BRUNEEL ARE CROOKS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! Took my car to bruneel for an oil leak and my window not rolling up. They told me it was a bad oil filter, bad window motor, and bad radiator hose. They said $900 to fix it all. I said I want a second opinion. Took it to a high reviewed mechanic and he said radiator hose is perfectly fine, oil filter was just loose, and window motor just had a loose wire. Fixed everything for $100. These people at bruneel are crooks. They have been ripping me off for years. I would give them -10 stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BRUNEEL!!

If I could give a 0 star to leave a review, I would .I ve taken my car to this location for over 18 months for a brake issue 18 months of replacing multiple sets of brake pads, rotors and calipers for there to be constant issues. I constantly went in there telling them something wasn t feeling right with my brakes and they continued to tell me there was nothing wrong I ended up taking it to another shop who IMMEDIATELY told me what was wrong (even pulled me in and showed me what was wrong) my E brake line wasn t connected properly to the calipers and so it was sticking on .. something that this shop should ve caught I ended up taking my car to this sister store in Ontario in hopes they would make it right . Well nope.. I got well we don t see anything, can you have the tech that looked at it come and show us what they see? . So I ended up having the tech drive over there to show their tech . 30 minutes later they called me to tell me they didn t see anything wrong with my car and I was okay to come pick it up of course at this point I don t believe them so I take it back to the shop I got the second option at and they ended up showing me that not only was the right side indeed broken like they had said before . But now the bracket on the left side was broken ..I ended up speaking with the manager at the Ontario store for him to again tell me nothing was wrong with the right side and that he didn t know why the left side would be broken because his tech didn t even look at that side ..so again they dropped the ball on even diagnosing the issue. You d think with it being a brake issue . you d want to make sure your customer was safe?! I guess not... I m so very disappointed in both locations and I will absolutely never have my vehicles touched by point S ever again and I definitely will be making sure my family and friends know how both these shops are ran.

Was just in to get a flat repaired. They jumped right on it even though they were busy. They had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Great job Point S.

I would like to thank Austin and staff for taking care of our roadtrip van. They came up big a few weeks back in squeezing me next day to get an alternator change. Price was in line with other independent shops but their service and timeline sealed the deal. This week we encountered some issues with the part that was replaced and they again were able to fit us in next day and diagnosed a faulty part from the vendor, they upgraded and replaced the part and the vehicle is back on the road for the next trip. Very much appreciate their honesty and quick turnaround.

Excellent service, very polite and professional staff. Been having a lot of issues with cooling system leaks with my POS vehicle and they have done a great job and always got my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. Would definitely keep coming to Bruneel Point S for any of my mechanic needs.

Love this place! Drive by this place every day, I needed a good reliable mechanic and this shop has gone over and beyond! Prompt, Kind and professional.My car runs great!! I am a daughter of a retired mechanic so this means a lot to find a great automotive shop.

The staff is super friendly, and they always take care of me. From wiper blades to tires to oil changes these guys have done it all for my vehicle. Overall I m extremely satisfied with how they treat me and my vehicle.Thanks bruneel point s!

I would highly recommend taking your car to this shop! I have been taking mine there for about a year now and they always take great care of me. They have done everything from my brakes, to all my oil changes, my battery, wiper blades, tires and alignment and much more! They are super friendly and honest people and I love the way they put their customers first. If you are new to the area or looking for a reliable shop to have your vehicle taken care of, I would highly suggest working with these great guys!

Absolutely thrilled with these guys today. When another shop said they couldn t fix my going flat tire without an appointment, these guys had my tire fixed in 10 mins and wouldn t accept any pay. I know where I ll be buying my tires in the future. Great customer service. You saved an old broad from sitting on the interstate in 100 degree heat with a flat tire.

Went into Bruneel Point S, with an oil leak that I couldn t figure out where it was coming from, brought my car into Haden and he told me what needed to be replaced, got it fixed and back to me same day. Excellent service and in a timely manner! Will be back.

This is a one-stop shop. They do oil changes, tires, rotations, alignments, and all the auto repair. Very reasonable prices! Very helpful and friendly service! Very convenient location... easy to pull in, and inside is roomy with a big comfy waiting couch. Each time they go above and beyond. One time I couldn t get my tire pressure light off so I pulled in and Jacob happily filled all my tires with air like a pro and at no charge. When I got two new tires another time, they checked the alignment for free and showed me the computer report. All green! I love that they can help me sooner than later; I ve never needed an appointment. I like how communicative they are. I like their work ethic. I like that this place is clean and legitimate. Just honest, hard-working mechanics with big hearts. Thanks guys! I ll keep coming back.

Kudos to Jeff and team for fast, friendly, and efficient trouble-shooting and repairs. Their keen eye for details saved me the money and hassel that would have inevitably come from undone repairs. I highly recommend them...they're mechanics you can trust.

This company is very sleezy. They are running ads all over YouTube insinuating that you ll ruin your car if you do your own oil change. Telling lies to create fear and demand for their services. Who knows what else they lie about.

These guys are awesome! Easy drop in, drop off, great work done. As a mechanic and former service advisor myself, I m pretty picky when it comes to letting other people work on my rigs...but for the small amount of stuff I can t do, I will definitely go back to the Bruneel-Point S in Star! Awesome team and great customer service. A+, 5 Stars and will recommend them to my friends and family!

Great service. Cost for my 120,000 service was considerably less than the dealership estimate. They contacted me several times while my vehicle was there and asked me about options for the service. I have never been contacted like that by other shops except to tell me they wanted more money for questionable reasons. I liked the honesty and recommend them highly.

Saved me on a tire that expanded out of the threads. Was about to explode and they helped me get it off safely and get me new tires. I called ahead and they stayed a couple minutes late to get me squared away. Would have ruined my weekend if I could t got it done when they did. Thanks!!

They took my car right away when I called to ask about scheduling an oil change and tire rotation. It took about 1/2 hour or less and I was out the door. They checked other serviceable areas of the vehicle but no big surprises or pressure of service which needed to be done immediately like you get from some dealers. I have had other work done here on another vehicle with similar results. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with these people. Brought a SUV in for a bad fuel injector and requested they let us know any additional items that may need to be replaced due to high mileage and the fact that the intake manifold would have to be removed to do the repair. They replaced (1) fuel injector, and supposedly cleaned the remaining ones. Charged more than double what the parts cost from local RETAIL parts houses.Nearly 3 weeks after this "repair" was done, yet another injector failed. They offered no assistance but did want an additional $1,700 to "fix" it again. Nope!They also didn't bother to advise that the spark plugs should be changed since they already had the intake manifold off. It would have made this repair much more expensive if we had to come back just to have the plugs changed.The 2 discardable fuel lines were also not replaced, which needed to be done once they were removed.Finally, they lied, when confronted about the oil being changed at the time of service. Through all of this, they offered no solutions, only excuses. Will be reporting to the BBB as well as attorney general for the State of Idaho. Stay away from this place at all costs!!

Very frustrating experience. I brought in a 2014 F150 for an alignment, oil change, and TPMS swap on take offs. Alignment and oil change were fine. They were unable to program the TPMS (Schrader Brand, one of the most common brands) and told me to go to a Ford Service center as they are one of the only places that can program it correctly. I called three other tire shops, all of them were able to do it, Discount for free. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed a vibration coming from the tires. I called them to ask if they had checked the balance after adding the tpms before mounting the tires. They intially said they had, then changed saying they hadn't because the tire had a sticker on it saying it had been balanced before. I asked if I could bring it back for them to balance the tires, I would have thought that is part of mounting new tires with a tpms install (I am not an expert, that is just what google said would be part of a tpms swap). They said I can schedule an appointment for rebalancing, but it will be an additional cost as it is a "separate deal". And that would have been fine and would make sense if it would have been while the truck was already being worked on, specifically for the purpose of mounting the new tires.I am not a mechanic, but I would have expected them act as one. If they knew the tires should have been checked for balance, but it is a separate cost, tell me and I will pay for it. If I show you the TPMS sensors and you can't program them, tell me before you install them then I can return them and buy yours. If you are having difficultly preforming the agreed-on work, tell me and I can go elsewhere.I have never written a review before, but I feel like this experience merits a response. Others may have had a different experience and maybe I just got unlucky.Just got the tires balanced, all were off by 3/4 ounce, or the difference between a tpms and a standard tire valve stem.

Positive: Staff are very friendly and got my vehicle in quickly and fixed the same day. Work done seems to be good. I will go back for future needs.Negative: The inside of my vehicle was very dirty from staff getting in and out of it. My hands were black from my steering wheel and I had to wipe down the door and gear shift that were covered in black grime.Review won t let me attach photos.

The service was very professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were done to my satisfaction. The whole team went above and beyond. When it was all said and done the cost was actually less than the quote. Won't let anybody else lay a hand on my truck. Thanks especially to Wayne for the detail. Truck runs great.

Blew out a steering hose and pump on a Saturday. They looked at my truck free of charge and diagnosed my problem within 20min of waiting. Left my truck there in their secured lot over the weekend and they had it fixed in a couple of days. No appointment, no notice. Called me several times throughout to give me details on the repair. And best of all, they don t charge an arm and a leg! Definitely coming back!

Very pleased with the service. Had my coolant system flushed on my 02 Cummins pickup was having an issue with heater blowing cold. They got my pickup in and out the same day now my heater's blowing hot.Thank you for quick friendly work.Evan

They did an alignment and balance on my truck. Price was better than any other place I spoke to. Service and communication were awesome. Truck is riding super smooth now. Very happy and will be coming back.

Mitch and his team always take great care of me and my vehicles for tires. Thank you!I would not recommend doing anything in depth for mechanical work. I have had multiple bad experiences at a few different locations. Stick to wheels and tires from these guys and you ll be good.

Had front struts replaced with alignment. Just took it to the dealer for recall. They said the tie rod bolts were finger tight and said it was a major safety issue. My kids drive this vehicle...unbelievable!!
