and family.

Josh is trustworthy, fair, and clear hence I've recommended him to all my BYU-I friends, and they can definitely say the same thing from their experiences. I've always been well cared for here at In-Tune Automotive. I'm really gonna miss this service when I graduate!!

In a time where you worry if you can trust mechanics, here s Josh. One of the friendliest and very knowledgeable mechanics I ve ever met and he s more than fair with his work. I only have him work on my cars because I know customer satisfaction is his goal. 11 out 10, would highly recommend.

Josh made it really easy to do business. He's very up front and forward about pricing and extremely fair. Wants to ensure your vehicle is working and gives recommendations for what to do after your vehicle has been fixed (to keep it maintained)

Josh is the best mechanic I have worked with. I had mechanics work on my car when I was in Wyoming and they screwed me over with price and other stuff. Josh has been honest and so easy to work well with and was very affordable as well! I had my headlights done and I have never experienced such a smooth drive at night since tonight! Go to Josh get your vehicles done!!

Josh is thorough and practical. He s got just as much experience as any other mechanic around, but he s not gonna charge an arm and a leg. He does all of the small things that make the repair perfect (that bigger shops might not do), but for the lowest price you ll find. He s not here to rip you off, he just wants you to be safe in your car on the roads. He ll go above and beyond with no problem because he s just happy to help. Full disclosure, this review is given upon request. That being said, Josh has definitely earned it! Had my ball joints go out on me, and it was in and out of his shop in 24 hours. He charges very reasonable rates, and he didn't try to screw me over by doing a bunch of work that didn't need done. Definitely earned my business should I need repair work done in the future.

I had a great experience with Josh! He was very clear in his communication with me, in explaining the problems that were going on with my car. He updated me frequently and professionally! The parts store accidentally sent him the wrong part, and he was very professional in dealing with the slight delay that occurred because of the mistake the parts store made. I highly recommend Josh as a local, honest mechanic! He even let me know about some small issues that he noticed while repairing my vehicle, but was not pushy at all that I take care of them immediately. I'll definitely be coming back for those small issues, and anything I need in the future!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Josh is the best mechanic and shop I've taken my car to before! His prices are always cheaper than anywhere else as that is a priority for him to make sure he saves you money. He is up front at the beginning about what to expect when hes giving you a quote. He even let me hang out for a little bit and was happy to teach me and answer questions about cars!
