We rented a side by side and trailer from them for a day. They were very helpful getting us hooked up. When we returned it they were just as helpful.

Chuck and Dave are awesome to deal with! Purchased multiple bikes from Chuck. I had purchased a lawn mower from Dave and decided I wanted the next one up from the one I just purchased from him. He was very helpful and let me exchange it for the upgraded mower. Great customer service

Went in to have my motorcycle tire repaired with a new tube. Informed by the lady at the front counter they are very busy and for us to go ask their techs directly. I was then informed by the tech that he does not have time and it would be a few weeks for an available appointment. Piss poor customer service for myself, the customer to need to inquire with the techs directly and to be given a bs answer for what would be a very quick fix.

Drove 5 hours to work with these guys. The whole process was smooth and painless. These guys have a very no nonsense, friendly, down to earth approach. I ll be making the drive again when it s time to buy another ATV.

Horrible customer service. We took a weed eater in to be maintained, over $64 later they send it back. The hole in the premier hadn't even been fixed. My father in law takes the weed eater back in. He had just had open heart surgery and ask if they could carry the weed eater to his vehicle. The employee was ignorant and ask why he was unable to do it himself. Later my father in law receivers a call at home from the business owner wanting to discuss the attitude he had with the employees. Needless to say we won't be supporting our local business when we buy our new ATVs. In running a business, you should generally be courteous of your paying customers and strive for customer satisfaction. If you made a mistake and didn't provide the services we were charged for, make it right.

I had a ruin tire on my Valkyrie from riding over rocks in the canyons. They helped me by not just putting a new tire but letting me use a car to go get a tire 2.5 hours away so we can get it on the next day instead of days later. AWESOME service!!

Wild side sports in Salmon Idaho is one of the best experiences I've had buying a new motorcycle. Chuck is a true gentleman. He's a 100% honest and is a man of his word. He does a deal on a handshake and you're good word. Wild side sports is extremely competitive with their pricing by far the best pricing of over 10 dealers I checked with. If you're considering buying a Honda or Yamaha or Skidoo, I would highly recommend checking with Chuck at Wildside sports in Salmon Idaho.
