I m extremely happy with the 55hp TYM I bought from this place. Don is very helpful and as this was my first tractor he was always very kind to help me with my questions. I wanted a 3rd function to operate a grapple and he added it for me. I m 25 minutes from him and he picked up my tractor free of charge to install the 3rd function and really took care of me.The tractor has been amazing. I ve used it to clear my new land and to plow snow at my house and for neighbors.

Don was super responsive and answered all the questions I had. I am fairly new to tractors but have worked with other light machinery. He took the time to go over everything after he dropped it off again. Super pleased with the tractor (YNM 3110-D) I bought. Thanks again Don!

We purchased one of their "Japanese" tractors. We have run it for the last 3 weeks and it runs well. We also got a mower deck and tiller from them.We asked some hard questions and we feel like we got honest answers. We felt like they were looking out for our interests and not just trying to make a buck.We feel that we can recommend this place.

One heck of a seller, fantastic experience. Ready to teach, ready to show how to use. Took the time I needed to answer my questions both in person and via text. Offered to deliver even though he didn't have to. Wonderful tractor, fantastic price, the perfect combination.

We bought a great little 16hp tractor from Don last fall. He delivered it to Southern Utah for a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable tractor. Awesome service with a smile.

I took Don a load of tractors he was a very nice man. Easy dock to unload at. Call before you get there dock is not at his address. Had me unloaded in under an hour. Would definitely haul another load for him.

Don at Big Little Tractor was so easy to work with. He had the exact tractor I wanted (TYM 574) and made the transaction easy. It s great dealing with a small local Idaho dealer. Even though we are two hours away from Don, he made us feel like we were local customers right down the street. Don went the extra mile to make this easy for us. And I love our TYM tractor with the Kukje Cummins turbo diesel motor. What a great tractor. What an even better dealer. He goes out of his way to help.

Don Romrell is someone to do business with! He is honest and takes care of his customers. After researching and re-researching the gray tractor market for years my wife and I finally bought a Yamnar 2210-D from Big Little Tractor in June, 2016. My wife and I just had three surgeries in the past year and we needed the tractor to help us take care of our 5 acre lot. Don was super friendly and helpful, going out of his way to deliver the tractor to us, two hours away from his place of business. We started using the tractor right away and loved it, then the tractor had an issue, but Don took care of us as customers! At absolutely no fault of Don's the tractor had a slight defect on a very small part before it was shipped to Don. This defect caused dust to enter into the air intake manifold causing abrasion in the cylinders and a significant loss of compression...the engine needed replaced! Needless to say we were frustrated. No longer, because Don took care of us! He called his wholesaler and arranged for a replacement engine! Thats right, he got the engine replaced for us! Now the tractor is in ideal condition!!! Someday We'll want to upgrade and I'll for sure visit Don again!Thanks Don!Gary Sievers

Bought a tractor and tiller last spring. It was a 24 HP Yanmar to replace the 15 HP I already had. Ended up buying a tiller to go with it. Don went the extra mile to modify the tiller and PTO shaft to make sure it worked before I left. I have loved this tractor and it has done all I could ask of it.

Don was great to work with. I purchased the Yanmar 1610. Perfect for the work I need to do on my yard. I live in Utah and he was able to deliver it to my house for a couple hundred dollars.

Nightmare! I was misled and cheated. I started having problems less than a week after Don delivered my tractor. I had to replace all the electrical wiring, the fuel pump, the fuel gauge, and I still have two leaks in the hydraulics that are too costly to repair. Don, of course, did not care anymore once he got paid. Look somewhere else.

Just bought my first tractor ever from don he was vary helpful in helping me decide what model was best for me i own 8 rental homes in idaho falls and have been in need of a tractor for yard work and snow removal for many years now i will be back for an upgrade for sure.
